By far, hands down the best parts store within 10 counties. David schell never seems to be off his game. I call ahead needing parts and they are there ready to be picked up. He is a stand up guy. Ralph Byrd is also a great addition to the store. He has really turned the place around. Delivery drivers are always friendly and hard working guys also. Never shop anywhere else koi federated is my store for parts and or tools!!!!

Here at Bath Rd. Ironworks I depend solely on parts and shop supplies from KOI! David Schell in the paint department is second to none! Never have the let me down. Thanks guys!

I bought new battery. The staff carried it out for .e and when I returned old battery for core charge, they helped me carry the old one in. Very friendly and helpful.
