They got my truck repaired correctly this time. the only complaint is the service. One of the employees left without informing anyone, which cost me and the shop time. I also tried to talk to an employee about a bulb, but he had his headphones in and failed to acknowledge me even after I tried to get his attention.

A safe place to take your vehicle as a woman. They are kind and respectful. They don t try to take advantage of lack of knowledge and over sell you in things. They will even put air in your tires or make simple tire repairs for free.

Had a flat tire. Stopped in to see if they could assist. Very friendly and ready to help! Took amazing care of us and got us back on the road! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Used to be great but something happened. Poor quality work. Had to go back with an induced issue. Also poor customer service. When we took it back they were too busy on their phones and chatting to take care of us. Issue is still not resolved. Once it is. We will be using someone else.

Another awesome experience. This team is awesome as well as remember your name. I purchased 4 new tires for one of my classic cars and the ones we agreed on weren't available so they upgraded me at no cost. Again, this is a great business here in brownsburg and will continue to be my go to for all things wheel and tire related

All attendants are very friendly here. For any service, I have never spent more than 70 minutes waiting. They have always been able to get me in the same day that I call for my tires. I don't go anywhere else for service.

Great place. I just got off work it was after 5pm. I had a nail in my tire no one in back wanted to look at it but there was a person that worked up front. Went outside on the cold pavement and fixed my car. What a wonderful person. He saved me a lot of money. I called his boss and told him he deserves a bonus and I hope he got it! I will be going back there again.

Big O Tire is the best shop in the Brownsburg area. Just recently I had an issue with a lug nut wheel stud break. Another tire shop in Brownsburg quoted me $348.41 to repair. Big O Tire told me it would be between $50 - $60 to fix. The final cost was $18.22. These guys are honest and professional. Don't go anywhere else.

Just another positive post about the crew at our local Big O Tires! Stopped by today after finding a screw in my tire, just to make an appointment for later in the week because I was in the neighborhood.Mike and the team said they would get it in right away, and within 20 minutes I had my car back and no charge for the repair.It made my day and you better believe I ll be back when I need that new set of tires this winter! Outstanding customer & community service Big O! Thank you!

I called ahead and then brought my vehicle in for new tires. Staff were responsive, communicated clearly, honest, didn t try to sell me on anything I didn t need. Service was quick and they called with updates. Great experience!

Thank you for walking me through the purchase of new tires for my 2016 Odyssey I recently purchased. You explained everything and helped me make an informed decision about the purchase. I also appreciate you checking out the brakes, tie rods and suspension for me and for the estimate. When I brought my van back for the tie rod replacement, the price was exactly as quoted! Pleasantly Surprised: As I was driving home from work, I somehow got a screw stuck in my tire. When I got home and saw the screw, I felt "deflated." My daughter just got braces and this definitely was not in my budget.A quick google search of highly rated tire stores directed me to Big O Tires. From past experiences with other stores, I still expected to have a bad day. When I arrived, I was kindly greeted. I explained there was a screw in my tire, answered a couple questions for some paperwork and handed over my keys. I expected anytime I would get the bad yet expected news. "We can't fix your tire but here are some nice really expensive tires for you to buy."Instead, about 15 minutes later they were done, and my tire was fixed. This was a pleasant surprise but what came next shocked me. I was thrilled my tire was fixed and asked, "how much do I owe you?" The man at the desk said, "Nothing." I was/am grateful. Big O Tires earned my full recommendation and with service like that, you would be foolish to go anywhere else.

Had to visit Big O tires again for new ser of tires on a different car. Once again, the owner Mike and the Service Technician Michael were absolutely awesome. I got there 1 minutes after closing but they still opened the door to intake the car versus the Dropbox. The tires were as promised and the car was finished promptly. Every employer working at this location is professional, customer service orientated and appears to enjoy working here. Great job Mike and your Big O Team!I have been going to Big O Tire in Brownsburg for over 15 years and the service continues to impress. Mike, the owner, is at work everyday with a smile on his face greeting as many people as he can. He is great at answering questions and truly understands the meaning of customer service. I was there a couple of days ago with a tire issue. Mike and Mitch looked at the tire. It was under warranty and free. They did not try to sell anything or attempt to explain away the warranty. They also explained why I needed new lug nuts....a question I asked...not them. When my wife picked up the car not only had Mitch re-installed the spare tire and ensured proper inflation but he also neatly put away the jack and lug wrench into the proper compartment. It is always a pleasure taking my car to this Big O location. Thanks Mike and Mitch!

The only place I really trust. They always take care of you. Always buy my truck tires there. I got some Toyo AT3s. The best AT tire I ve ever had. Quiet ride. 65000 mile warranty

These guys always treat us right. I always leave here with my vehicle problems fixed, and 90% of the time I end up paying nothing. They stand behind their warranties and don't quibble about whether or not you qualify for free coverage, they just get you back on the road and hope you'll give them your business when you need new tires.

35$ for an oil change is not bad at all. But the oil level on the dip stick should be between the marked lines, preferably about 3/4 up it. These guys don t know that and they showed me the oil level was above the top line on the dip stick and said it s fine . It may not blow up the engine but it could over pressurize the engine making the seals weaker and causing it to leak oil. They also don t know this but sent me out the door either way. Not very smart people, changing oil takes 15 minutes to do properly. Just go somewhere else

Honest people with great customer service. Family owned. Trust worthy people. Never had a problem with anyone or any job done. Only negative is he busy they are but that s great for them & mildly inconvenient for anyone with more than a tire rotation needed if done.

Called day before, had me in next day only took 25 minutes to change my tires. Super important to me since I have a two year old to entertain in the meantime! This big o is much better than the one in Lebanon, Indiana. Very clean and ran efficiently!
