The service advisor Sherry is very professional and helpful she went above and beyond to keep me informed on the status of my truck. Your mechanic does great work and trust that it s done right. My whole family does business with this bill Estes and we re all very satisfied. I know there days it s hard to keep good help. Hope you can keep them. They make it easy to do business with.

If I could give these people no stars I would. I scheduled an appointment simply to have them see if my vehicle had a recall issue with the brakes. I had my vehicle dropped off in the morning for a scheduled appointment. We called in the afternoon and were told they had not started on the vehicle. We called again in the evening because I needed my vehicle back because I had prior engagements, they were told to just leave the vehicle and we would pick it up because they had not started on it. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle they said it wasn't ready because they had taken it apart. The lady at the service desk was very rude. They charged me a service charge three times which added up to be about 600 dollars or more just to check my vehicle for a recall which I thought was not a charge to check for a known issue and your vehicle is part of the recall. After my vehicle was picked up, my windshield was broken and my air conditioning turns on by itself. When I start my vehicle it automatically comes on and the buttons don't respond as they should now. I have to keep pressing them to get the air to turn off, and sometimes it will still come on when I am driving. I have no heat at all now when I had heat before I took my truck there. I tried to settle the issue with them as a decent person but they said they were not responsible for my window. I tried to contact them many times even though I have a voice condition making it difficult to speak, and often times having to get someone else to call for me. I was always told the manager was not there or he was in a meeting. I am an honest reviewer and I would not advise taking my vehicle there. I didn't want to make a bad review before trying to deal with the issue first.

My experience was awesome! My previous vehicle was deemed a total loss but was still reflecting on my credit and as a current loan because the process takes a long time. When I arrived to the dealership their power was out and unfortunately they couldn t do anything at 9 am when I arrived. The sales manager (Jason) advised me to fill out the online credit application in the meantime and would let me know when the power came on. Two hours later he called me with an approval! I was in a hurry to pick up my kids and my sales associate (Eli) was understanding and did an amazing job to get me through the process in under an hour along with the finance manager and the individuals detailing and cleaning my vehicle. Fastest experience at a dealership I have ever had! On top of all that I was able to leave my rental car there to be picked up. I can t thank them enough for the professionalism and support I received!

The vehicle was well kept and attention was paid to ensuring everything was in top shape before delivering the vehicle. The test drive was comprehensive and the sales person was able to answer all questions asked. Jason Miller (sales person) was excellent, laid back and easy to talk to. There was no pressure from the sales person, nor the financing person which is a welcome change from other dealerships. While additional warranties and packages were offered, they were not shoved down our throat and at no point did we feel hustled or hurried into something we weren't comfortable with. It was refreshing to have such honesty in business practices.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiles! Jason helped us and made sure to look at our budget and show us just what we needed! Everything was so easy and we got done in less than 3 hours! I will always come here for our vehicle needs in the future!!

Last year my pickup had a check engine light related to oil pressure sensor. I paid over $3700 for the new oil pump, oil change and related charges. Still, I am getting related codes the oil pressure sensor "stuck off". The dealer had my truck for over 3 months of the year 2023. I do see improvements in the operation of the engine, oil pressure is higher during operation.After the visit in November, the mechanic recommended the engine be changed if the alarm returns.In December 2023, I had the same alarm return 3 or 4 times and clear after some time. This is better, but not repaired. In January 2024, I returned to the dealer. After a few days, they got back with me for a quote for over $11000 to replace the engine.Yes, the truck has 105000 miles on it, but it has been taken very good care of and otherwise runs like a new truck.The company needs to stand by the product it makes. If not, the company doesn't stand very long.

Bill Fletcher was very attentive and explained everything as it was discovered. My car wouldn't crank and had been in that state for almost 2 months. My personal friend who has maintained my Camry was baffled by the Dart. I also tried another local shop who replaced the starter. That may have been the issue but obviously something else was going on. I finally brought the Dart to you guys in desperation. I am relatively frugal in general. However, you get what you pay for and I was very happy to be able to drive my car again. And it sounds great! Thanks guys!

Just bought my Volkswagen Passat from here. Honestly it has been nothing but a great experience!!! This would be my first time purchasing from an "actual" big name dealership, and it has been the most pleasant experience to say the least! Jason and Eli have been absolutely wonderful!!!! Both helpful, listened to what my husband and I had to say and did not rush our decision making at all!! From start to finish we probably spent two hours at the dealership and they made the process stress free and headache free!! Thanks so much for the absolute amazing hospitality Jason and Eli!! We met Eli at Bill Estes a year ago when we first started looking at vans at various places. He left a good impression, so we came back because we wanted to buy a new vehicle from someone we felt we could trust. He was great to work with! The process was easy and straightforward. Eli made us feel comfortable and gave great advice as we considered options. Eli answered all of our questions above and beyond! This was our first new vehicle purchase and we're glad that it was with him. We are thrilled with our new van and happy (and shocked) with how quick the process was!

