The car looked great and it was done earlier than we were told for completion. The inside looked wonderful also. Was a nice surprise to see cleaned seats, floor matts, and dash. We felt they went the extra mile!

I hit a deer with my car and was in full panic mode. My insurance co recommended Caliber Collision in Brownsburg. They got me in asap to review damage my car was dropped off the next week I got it back a week later. Austin handled my car from start to finish and he did a phenomenal job. He kept me informed almost daily! He made sure I understood everything. He was thorough and precise! I d recommend caliber to anyone! They even talk w enterprise and had my rental experience go smoothly also.

I have used Caliber Collision for various repairs over the last 6 years and have had a fantastic result every time. This was my first time using this location and they did not disappoint. Excellent customer service, quick repair, and fantastic result. Highly recommend.

Great service, the guys in the body shop are amazing. The gals up front are great. My car was serviced in Brownsburg. Bob is a great communicator. My car looked new and they cleaned it inside and out! You won't have any worries here. They even arranged for my rental return! Thanks guys!

I highly recommend Caliber for several reasons: their customer service was top-notch, and they were communicative during the entire process of repairing my vehicle. The work that they did was very good, and I felt like I never had to worry about anything throughout the process. I m very well pleased, I highly highly recommend using this Caliber Collison in Brownsburg.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a repair shop. Bring in my car for assessment, get told that they are going to order parts and when they come in they would reach out. Get a call almost two weeks later saying to bring the car in for repairs, awesome that was fast. Drop the car off, get told it's a low priority so it'll take about two weeks for repairs. The issue comes from the fact that after having my car for almost a week and a half they send a text telling me that one of my parts that was already supposed to be there is on national backorder and now it will be two extra weeks before it's back at best. Why lie to me if you didn't have all the parts? Why wait to tell me until a day or two before the original deadline? Honestly seems like they are trying to dump more labor hours into it.TLDR lies and way too much time to simply put a new bumper on ridiculous.

No one wants to have a vehicle accident, when it does occur an individual is stressed. Caliber Collision helps take some of those worries away. Knowledgeable staff, eagle eyes to spot details that I had not noticed. Great communication from Austin. I was even able to pickup and drop off the rental at Caliber.

The entire staff made this experience easy from start to finish! Everyone was professional & friendly and communicated throughout the entire process. Scheduling was easy and they worked directly with my insurance & the rental company so I didn't have to play middle man to any of it. Highly recommend the Brownsburg location.

We couldn't believe when we picked up the truck that Caliber Collision has wiped out the interior and had it looking nice. This was being fixed for a fender-bender in the back and had nothing to do with the interior. Great experience. Went above and beyond to get my vehicle taken care of quickly and provided a ride home and brought the vehicle to my home when done. Not something that normally happens these days. Front office staff and manager were both very helpful and accommodating. I will be going back!

Worst experience ever, car went in because I was hit from behind, went in when the car was close to being complete, was waiting on the back up camera, found nothing was aligned properly, and they scratched the hood of the car, they said they would get it right by the time it would be done. Fast forward a couple weeks, go to pick it up and parts were still not aligned right and they scratched the hood of the car. They said they would make it right. Fast forward another week or 2, pick up the car on a cloudy day bring it home. When the sun came out, see the paint doesn t match at all. Sent them pictures of it, they asked me to bring it back in so they could see it in person. Went back and Buddy the manager there looked at it and argued for 20-30 mins that it was normal because of the paint color for it to not match, told me to go to the dealership that has the same color cat and look at it. I did that and no it s not that way. Called the insurance company and they set it up to go back and make it right again. And today was told it was done and right again. When I picked it up the sun was setting and could not see it in full light. Got home and same story, still doesn t match. They painted the rear quarter panels. So now the rear panels, trunk lid, rear bumper and hood don t match the doors, front fenders and bumper. This has been the worst experience ever at a body shop. I ve never had this many issues with things not being aligned and paint being so far off in color, yet that s normal according to them. Stay away from the Brownsburg Caliber collision center! Also fyi they print off the answers they want on the surveys they send out after repairs are completed, i obviously didn t follow that.
