A great place to buy tires and have them installed. The employees were nice and answered any questions I had. Great prices too. All was done in a timely manner, and I was back on the road.

We ve been going to Belle tire for many years and absolutely love the service!Just this evening, I aired up my motorcycle tires and my bike wouldn t start- Zach at Belle came out to help me jump it after hours, including tools and accessing battery.Zach rocks! You have some amazing employees at Brownsburg Belle Tire!

Second time on Belle Tire and had a great experience. Staff is super friendly and helpful, my tire had a nail on it and they patched it for free.

Spoke to the first assistant was absolutely 0 help. Asked her if she could remove wheel studs (after-market) and go back to standard lug bolts on my BMW (stock). She claimed that the studs are factory .which is not true at all on a BMW. They have removed/installed these in the past and she was trying to explain how my hubs are not made for this, maybe hire people that are qualified in answering questions and guiding customers. Would ve been happy to drop this off and pay a couple hundred dollars but instead she was insistent and rude over the phone about how I didn t know what I was talking about. Told me NOT to bring in the car because it s not something they would mess with. Not at all the normal interaction I get with Belle Tire specifically this location, the past 3-4 years they ve been great with helping me on tires, alignments, etc on all my cars. Might be the last time I take a car here if they aren t even competent enough to know the difference between an aftermarket wheel stud and getting that confused with a wheel bearing/hub lol.

I stopped in with just an hour left of their business hours. They had a line of 4 people in front of me and a lobby full of customers and they still got me in and out in less than an hour. The manager Thomas is great. Best place in Brownsburg!

Called for 2 carry out tires today, no issue. Went to pick tires up and was told I needed to present an ID? Then was told basically I could not purchase tires without it. Left and went to Big O and had 2 tires within 5 minutes and didn t have to identify myself. What is going on here?

Best Service Ever! We ve been customers of Belle Tire for about 6 years now. The employees at this location won t lie to make a dollar. Our service advisor is Joyce! She gets you in and out and will go over and beyond She treats us like we are apart of her family. We appreciate you!! Don and Candase

I have always gotten the best service here!! So courteous and friendly, they have helped me so so many times I can't thank yjem enough! I love that they are a Diverse Work Environment!! Love that! It had me coming back over and over!! This last trip I bought a Full 4 set and they are Great!! ( but they could have left my Rims alive less nasty? ) I'll Be Back!! Thanks! Great Job!!

Brownsburg Belle Tire is the best! Joyce, Thomas, David and the rest of the stuff are very nice and friendly and very helpful.#1 place I go for all my automobiles needs.

While I believe this business charges too much per hour for labor, they were professional with me, respected me, and created an environment where I was not just a number but a valued customer. I'm not sure I will use them again in the future given their labor per hour rate but I do believe they are to be commended for their approach with customers.

Belle Tire Brownsburg was really there for me in my time of need. My car was involved in an accident that knocked my alignment off and I needed it fixed immediately. They listened to my concerns, fixed my car into amazing shape and provided excellent customer service. I ll definitely be back and be recommending people.

Used Belle Tire before, just not the Brownsburg location. Called for a same day oil change appointment, Joyce got me right in. Extremely courteous and they went the extra mile to stop a small leak in the drain plug. That's the kind of service I've come to expect from Belle Tire, and they don't disappoint!

Yesterday I walked into Belle tire in brownsburg looking to purchase a spare tire and 4 additional tires for another car. There was no one waiting in line in front of me and they were four employees at the desks, yet no one offered help to me. I'm not one to have to chase someone down to give them my money. Gave them a shot and it was a fail. The kicker was this when the phone rang. One of the employees picked it up and said this is Belle tire. How can I help you at the same time they had a customer in front of them waiting.

This is the second time I've visited Belle Tire and they didn't disappoint. I had wheels on order for 14 weeks from a custom wheel manufacturer. The wheels are ceramic coated, and I was worried about damage to the coating during tire installation. Belle Tire used their touch free tire installation machine, and did an excellent job. They will be my go to, with anything tire related.

