Brownsburg Muffler & Service Center, customer service is top notch! I know I can always count on them to fix any issue I may have at a reasonable price. After overpaying for some of the worst service and quality at multiple chain franchises in Brownsburg. I'm only taking my vehicle to Brownsburg Muffler!!!

They are the best mechanics I have ever had in my entire life! I don t trust anybody else with my car! I live across town, and this is the only place that I will go to! Thank you so much for giving excellent service and charging fair prices!

Drove my car supposedly for a tire repair..., But was told, it can't be repaired anymore.., need to buy a new one..., but their tire is too expensive or they just jack the price up since i dont have a choice... found out that the tire is $40 more from an average price in the market.

I took this to Brownsburg Muffler &Service Center for my daughter. I replaced the automatic grill shutter (AGS). I could not get it to work after checking the wiring.. They found a broken wire and replaced. This was my first and I was very happy with their work and the final bill. My mechanic Bob McCoy always takes care of whatever vehicle I have presented him with.He is very knowledgeable and great at what he does. The staff are very friendly and always has kept me updated. Excellent service!

Really great service. These guys where able to fix my noisy muffler in less than a day for under $500. Weld job looks perfect and sounds nice and quiet.

They just did a repair, on my car trailer of all things, and everything was excellent. But I have worked with Brownsburg Muffler off and on over the years and have always been happy. I used to work at a nearby parts store, and we would send customers their way. It was before reviews were a big thing, but our customers liked dealing with B-burg Muffler. They've taken care of a car or two for me as well. Good people to work with.

Had my muted old stock exhaust replaced with a custom cat back exhaust system and all new pipe ran on my Ram SRT-10, excellent workmanship, finished product is beautiful and made my truck sound much better!

I called mid morning to set appointment was able to get in same day. I had the borla atak muffler added replacing stock one on my 2023 Silverado ZR2. I also had the resonators deleted the truck sounds great. I would definitely recommend them for exhausts work the welds look great 10/10 in my book!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Needed to get my truck in quickly to have some work done as it is my daily driver. Brownsburg muffler and service was able to get it in and out in a timely manner even with a complication with a part I provided. I almost always do my own work and use a shop as a last resort if I can t do it myself. Brownsburg muffler and service is definitely a shop I ll be using in the future if needed. Price was very reasonable as well for the work done. Also very knowledgeable as another shop (ralph s muffler in Avon) denied me of service stating it couldn t be done without removing the exhaust manifolds; however, brownsburg muffler and service was able to get it done no problem.Service: Auto exhaust system repair

Local small business. Efficient with getting work done. Not the cheapest but I will say for the problems they solve and the time it took them and the ease it brought it is more than worth it. A broken stud on an exhaust flange and another rusted one that needed torched and changed out a gasket. 1 hr. More than fair because I would have fought it and ruined it.

The people at Brownsburg Muffler were able to get me in to the service shop with in 2ndays ofe calling. When I got to the shop they were friendly and personable. I expected my repair to take days, based on my experience with other places. Shower, to my very pleased surprise they called me 6 hours after I dropped my vehicle off and to inform me my vehicle was done and ready to go. Then on top of that the total price was affordable. I got into my car, turned on the engine, and the exhaust sounded perfect. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Brownsburg Muffler for great service!Service: Exhaust

I took a Honda conversion van (wheelchair accessible) to them due to a bad muffler. They discovered that the part was not standard and had to be ordered from Arizona. They kept me informed during the time we waited for the part to arrive and then got the van in quickly to fix it. They were very professional, polite, and reasonably priced. They did great quality work and I would highly recommend them to everyone in the area!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

If you re hesitant to come here, don t be. They re honest and will do the best they can. My car took longer than expected so I was given the option to take a loaner car. Service won t be cheap so don t expect to save money coming here.

Service was excellent, timely, and affordable. I am in need of more elective repairs in the future and for them and any other issues that arise with any future vehicle I will go here. The staff are friendly and the work is top rate.

This is a good place to take your vehicle to. Just don t work with Chas Messersmith as an assistant manager/Service writer. He has an anger issues which he does not show in front of customers most of the time. He gets very angry when you make mistakes that wasn t even the service writer fault. I think he may be bipolar. Don t get me wrong most of the time a good guy. He had cursed me out many times when he gets angry when I make a mistake. But when his technicians makes a mistake and or cost the company money. He doesn t say a word to them. He told me that it is because he has worked with them for many years. So I guess that s ok for them to make mistakes and cost the company money. I know I am not always going to be perfect and I did make some mistakes.Thomas Pate

Excellent service. Highly recommended. I do as much of my own auto maintenance and repairs as possible. These are the guys I trust to handle the big stuff that's outside of my wheelhouse.

Very nice staff, reasonable prices. I took my car in with a busted flex pipe. I couldn't drive it without putting earphones on. I left my car there, got it back in a couple hours. Now my car sounds smooth and quiet! They are a full service shop, not just exhaust. Will be going back for regular maintenance! Highly recommend them!

My car door latch was frozen the Friday before Christmas as I was visiting family traveling from Cleveland Ohio. They were great, friendly and helpful! They fixed the latch and my wife and I could travel back to Cleveland.

This is the best place I ve taken my car in to get fixed! They are prompt at checking your car and letting you know what needs done. They are also very friendly...especially when I m not familiar with car parts and have questions. I never feel like they are trying to steal from me, as I know women often experience this when dealing with cars. Very loyal people. I recently moved back home to Indiana, when I noticed my 4Runner needed a new muffler I searched the local online reviews for auto service shops in my area. One thing I notices was that Brownsburg Muffler and Service Center had two great reviews. Other chain service centers in the area had poor reviews, if any at all. I wanted to let you know if you are looking for great quality service at a great price take you vehicle to Brownsburg Muffler and Service Center. I also challenge you to write a review after your service. We need to keep promoting great companies like them in our community.

After 25 years of living in Brownsburg I finally needed muffler/exhaust work done. The guys at Brownsburg Muffler and Service are the reason why I will continue to support local business and craftsmanship. Prompt and exceptional service at a fair price. No BS. My kind of guys.
