Customer service was excellent. Matt was very professional and courteous. Though I came here for an expensive motorcycle, he suggested better options for my riding style and ended buying one. Love the place and the staff.

I fell in love with the new 937 Monster Plus, over a year ago. I'll only own one color vehicle, and that's black, which got discontinued for '24. That jacked my time table up, so I had to buy, earlier than I wanted. Rahal took very good care of me. Steve, the sales rep, found the bike for me, worked some magic and got it for me within the budget I was giving myself. To take it one step further, he even took care of everything on a day when they're, normally, not open, as this was the only day of the week I would be able to make the 3+ hour drive. I'm not one to give my loyalty, freely, but Steve and his employer, definitely, earned it. He needs a bonus for that, on top of the commission.

I ve been stopping by this place for a couple years now, usually just window shopping and dreaming. The guys have all been super nice and helpful and were a big reason I finally pulled the trigger on one of my dream bikes! Thanks again Steve, Keith, and John for all the help!!

I had tires put on my 2020 Kawasaki Z900 & even though I didn't own a Ducati they still took great care of my bike & gave me a great deal on my tires. Dustin was very knowledgeable & very helpful. Dustin even took the time to explain to my son & myself about the Ducati's in the show room. The show room was very clean & extremely impressive. I highly recommend Rahal Ducati to anyone!Mario

Bought my SFV4s and have had many modifications installed by their technicians including Arrow exhaust, turn signals, bar end mirrors, radiator guard, license plate replacement, and more.The staff are experienced, communicative, and professional.I have a lot of confidence in this dealership knowing my motorcycle will be maintained properly and my questions answered promptly.Thank you all at Rahal DucatiSpecial thanks to Keith for not only selling me a dream bike, but being incredibly patient and helpful with all my questions since ownership.Ali A.

The people @ Rahal Ducati Indy have bent over backwards to help me with a difficult warranty claim. Massive props and respect to the team there, especially Justin S. & Kieth G. In an effort to assist with my claim, WHILE still setting up their new location in Cleveland, they picked up my bike and took it back to Indy for service. The main man Kieth had the means, and offered to assist in that way. NEVER before have I seen, or experienced, this level of service. No matter how it turns out, the Rahal Team has exceeded any and every expectation of mine so far. Customer as long as I ride Duc!!! (Once Cleveland location is open, as that s where I m located.)

Great experience as usual today when I took my bike in for its first service! Everyone there sincerely cares about your bike, and being riders themselves, they enjoy your stories of rides and have exciting stories of their own to share. Great group! Wouldn t trust my bike with anyone else!!Thank you!!

We stopped at this Ducati store on our way home to Minnesota to check out their inventory. Sales staff were nice and extremely knowledgable. Awesome bikes to look at too. Hubby loves his new jacket.

NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE ! My son bought a brand new motorcycle from this dealership. Called to make the first payment, bank had no information on him. Called the dealership and got the run around. I was told to call back in a few days and check to see if the system was updated. Called back the second time and still no information could be located. I was told it was an issue with the dealership and I needed to call them. I called the dealership and they reassured me they would look into it. Days later I had not heard back. I reached back out and they said they were working on it. Two weeks later they finally contacted me to tell me all the paperwork for the loan had to be resigned. At this point I was rethinking my decision on keeping the bike. I was reassured several times they would not be pulling my credit again and I get an alert by my credit bureau they did in fact pull my credit again. This has been nothing but a joke from the time I rode the bike off their lot!!!!

The team at Rahal Ducati is first class. They were responsive to my initial inquiries via email. When I drove down to check out a couple of options, John took me for a ride, swapping bikes half way. His guidance made my decision an easy one.Keith made the purchase process itself as quick as possible. Knowing I would be towing along 4 kids when picking up the bike, he worked with me to prepare the paperwork in advance of my arrival. Upon arrival with 4 sugar-dosed children, we signed paperwork, reviewed the bike and its controls, and discussed run-in and first service.If you are in the market for a bike and considering a Ducati, go to Rahal Ducati in Indianapolis and they will take great care of you. Do not miss the owner's personal collection on display!

The customer service here is second-to-none. I called and talked to John and explained my dilemma, after changing the battery in my bike I had no speedometer, fuel gage and all warning indicators were on and I was leaving in a week and half for a three week road trip. John explained that the service schedule was pretty full but if I wanted to drop it by they would be happy to do a quick diagnostic on it and see what was going on. I dropped the bike off at 5:15 in the evening for a 9 am service appointment the next day. Joel looked at it that evening and had me back on my bike before they closed at 6. It was a quick fix due to a mistake I had made but regardless, they definitely went above and beyond! I'll be back! John and Joel, you guys are amazing!!

This place was wonderful. They had a nice selection of bikes, fair pricing for doc fees, and gave off a very family oriented feel. I will be coming back to not only test ride the two bikes im considering, but to purchase one before I leave! They want you to not only sit on the bikes, but will also stabilize it so you can get both feet off the ground and really see how the bike fits you before you even go on a test ride! Thank you for a wonderful visit!!!

I can t recommend the service department enough. If you want your bike worked on, fixed and set up correctly - Joel Martens is your man. Ducati s can be notoriously demanding to work on, and my bike(s) are vintage and even MORE challenging - Joel nailed it, and I rode away happy. The quality of his work is outstanding, thorough, and professional. On my bikes - or any - a mistake can cost you dearly, I rode with confidence after Joel worked on my bike.

brought my monster 797 in for a recall, the whole staff has been amazing! The customer service was 100%, there are very few places with customer services like that anymore. I will be always be bring my motorcycle here.

10/10 service. My 1098 needed belts last minute and they had it in and out in no time. John in parts said their goal is to be #1 in the nation and it shows. You even get to see the best 90s-current era Ducati Superbike collection in the Midwest!
