I own an 11 unit trucking company in the area.After seeing all the reviews I decided to try these guys out. First call they were helpful, called me back with estimate on a clutch. When I called back to schedule the work I was placed on hold or told that I would be called back. After chasing them for a few days and NEVER receiving a call back I decided to give up and take my business elsewhere and that is 1 clutch and 3 engine overhauls for the next 2 months.I m not going to mention names because I don t want to damage anyone s standing with their boss.I suggest you don t sit around waiting on these guys to give you a call back and if they do I suggest you schedule things then and there and PRAY they stand by their word and answer your calls.It starts with customer service, if I can t trust that person on the other side of the line I sure won t trust you on the $100k+ in repairs I need done.Reply:I understand you re understaffed but leaving someone on hold for 10 or 20 mins at a time or simply not calling them back over a period of 2 weeks and multiple phone calls is unacceptable.If you can t take more business be straight and tell customers so, that way we can move on. By behaving this way you ensure less traffic when things slow down.Thanks.

Stranded with my air brakes locked up in Chalmers in our RV.Called Bahler truck repair and tec showed up.literally in 20 minutes and had me a temporary repair to get it to there shop.Have used Bahler truck repair several times and absolutely cannot say enough about this place.Luke Bahler is easy to work with and sincerely cares about his customers.Best in White County by far.Service: Brakes

As a company owner the hardest part is finding a great , honest and reliable shop out on the road. I have I driver that move out gear and the guys at Bahler are so easy and simple to work with thanks guys

Had a truck break a clutch linkage they got right to working on it, once the parts arrived they got him fixed and back on the road. Nice people to work with.
