Did not have all 4 of my tires by the time scheduled for replacement. They replaced the back tires and aligned my truck with the old tires on it for the first appointment. They called a few days later for the front tires to be replaced once they arrived at the store. Took my truck back in for a second appointment. They installed the front tires on the second appointment and I told them the alignment was off and they told me the could not re-align the front tires that day. Drove 30 minutes back to my shop, and when i got out of my truck, one of the wheel weights had fallen off in my parking lot. So, I had to drive BACK AGAIN that day to have them re-balance one front tire!!!! Finally got the truck back in for an alignment that's still not correct. All front end parts have been replaced so there should be no reason for the lack of skills from the technicians to align the truck properly. Will be taking the truck to a competent shop for alignment. WILL NEVER BE A CUSTOMER AGAIN!!!!

My car got stuck on the lift, i understand that s not their fault, it was just a malfunction but while i waited 3 hours there they went on to other cars & decided that even though i had an appointment they wouldn t be able to do anything to my car today. I needed brakes & i feel that is something very important to have but i had to leave without anything being done. Why could you not go back to my car considering it was an inconvenience to me that it was stuck in the air? 0/10 will not be returning.Thanks for nothing

I had contacted them many times during my vehicle buying searches and they always were available and affordable with every pre purchase inspection I needed on any vehicle I was interested in and took to them. It s been a little while since I have been there (purchased a vehicle) but Perry at the time was awesome to deal with and very helpful. Thanks to all of the guys who worked there at the time and are still there now. Much appreciated

Keith Dilley is an awesome ! I could not figure out why my suspension was popping and he gotter done Update. You went and totally redeemed yourself! Showed up for my rescheduled appointment. 15 minutes early in and out in 30 minutes with a full alignment. Can t beat it. Happy now ! -Old review Not real happy scheduled a 1 o clock appointment two days in advance for an alignment. When I showed up right at 1 o clock the gentleman tells me that they sold the work to technicians this morning and it was going to be a while before they could get me in. I don t see what the purpose of scheduling an appointment is if they can t stand behind it or at the very least call me and say hey we re having problems today it s not gonna be a good time. Customer service has went down the toilet everywhere. Things aren t perfect but what you do have in your control is communication. Been to this store before with good Results. will update.

I took my 2018 WRX in for new winter tires. At first was very satisfied until I just went to switch my winter wheels with summer wheels. It took a 3 foot breaker bar to get my life off. They were WAY over-torqued beyond the 89ft/lb torque spec. 3 lugs were cross threaded and I ll need to replace to get my car back on the road. I know this happens somewhat often and the shop never takes responsibility but it s ridiculous that I take my vehicle for service at what is supposed to be a professional place and they do this. It not only is costing me money- but is dangerous Obviously they carelessly used an impact to put lugs back on. This is the first time taking this vehicle to any shop since new. I ve always hand-torqued all lugs and they were perfectly fine until taking to Firestone. Never making that mistake again .Service: Tires

They got me in same day, repaired quickly and perfectly, and the lady at the desk (i wish i knew her name!) is friendly and made the whole process so smooth. The price is a bit high, but with the guaranteed workand fast friendly service, its worth it!

RJ and Mark were exceptional. Had flat on a road trip took care of the tire, unpacking and repacking our car to get to spare. Even offered to walk our dogs if we needed to leave. That was not necessary, however. Our next tires will b Firestone.

Had a great experience here! Brought my car in on Thursday for a free break check and they were able to tell me what I needed done. Makayla was super helpful and friendly! Very nice staff all around. While recommend for all your car needs!

Hello, since I moved to Indianapolis,IN and found the Firestone in Brownsburg, I ve only ever got my car work done at this location for many reasons. The main reason being the thorough, quality work of the employees. Yesterday I was reminded once again why the Brownsburg Firestone is superior and why I will choose this location over others. Due to a time crunch, I was in a different part of town and decided to get an alignment check at another Firestone. This location was unable to get the specs of the alignment in green and stated we needed to order parts and complete some maintenance work before they could align our vehicle as several alignment readings showed in the red. This is our only vehicle for my family and car work isn t cheap. We got a second opinion at our usual Brownsburg Firestone. The Brownsburg team was able to align our vehicle to where all was in the green again and went above and beyond with inspection and stated no concerns for the replacement of the alignment parts. I called the Brownsburg store to personally thank the manager and was informed that Howard performed our alignment. I want Howard to understand how his performance and skill saved me a lot of stress and set backs financially. Excellent, honest work matters. Thank you Howard!

