Stayed 2 nights, for the "canal days" nearby. The rooms are simple but spacious and appeared clean. They had a nice coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They have a small snack area where you can buy soda and snack items. They have coffee available in the lobby all day. The complementary breakfast was also simple but fresh and had enough choices that everyone can find something. I had eggs and biscuits with sausage gravy that were quite tasty. My friend had a "make your own" waffle, yogurt and fruit. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

Friendly staff, locally owned and operated, great nights stay, cleanliness was amazing. I have stayed at higher end hotels that were not as nice as this location. Next to the like and river, beautiful location. Highly recommend if your ever in the area. I chose this after a train ride from Connersville, IN because of price and what we got was amazing for the price. (Not my vehicles in photos, but out truck was too big to get decent photo around from front.)Rooms: Room was very clean and cozy. I was expecting much less for what we paid.

This motel was so quiet and peaceful and just what my wife and I needed for a getaway from the Christmas Rush- the beds were very comfy and I rested well, the room was very clean and they have something for everyone at breakfast-staff were very nice and helpful

Everything was great! The breakfast had sugar free syrup & coffee creamer plus fruit toppings for your waffles. YUM! Bed was comfy, room clean. Only hickup and it was zero reflection on the hotel itself, I left my swimsuit in the room. The phone number on the website went directly to main reservations; they were worthless. First time they told me there was no such hotel, second time said call after 9:00 (not), third time she said once again no hotel in Brookville, fourth time he found hotel, gave me number which brought me back to main reservations. Finally drove back, got my suit, and even hubby's hearing aids. Housekeeping was AMAZING!

Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was great, a lot of different options.Only down fall was no pool to relax in, but everything and everyone was 5 stars.Very nice place to stayNearby activities: Good walking trails near by , a lake near by, canoe rentals and the town small but good food.

I look forward to staying at your hotel twice a year. I come in town to attend a scrapbooking/crafting event at St. Michael's church. Your hotel is clean and has a very friendly environment. This past weekend, we were checking in for our stay and the gentleman put us in a room on the 2nd floor. I have a bad knee and scheduled for knee surgery next week. The thought of walking up and down the stairs was just too much for me. He was very kind and empathetic. He offered to move me to a 1st-floor room. I appreciated his willingness to see what my options were and making feel important. I will always be staying at your hotel every time I come in town!!

Very near Brookville reservoir. With the beginning of the fishing season it can get full up. Also be prepared to pay a higher amount per night. it's a recent build and clean, and not particularly large. They have a continental breakfast bar daily ( included ) with scrambled eggs, link sausage and several types of fresh fruit. Staff is pleasant and even helpful and attentive, especially if you stay multiple evenings. Beer and wine sales evenings.Safety: I have been reminded that they still don't have to lock the vehicle when we step away...by several people. My cousin laughed when he noticed me locking the passenger door when we would stop places. My mechanic said he'd leave my key below the car mat, and when I looked at him funny he said, don't worry it will be fine.Walkability: You can literally home up the hill to the edge of the reservoir.

Nice place to stay but no elevator and definitely not handicap accessible. Clean rooms, friendly and attentive staff. Continental breakfast is good.Nearby activities: Closest hotel to Brookville Lake. We discovered Big Boyz pizza nearby and it's the best!

My expectations going into this place were very low. There weren't many choices on where to stay, and the location is pretty remote. I was pleasantly shocked by the quality of this establishment.The room was really large. It has a king bed separated into it's own room, and a living area with a pull-out couch for another couple we stayed with.This place was even equipped with a full size fridge, stove, dishwasher, and all sorts of cups and cutlery.Morning breakfast was impressive. They had cheesy eggs, biscuits and gravy, and Seattle's Best coffee.If you stay on the far side of the hotel (away from the parking lot), the sunrise comes in your window.All around a great experience.

This is a review based on a working experience with the hotel staff, and on the premises. I am a professional carpet cleaner and as such have had the opportunity to clean for many hotels in my career in both small town settings, and in larger cities. With that said, this hotel is CLEAN. They ladies that work the front desk, and the ladies that do the cleaning are PHENOMINAL at their jobs. The staff is well trained and have a great customer service attitude. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay, and I have many times. Located about 5 minutes from the nearest boat ramp and 5 minutes from the heart of Brookville. There is a park across the street for picnics and a playground for the children. The owners are top notch.

Price was way to high for the amenities offered. I have stayed in much nicer motels for a lot less money. Facility was good. Motel has no elevator to the second floor so my wife (with an injured knee) had to force herself up and down the stairs. Their website advertises $92 per night. When told about the price on the website, staff said they to charge what their computer says. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Was gonna book Saturday night online and decided to call instead. Said there was availability online but the man on the phone was not very nice when I called to ask for a room and told me we are booked and hung up on me. Poor customer service and I m being generous with a two star based on that phone call. That causes me not to book online.Since it won t let me reply I ll respond this way.Thank for for acknowledging my comment. The online should be reflecting sold out if the hotel is sold out. It did not reflect that at all. We were going to go ahead and book but was afraid you was a hotel that overbooks and walks guests and so we opted to go elsewhere especially after the short rude phone service. That didn t leave a good taste for us to try again in the future. I appreciate your kind response.

Just opened in 2020. Very clean a well organized. Builders SHOULD have put in an elevator! The cleaning staff was having great trouble getting the sheets and towels up and down to the laundry. How is this ADA compliant? Anyway, beautiful location, had a great time.

For a newly constructed hotel, there were a lot of mechanical issues (A/C, vents, toilets, etc, not working). We had to switch rooms a few times because of this. There is no elevator, so make sure to request 1st floor if mobility is an issue. Staff were wonderful and location was great!

Overall a nice experience. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, plus the price was better than alright. If we're in the area again, we would book again.

Limited stay available in brookville . This hotel is fairly new. Accommodations great. Neat and cleanRefrigerator worked, great, bed very comfortable, microwave laundry rm available and because of covid cold breakfast buffet not available. Good location. Staff new, obligating, personable. . Would recommend youPriced ,81. Military a night. We stayed 4 night's visited family highly recommend it.
