Steve Angle was so awesome at helping us find the perfect new car. I absolutely love my new Ford Escape. Everyone that we came in contact with from sales, finance, and the guy who helped set up all the technology before we drove off the lot made the process of buying a car such a breeze! Had an amazing experience! Steve Angle went above and beyond at helping my husband and I during the process. He took his time and explained all the features in the car and knew exactly what he was talking about. Made sure we didn t have any questions and were happy with everything. Cannot recommend him enough! He went the extra mile. Customer service was top notch from everyone. Loved it!

I was looking for a particular vehicle for almost a year. I finally found what I was looking for at Bill Estes Ford, 4.5 hours from my home. I was hesitant on making a trip that far to purchase a vehicle but I am so glad I did! I had a lot of questions and asked for particular photos before I made the trip. Every question was answered quickly and the photos helped make my decision to go check it out.My purchase was a used vehicle and probably not a huge sale for this dealership but I was treated as if I was purchasing the most expensive car on the lot. Rick McIntyre took great care of everything and made my purchase easy. Zach, the sales person was able to get me into a new truck with custom seats and some modifications to the truck. It was an awesome and stress-free process. In addition to dealing with some of the staff Joel Brian and Donna have been amazing. They have been able to answer or resolve any of the questions or issues I may have concerns with. Great experience with Sean McNally last week! I was only looking at my options to buy a new vehicle, not really planning to buy a new one. After test driving 2 Ford Explorers, I purchased one! Steve Angle was the most responsive, detailed, fair, and respectful salesperson. He found the car with the specifics I needed ( actually several in stock), gathered trade numbers (sent pictures), maximized incentives and got the deal done without needless banter and stress. While the service work our vehicles have received is excellent it seems impossible to make voice contact to your service rep. I have questions regarding notes after a recent recall repair and have called at least 6 times in a week without a single call back. This is not the first occurrence. It has been this way since our first experience with this dealership when we moved here a year ago. Do better or I m taking my business elsewhere.

Excellent experience! Steve Angle is the best! He really took care of us and got is into our new Bronco super fast. He went through all the features and walked us through setting up the Ford app too! A huge bonus was him having the finance department review our application... we walked out with a much better rate and lower payment than we got through our own financing!! I wish all dealerships were like this... Bill Estes Ford is the only place I'd want to go for a new or even used car. I definitely recommend to all. We are so happy with everything!

Very disappointed!I purchased a car by the beginning of this year, and I had an issue with my loaner company, so I started receiving calls and texts from the financial manager, Chris, almost every day to solve the issue.Now, after the issue was resolved, I tried several times to communicate with him to get some information, but there was no response!After the dealers get paid, no one cares!UPDATE***Thank you Matt, for your feedback. Your number is not working!

I purchased my car from here and I just want to say how awesome their employees are! I can not remember the finance guys name, but my sales rep was Rick M and they both were just great. Explained everything wonderfully, patient (not pushy), knowledgeable, and just helpful with everything! Rick went the extra step several times for me! The process was so smooth and I didn t have to stress about a thing. I highly recommend Bill Estes- Brownsburg. A lot of dealerships will push you away with poor customer service but you really feel welcome with this place. My husband is already talking about going back in a couple months for another vehicle. Thanks, guys!

I worked with Zach Norman extensively online as the vehicle he had, and I searched high and low for it. I was willing to travel to make the deal. Zach is very transparent and very responsive! I was really impressed by Rick and his intentionality in trying to find me the perfect car for my wife and I. Though we did not find the right one at the right time, Rick was determined and never stopped looking for the car we wanted. Even though we had found a car elsewhere a couple weeks ago, Rick still gave me a call in regards to a vehicle he had found that was close to what we were looking for. Great service through and through. Custom ordered a 2023 Maverick XLT Tremor. Personable and knowledgeable sales rep. Informative, not pushy finance rep, relatable tech rep to do all the Ford Pass and tech breakdown of the truck. Price protected at time of order and it was honored! Shout out to Sean, Chris and Luke! Stopped by just to look, saw truck and met Sean. What a nice guy. Sean was leaving on vacation so also talked to others while he was gone. We purchased truck. Everyone was very nice and helpful. My girlfriend and I were recently put between a rock and a hard place when her car's engine needed some major repairs. Steve guided us through a bunch of different options to help us balance our initial payment, car payment, and end of the loan value of car. We had an awesome technician walk us through all of the features and day to day usability. Joel helped us out in the financing office and throughly made sure we got everything we wanted with the car, loan, servicing, and insurance and answered our questions expertly. Overall, everyone we talked to was focused on optimizing our success. Will definitely be coming back when looking to upgrade/replace my own car and my girlfriend's future vehicles.

We stopped in to just look around and saw this 2018 Max Limited. Within minutes of looking, Steve Angle (Salesman) came out to discuss details and test drive. He (and his team) were very professional and helpful. The trade negotiations went well and we agreed on a fair and reasonable price.My wife is VERY thrilled with her new ride and family car.
