Worse experience ever. Truck was not finished on time. Paint had orange peel, scratches were not corrected even after being taken back. Had them taken care of by another shop. Estimator had no idea what they were looking at causing insurance to go with them over a body shop I know does good work. At the end they were equal once gerber caught and charged for everything the other shop already saw. I highly advise going somewhere else if you care about and believe in quality. Talk to others in the industry they will tell you it is a production turn and burn shop. I got to the point of getting my truck repainted by a different painter, rather than continue to deal with gerber. Yeah it costs me, but will be right and professional when it's done.Update they did reach out which I appreciate. I chose not to go any further because after everything I don't have the confidence in them to really want anything from them, or my vehicle there. Wanted to be fair in my review that they reached out.

This people are professionalsVery good communication at all timesAnd (SPEED) my car is awesome again after i hit a raccoon now that i seen the magic that gerber collision can produce i will recommend to anybody and I definitely will bring my other cars here

Megan and Alex were great! I took my car in to be fixed from a bus collision that was not my fault and they handled all my needs in a fast, friendly, and professional manner. Megan at the front desk is so friendly and accommodating, and Erin was very patient with me! My car came back in tip top shape, I have a lifetime warranty on the work they did. They communicated with my insurance great, explained the work they did, called with updates at least 2 times per week. Highly recommend.

The one in Greenwood the G.M. was very rude. But in Brownsburg was awesome and friendly and the receptionist was friendly and awesome also.

Mind you this company was recommended by my insurance but it is a horrible company!!!! I had my car repaired back in March of this year for such a minor repair. It took so long due to lack of communication from the front ladies who are also rude & like to do things their own way. They seemed to not have taken my situation as serious as it should ve been. It took so long to get it repaired and was passed it s due date, they just love to do things at their own pace. One of my headlights was replaced along with other parts such as the front bumper. I have no idea who did my car repair but they did such a horrible job with installing the headlight because in June my car caught up on fire and it was because of that headlight installment. After that I went through so much trouble with the insurance company to get my money back. If you ever need a repair, first do your research before ever stepping foot into gerber collision & glass.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Great fast service! They got me in quickly and were able to assess my vehicle and provide me with the answers I needed very quickly. They were professional, friendly and very efficient. Don t use this company. They don t care about the customer. On September I had a car accident, calling in and setting up an appointment to do an estimate was fast and easy. After they did the estimate they give us an appointment until October 28th to get the car repair, I was okay on waiting that long. A day before October 28th they call me and they wanted to push the repair until December. I talk to the manager and give me an explanation of why they can not take the car in but at the end he decide to let me take the car in for repairs on October 28th. We call on November 11th and they told us that they have not done anything to the car because they are still waiting for parts. My car is sitting at the shop doing nothing. They don t have good communication. They don t call people to let them know the status of the repair or how long is going to take. Very bad service. My car still at the shop and not sure when is going to be finished. I will update when they finish the repair.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

My new truck 2023 toyota tacoma was in an accident and we brought it here as recommended by our insurance company, they did an outstanding job!!! You can't tell it was ever in an accident!! I highly recommend Gerber

So I just got my car out the shop here on Friday (9-16-22). My appointment to have it in the shop was originally July 29th. They had to reschedule me do to my new parts coming in and they were damaged. So they rescheduled me for Friday (8-19-22). At first I was having some difficulties, but the GM Alex stepped in and took care of all my issues and concerns. This time was my 2nd time placing my car in the shop here. I also liked Meghan. On my 1st visit, she got my car in and out. Definitely right on point. I really do appreciate you guys. Thank you Alex for turning my experience around on the 2nd time and making it pleasurable. My birthday is coming up and he really accommodated me for my slight inconvenience. Thanks guys and girls.Service: Body & Trim

My daughter had her vehicle repaired here after an accident that tore her front end up. She's had to return it twice now for the bumper coming apart! Someone is not doing something right here. I've had far worse accidents and I've never experienced this type of shady work. I wish I had caught her before she chose this place. I didn't know anything about Gerber before this but I would not recommend them.

Great job on my truck repair... looks as new as the day I purchased it. The staff is very friendly and professional. They even have a deal worked out to where my rental car could be left with them so that I could drive away with my own vehicle. Great company!

I have had multiple cars repaired here and would recommend them to anyone. The quote they gave us was the cheapest, and the work ended up being cheaper than quoted. They returned my car to me in the time given. They did a great job! I will always take my cars to golden chassis for car repairs after an accident.

Horrible Customer Service! The women at the front desk is rude and seems to do things her way with no consideration for customer service. The level of communication at this body shop is what is in desperate need of repair! I have only been there twice and both times they have kept my car for several days without even doing any work to it. Just when I thought my car was going to be ready to pick up after 5 days, I found out on day 4 that they haven't even started the work yet, couldn't get the parts and didn't bother to tell me either. All they needed to do was pick up the phone and tell me there was a problem, not sweep it under the rug. Then after having my car for a total of 10 days, between both trips, they only put 3 full days of work into it and still gave it back to me without the emblem on the front grill when I specifically gave it to them to put back on. This place is clearly busy enough to not need my business anymore. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me! NEVER AGAIN!

I ve taken two trucks to Golden Chassis and have received nothing but great service. Quick and thorough estimates and very fast and professional repairs. Very friendly and customer centric. Highly recommended and should I need any other repairs this is the place I m going.

Had limited options for where to take my car when I was hit, so this location was picked by insurance.Everything was generally okay .The employees were kind, but everything seemed to be on downtime:Drop off, pick up, calling to check on the car was all at their own pace.They cleaned out the car, which wasn t expected or anticipated, and I have binders of papers in the back that were all just thrown together.Had to re-wipe my whole car as the window were so streaky with whatever they used that it wasn t safe to drive in the sunlight. Really guys?Wouldn t be my first pick, but I suppose it s a back up if something happens to my shop.

I took my car there and found out it was totaled. They had it towed away without pulling the plate off for me. Its just a common business courtesy. Ive used several other body shops and they all pulled the plates for the customer. Just a warning.

worst body shop i have ever dealt with. extreme in pricing, estimates, etc. had my car for TWO WEEKS. i should have shopped around. then, they didn't even call me when car was finished, but claimed they did. i called after two weeks, concerned with the amount of time they had my car, with not one update or phone call received from them. my insurance company and myself were ripped off. my trunk was filled with broken glass upon its return to me. 3800. they charged to replace back glass window and small triangle in rear. three small holes in top side. and didn't even clean glass. and my family removed all glass from inside and out before they came to tow. live and learn people. do NOT make my same mistake.