Took my Jeep in on 2/8. Texted them on 2/12 (4 days later) because i had heard NOTHING from them. Got an answer that they were trying to get the work done under warranty. It was not covered. Finally heard from the dealer on 2/17 that my car was ready. How can it take 9 days to replace a heater core? It takes Jeep dealers far too log to get an appointment and then get your car repaired. I love my Cherokee (2014 with 281,000 miles on it) but I will never buy a Jeep again. I just cant wait 3 weeks to get an appointment and then 9 days for a simple repair.

I ve always hated car dealerships. Most of them are a scam or at least slightly sketchy, but I thoroughly enjoyed me experience At Bill Estes. I worked with Jean who helped me through the process. They gave me a great value for my trade in and got me a fair interest rate for the loan. The car I bought needed some minor repairs including a head unit replacement, all repairs were done on their bill and they were quick and efficient with it. Thank you Jean, I look forward to buying from you again.

Service Advisor Bill Fletcher was quick to welcome my wife and I when we entered the service bay with our 2019 Ram for an oil/filter change. Although the only advisor there at the time, he was able to thoroughly assist us even though several more customers were arriving. This was the first service I ve had done since buying our Ram and we were done in about an hour as we were told. I wanted a reputable Ram dealership that we could trust, close to where we live. We re hopeful Bill Estes will be a long term solution!

Ordered a new vehicle over the phone. Alvin and his team remained in contact with me throughout the process. They delivered what they promised.Vehicle was received with a scratch in the clear coat. I was told to have it fixed and send them the bill. Very reputable!

I sincerely appreciate all your time and efforts in making one of my dreams and desires come true! The car is absolutely just beautiful and I am so happy with it completely. Eventually I intend to install a RIPP Supercharger in it sometime next year if plans pan out hopefully for me! I give the Lord God all the praise and glory because without him this would of never of happened. Will most definitely be returning there for my future car purchases! Bill Estes Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealership has been the best experience I ever had with a car dealership and other dealerships need to learn from you guys as you treat the customer right and it shows! Jake was great. He addressed us by our names when we came in. He remembered us and what we bought a few months ago. We thought you closed at 7pm instead of 6pm. Everyone that was there was very nice and cordial even after we kept them there later. Jake called Monday just to thank us and check to make sure everything is ok. This is our second vehicle from there.

Came in without an appointment. Eli and front desk associate welcomed me immediately, and I was taking a test drive within minutes, (the RAM I inquired about the night before sold that morning that was very similar). RAM puts out a superior truck.

Everything went very smooth. Andrew really went out of his way to make the sale happen, as well as our salesperson Josh. I would definitely recommend giving them a call, as they will definitely go as far as they can to make a sale happen, and won't leave you in the dark. It seems to be that they very much stand by their word, as we talked pricing over the phone, and that pricing was very close to what our final monthly cost ended up being. Some dealerships don't even want to talk about pricing until you're sitting in front of their finance manager. Overall a great experience!

I had my wife take her car in to have it looked at. We very specifically explained in a phone call that we wanted a thorough inspection to identify any wear and tear on a vehicle with 130k miles on it. The person on the phone was dismissive and said it would take 5 minutes to do an inspection. We explained that was not what we wanted - we too can operate the internet to look at the service intervals and see suggested maintenance - so the person on the phone set us up with an appointment instead. My wife took time out of her day and took the care there for our appointment. Someone named Bill met with her and was again incredibly dismissive. Bill did not seem interested in engaging with my wife at all or listening to what she was saying. Instead we ended up with the free 18 point or whatever inspection - not at all what we were looking for. When the "inspection" was completed, he didn't even go over the results with her. He opened the door for her and ushered her out. After all was said and done we know to change the cabin air filter and differential fluid. Great job. Additionally, our Durango has the typical taillight LED outage from water seeping into the taillight housing. The inspection team checked the box to say that bulbs and lights are checked and in working order! If we can't trust the inspection team to identify burned out tail lights, why would we trust any other single thing on that list? Unbelievable waste of time. Incredibly disappointing service throughout.

First car dealership visit ever was here. The salesman I was set up with, Eli Fisher, was awesome. Very upfront, professional, friendly, unrelated but good taste in shoes, and was an immense help every step of the way. The finance guy Mr Trusty was as well. Couldn't have asked for a better first car buying experience from a dealer. Couldn't recommend this place, and service enough.

Worst service I ve ever had. I made an appointment and the earliest appointment was 3 weeks out. The workers and I knew what was wrong with the car right when I brought it in but They didn t call me with an estimate until a week after I brought my car in. Now it will take another week for the parts to come in and who knows how long before they actually start working on my car? This is the last Chrysler I will ever buy!!

Appointments mean nothing here!!! They make you book an Appointment and keep your vehicle for 3 days before they even get to it then the fun part begins Diagnostic charges $180 outrageous. And icing on top they will add $30 miscellaneous charges just because they can for a quick look at the vehicle.truck went in for some vibration while driving and check engine light which will come on and go away .and it wasn t on when went to dealership when came to pick up the truck left with the engine light On . So they did nothing other than wasting 3 days of time got 2 vehicles jeep/Ram and was the regular customer to this dealership but never again