I had a nail in my tire, I was so nervous and out of my comfort zone that I didn't know what to do. I googled tire repair and it led me to Belle Tire. Let me say this- not only were they able to fix my tire on my Lexus, and get me on my way, they did it at no charge. I was overwhelmed with joy!!! This is so unusual in this time of day, that I had to come and leave a review of the Belle Tire, the manger down to the employees were professional and kind and efficient and knowledgeable - I will be back hopefully for other tire related purchases. Thank you - I think I love this place - 10/10

I know my tires were fine when I left home. after work I noticed that one tire was was at least 10-15 PSI low. I was greeted and assured that my car would be ready in time and it was! They pulled out what appeared to me to be a octagonal head, self starting screw that was at least a quarter of an inch in diameter and probably 2 inches long. They said it was stuck in the middle of the tire and the tread. It s a good thing I didn t try to get home, 30 miles away, with that in my tire! Thank you for getting me safely back on the road before the weekend started!!

Love the guys at Belle Tire. I take advantage of their vallet service when I swap out my winter and summer tires. They are the only place that does this and it allows me to keep from taking up space in my garage for the things. Also....they were the only ones who would go the extra mile and actually find the winter tires I was looking for. They located exactly what I wanted, had them shipped in and simply took care of me. I've been taking my car there for everything since then....every time experiencing the same great service. Price is competitive and the guys alway take care with my ride.

I work with Dameon Thomas who was attentive to my engine problems. Dameon got my car right in and diagnose the fuel system needed cleaned and suggested I take it to dealership to have it cleaned. I did that and now need a tune up. I made an appointment and will be getting my car fixed with Belle Tire. Thank you Dameon for all your help and your honesty to help me. You truly are someone I trust and I am looking forward to working with you in the future. Thank you

I had an appointment at 10 for tire rotation. seems easy enough. one hour later, nothing happened. went to the counter and they said they would get it right in. ten minutes later, still nothing. got my key and left. will never go back.

I had a 3PM appointment today 5/27/23 at Belle Tire in Brownsburg, IN. Dropped off my car at 2:40PM and asked when it would be ready. The guy at the front desk told me it would take approximately an hour. I made sure they had my phone number just in case they needed to get ahold of me for some reason. Pulled back into the parking lot at 3:45PM expecting to see my vehicle in the shop up on the rack. It was in the same parking spot that I had parked in. I went inside and found absolutely nobody in the lobby, customer or associate. They guy who I dropped off my keys to was sitting in an office playing with his cell phone. Once he saw me, he asked how he could help me. I asked why my car hadn't been brought into the shop yet. He said which one, to which I replied, the 3PM appointment that was dropped off at 2:40PM. He didn't have an answer and just walked out to the shop without saying one word to me. He came back about a minute later after talking to one of the technicians and as he opened the door, I asked for my keys. He grabbed them and said have a nice day. No apology or reason for not getting the work done.It is now 6/1 and I have yet to hear from anybody at Belle Tire about this. Filled out the contact us form on the website and I have received the same level of service from corporate that I received from the Brownsburg location. NONE.It is now 6/9 and guess what? Still nothing. They really couldn't care less about the customer.

I called the store on a Friday asking to set up an appointment on Saturday to get an alignment. They told me no need for an appointment and to just show up. So I show up 15 minutes after they open in the morning on Saturday and I m told it would be the afternoon before they could get to me because of all the appointments that were already scheduled. Wish the person I spoke to was more accurate and considerate when they just told me to show up with no appointment!

While waiting for a tire to get replaced it was discovered that we needed a key for the lug nuts which they didn't have. The manager went into the bay and returned to work after a few minutes, leaving me with the impression that he had found a solution and the work was being done. After an additional 45 minute wait, the tech came out and asked the manager about the key, to which the manager said he had not had a chance to deal with that yet. He literally was taking care of other tasks and ignoring my service despite being ahead of other customers and having made an appointment. I gave the second star because they didn't damage the car while they had it, it's the only positive thing I can think of. I'll be driving out of my way to take my service elsewhere.

They take forever. If you are looking to get a tire I do not recommend here. I ve been here 30 mins waiting for them just to switch my flat tire with a new one, not put it on, not check anything with the car, just change the tire. They take there time and couldn t care about stuff you got to do. I d give a 0 if I could
