Every time we come to this shop Paul the manager does everything he can to help us out. He s upfront honest and lets us know everything upfront about our vehicles. The crew here is amazing and understanding and cool.

Went today to get four tire for a good price couldn t pass it up. Friendly service lets you know wants going on with your vehicle and how long it s going to take. I will be taking my vehicle for now on great service great prices

I had an awesome experience with pep boys in Brownsburg. The crew had me in and out on a timely manner with repairs I needed that I was completely unaware of. They provided pictures of my vehicle that were safety concerns that was sent directly to my email and the service advisers were straight forward and honest with their customers. I will definitely be a returning customer that they gained for life!!!!!

What is the open availability for an oil change both the GST (Brandon Barker) who worked on my mothers car, and the store manager were completely knowledgeable and didn t hide anything that needed to be done to my mothers car. Very informative. Definitely will be back. Thank you for the quick in and out service.

I would give these guys a thumbs up all the way. I had explained that I needed my car back by the end of the day for tomorrow and they came through. They pushed to have everything done and ready in time. Great communication and knowledgeable staff

1. They did not do what I asked them to do on my vehicle2. They told me they did not do what I asked due to my tires being good where they are instead of rotating them and putting the best tread in the front of my front wheel drive vehicle.HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Staff is rude and not willing to comply.

They are so greedy,,my car was not starting they told me there is battery and starter issue and they changed it although my car was cranking..after few days my car broke down again this time they said it's spark plugs and water pump after changing them they told me your car has blown head gasket...they are just making money by taking advantage of the situation,,never ever recommend

Obviously not ready to do business. One tech trying to work on cars, answer phones, and handle the front counter. Not his fault that standard corporate America has set up an employee to fail.. Maybe Jake the manager should be there to help if no other employees want to show up for work. Will not be back.

Always helpful and considerate, doesn t cost an arm and a leg either. They will be honest with you and not try to screw you over for some easy cash. Will not ever take my car somewhere else.
