Excellent customer service. Joseph braved the blisteringly cold wind to replace the battery in my van so I could get back home to my kids. He's a top notch employee.

This place had everything that I did not need but I got it for my Wrangler anyhow......thing I really like is they are open late 7 days until 9 eastern....comes in handy at 7 on a Sunday night when100 mph tape and bailing wire finally gives out and you need a quick fix to get to work on Monday.

They were awesome. Extremely nice and helpful. Had a great selection and can order anything they don't keep in stock.I showed up at like 7:30am, was greeted with a smile and the gentleman working help me pick the best fit wiper blades for my vehicle. They installed the new wipers blade, took the old ones and the trash in and desposed of them for me too.I couldn't be more happy. I will most definitely be going back and recommending to everyone in need.

O'Reilly's was recommended by my detailer, to get touch up paint for my car. They were able to mix the paint and it matched perfectly! On a side note, I called the local Toyota dealer and they told me it would be two or three months for the touch up!! Glad I went to O'Reilly!!

I ordered a part from them on their website it says if you choose next day delivery you can use a discount code so I selected that option. The delivery was suppose to be guaranteed next day delivery It has been TWO and still no package the driver keeps marking failed delivery on my package and he never actually drives down the street I ve spoken with managers and supervisors all in all they are very nonchalant and they don t see my issue as urgent it must happen often but never will I do that again! Absolutely ridiculous

Thank you Evan! I was surprisingly and happily welcomed with a very cheerful hello upon entering the store. Then very professionally helped to find wiper blades and very graciously asked if I wanted them installed. He also helped me by contacting another location for the engine air filter I needed but not in stock at this location. He never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. It was really the epitome of great service and a great shopping experience. There are many choices for auto parts but because of Evan, there's only one now for me.

Very helpful!! My check engine light came on and ALL the Toyota dealerships were completely booked for the day. They told me to go to AutoZone to have it ready, but we preferred O'Reilly's!! These guys have been great,!!!

My problem with O'Reilly Auto Parts is not there brick and mortar stores or their employees. The problem lies within the website it has numerous navigation errors that I do not have with any other site that I use currently. This really needs to be addressed as I have been a long time O'Reilly's customer for many years and because of the lack of performance with the current O'Reilly website I simply find it impractical to buy parts from them from time to time. Whoever has designed the website or Is the webmaster in charge needs to take a serious look at this problem it is affecting your sales whether you know it or not.

Evan was extremely helpful in helping me diagnose an issue with my car. I came in just for the check engine reading, which he was happy to do right away. After reading the codes on my car's computer, he asked me to open the hood to see if he could see anything obvious. Despite the fact that I looked for at least half an hour without noticing anything, he immediately saw the issue - a hose clamp was missing, and an air intake hose was disconnected. He helped me find a clamp that would fit, allowed me to install it there in the parking lot, and the entire issue was resolved. He even helped explain a noise that was heard when the problem started.Even though this was only a $2 sale, Evan was happy to help and made sure I was all good to go. I couldn't be more happy with the service. Thank you so much!

I had a bad encounter with another auto parts store in town which caused me to go to O'Reilly's. The staff were all very helpful! They verified my battery was bad and even installed the new one for me. The woman I worked with was super nice and very knowledgeable! Keep up the great work, you have a new customer!

I needed a new battery. The dealership wanted nearly $300. Got the same battery with 3 year warranty for $160. But the best part was the free install. I normally do it myself but I'm glad they did it.It was heavily corroded. Jim spent 20 minutes getting battery loose and really cleaning it up. I live 20 minutes away but go here for the outstanding customer service. Thanks Jim!

Friendly helpful staff. I went in looking for specialty parts for my car and had no luck finding them. The employee that I was dealing with there went above and beyond to help me track down what I was looking for. He was able to find the parts at a great price and made sure I had all of the information needed to buy them. Highly recommend. His name was myles

Wanted to change my brake pads. Went to the store an hour before closing. Talked with Evan. He was extremely helpful. He talked me through the process and suggested the right tools (not the most expensive) to get the job done. I will be going back to this store for car needs.

I believed my vehicle battery was dying and was advised to go to the Brownsburg, Indiana store. Evan greeted me at the service counter, explained that he would be testing my battery and what I should expect. The battery in fact was bad and he explained my options for replacement. Once I selected my option, he explained that the replacement was factory recommended but that he could do it if I wanted. I asked for him to replace it and he immediately got the correct tools, took meticulous care and time with the replacement and sent me on my way. I learned that Evan is a rising senior in high school which impressed me more than anything. His professionalism, care for his customers and general kindness was a breath of fresh air. Thank you.

Worst I can say: They once -- once -- couldn't get a part I needed by the next day. It was a special part and on a Saturday. They couldn't get it to me by Sunday.The staff here is great, knowledgeable, friendly, and if they don't have the part they almost always have it the next business day (and sometimes you can just drive over to the distribution center).

So far they havent had anything in stock for my truck. They dont have any hardware worth buying like nuts and bolts. I gave the store 3 stars because the people who work there are as helpful as they can be with what they have.

After driving 30 miles having called to be sure they had the parts I needed they had looked up the wring vehicle. But in true O'Reilly fashion they honored the price I was given even though I had to drive another 20 miles to get the only one in the system. Had to go to a competitor to get the second part needed. And guess what, they too said they had it in stock only for it to also be the wrong one! And the competition would not price match because I didn't have a written quote.

My husband, myself, my 9 year old and our pup were traveling at night. We had an issue come up suddenly with our alternator. We called to verify that this location had one in stock. We were advised that they did. Closing time was 10:00pm and we realized that we wouldn t make it until 10:05. My husband called and kindly explained our situation, and asked if it was at all possible that they stay open just 5 minutes longer. He was told NO. I would give ZERO stars if that was an option. Hope the thoughtless jerk who decided he couldn t stick around never gets put in our position.

I needed a new battery for my car fob... the staff was super helpful. The guy knew right where one was, even changed it for me while I paid, and I was in and out in a matter of a couple minutes.

I've gone to this O'reilly's for over a decade cuz they always have every part I've needed. NICE!I will add because of in the days of covid-19, 2 guys working there weren't wearing masks properly with nose exposed. That is troublesome.

Great help from manager Jake. An absolute first rate experience locating a poorly documented, well-hidden, and difficult to remove and replace $16 relay that was draining my battery.