An eventful road trip... Get a flat tire...Makayla was extremely patient and helpful when I called ahead to be sure the location had our tires. They worked us in to get us back on the road expeditiously! High fives to the team! Realized I had a good sized screw in my tire at 5:15 on Saturday as I was leaving work. I made it to the Firestone store with 20 minutes before closing. I figured they wouldn t have time to get it done and was prepared to make an appointment for Monday.Not the case!!! They got me right in, replaced the tire and got me on my way by 6pm. Very impressed!!!! Thank you for your fast service.

I ve been here several times, weekends and weekdays, and each time I ve left happy with the service. I m not sure what these other reviews are talking about, the team here works fast and takes the time to explain parts and services. This is a great location!

I would like to personally thank Mr. DEAN for ensuring quality and care was given to my truck in such a short time. I had no appointment, but needed new tires. He invited me to the shop asap and he ordered my tire set immediately after my arrival. I am so thankful. Because of his swift service I will be able to have safe travels with my newborn baby. I love Firestone. I've been a member for years!

Very overpriced. Not sure they even know what they re doing.Told me brake pads in the front needed replaced and would be over 400 dollars. Got a second opinion and they actually showed me everything and brake pads still had plenty of life. Told me struts and sway bar needed replaced and would be 900 dollars. Both are yet again fine.When I was there I got my back brakes down and now I regret it cause I m sure they lied about those tooWouldn t recommend and won t go back

Fantastic service!!! Our car broke down on the interstate near Brownsburg. We called Firestone and they referred us to a towing company. The employees at Firestone were extremely kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to make us and our dog feel comfortable while we waited to have our car repaired. They even allowed us to store our harp in their facility so that it didn't get ruined while sitting in the car. They found the problem immediately, called around town for the parts, and then fixed our car quickly. The repair costs were reasonable and what we had expected. The mechanic had 20 years experience and diagnosed the problem within a short amount of time.Please don't take the bad reviews seriously. This really is a great place to get your car worked on.

This location is awesome. Stopped by for a quick tire pressure check and the lady in the shop dropped what she was doing to top me off and get me on my way. Great job. Great people, great product and seevices

Having a problem with my tire and their website along with google search says they are open until 7 PM. Drove all the way over here only to find a locked door at 6:10. Guess nobody feels like working anymore.

We got a flat on Memorial Day, and the employees at Firestone went above and beyond for us. We called saying we had a flat and the quickest we can make it in was 2 minutes after they should have closed, and these guys made sure to stay open so we can finish our road trip back home. They were kind, resourceful, and got the work done. Very happy experience.

Did a fine job replacing brakes as directed, but they said I needed to replace my cabin air filter. Which I had just replaced myself 3 days before ($23 part from O'reillys). So either they never looked at it or they are just trying to get paid for unnecessary work (their charge was $42). They also listed a bunch of other things, wiper blades, etc, which were older, but I don't think they need replaced. Watch out!

I called on Monday because I had what I thought was a slow leak in my tire. I was able to make an appt for my day off (the day before Thanksgiving!) For Wednesday. The staff were all super friendly even though the store was busy and the phones were ringing nonstop! They even fixed my tsp sensors that another store had put back incorrectly, the whole visit took less than an hour even with the tire needing a patch. Highly recommend the level of professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness of this store. Thank you for great service!

My service advisor, Dean, was a joy to work with. He exceeded all expectations by a long shot and truly made me feel as if I was valued. He is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable advisors that I have worked with. I highly recommend him and trust each and everything he tells me. I think this place has the potential to do well, but needs more staff & friendlier staff. I called on a Friday and asked if they could look at tire for a creaking noise when I brake. They said no problem and bring it in at 4. I showed up at 4 and whoever I talked to in the morning didn t put me on the system so I had to make a new appointment for the following week on Tuesday. I went in for my appointment and after about an hour they said it was fixed & the rotor just needed to be rotated. I drove it home and the sound wasn t as loud, but still there. I called and told them, but they said I d have to make another appointment which to me was ridiculous because it would make a 3rd trip for a minor issue.
