Great import scrap yard with incredible selection. I was searching for a transmission for the 80/90s and it looks incredible! They drained it and got me on my way! My first few minutes here felt like a scary movie, but I quickly warmed up to their knowledgeable staff. Just a note, they are on a SMALL one lane road, so bring your small truck and leave the trailer at home :) I will definitely be back. I can't say enough about their selection! They have alot!!

Things went ok, I bought an alternator pulled from a car on there yard. Went bad it was under warranty. Called ahead of time they had the replacement ready. Installed it and went to a doctors appt and it went bad. Called and they said they replace it. Went up and the guy at the counter said nope there no way you got 2 bad alternators your not getting another. Told him, sir I was already told I could come get another. He said you have to pull it your self then. Then no you have to wait. 1 hour 45 min waiting in a friends car on the yard finally got. This 3rd one was fine still working great. That one man -1 stars the other employees were great. Him thinking I was scamming them in some way -1 star. 1st time customer experience was awful.

Pay double the price for an engine that supposedly had 40,000 mi on it. Took it to my mechanic he said there's absolutely no way I call and confront them they said oh yeah that one was no good so we gave you one with double the mileage on it that you paid for. Finally called back said they'd refund $150. Still haven't got the $150. Plus the motor had no intake on it whatsoever so I had to pay for another intake and more labor to my mechanic. Meanwhile the same motor that was " bad " is still listed online for sale months later. What crooks

This is one of the worst salvage yards I have ever dealt with!!!!I ordered a control arm for a Subaru WRX, they shipped me a control arm for a Toyota Prius!!!When I called them to tell them it was wrong part, they argued that it was part I ordered! Every single person that I spoke with was rude and unprofessional!The manager got on the phone and said to return the part and pay for shipping costs, I told them I'll be more then happy to return the part but they would need to send me shipping label at their expense not mine since it was their mistake!!!He kept trying to blame me for wrong part delivered!When I told them that I will just call my credit card company and dispute the charge, someone from their company called me back and requested a receipt of correct part I ordered from different yard and that they would refund me afterwards.I sent them the info they asked for only to get a call afterwards saying the receipt I sent was deceiving!!!!I am done playing games with these clowns and will have my bank force them to give back the money for wrong part sent!!!!!

Best experience at a Junkyard hands down. I seen tons of reviews that made me super sceptical. And the place is definitely on the rough side. But it's that kind of world..either fit in and get along, or get out. Yea you have to pick your own part...it's unfortunate in some ways but understandable giving how noone wants to work. I'm handy and brought tools and gloves and a jack and stand...don't come I'll equipped or you'll be sad...yes you can wait for them to pick ur part, if your hands are soft and fragile..it could take hours though. They are under staffed. The guy helping me was straight to the point and informative on what I needed and how to find it. I got the part I needed Hassle free at this location. I'll always come here for my used Subaru partsThank you

If I could give a zero star I would. Worse experience we have ever dealt with. Was told to pick a part and they would get it off. Picked the part finally and informed man at front window. Then got told to pull it ourself. Had to go out of our way to get tools just to come back to get the part off and be talked to terrible. Left without the part. Waste of time. We will not be back & would not recommend this place to anyone.

Good price and service. Requested part was correct and worked in the car. 60 day warranty. The roads leading up to this yard are very narrow and your car may get dirty so be aware.

Best facility to find hard to locate import vehicle parts! I recommend it to all trying to locate parts that are no longer available through dealerships. Employees are super nice and extremely helpful!

Place it s good to find parts but the window dude it s the problem. been rude and disrespectful not sure if he is racist or something. Hope the owner takes care of this.

Guy at the front desk is almost as rude .I paid for the parts, they said it would be ready in 10 days, 30 days have passed and it is still not ready. The service guy talking to me rudely and every time they say what they are doing and that it will be ready soon, and they say the same thing every week. I do not recommend it, do not waste your time. Before order something, read the reviews

Eric should not be talking to people. Your attitude sucks to be frank, definitely confirms the rude review. If you don t think at this internet age that customer service is paramount you shouldn t be answering phones, but rather pulling parts.

Brickyard is hands down the place to go to if you need a part for your forgiven car. Was there this week getting a part for a Mini Cooper and once again they did not disappoint and had the exact part I needed at a great price. I recommend them to everyone who s needing parts.

The guy at the front desk is almost as rude as he is incompetent, horrible service. I heard him talk down to 3-4 people in a row for no reason, he is just hateful and sad. Treated a black customer especially poor. Prices are high, and the vehicles have little to nothing left on them that are worth anything. Couldn t recommend staying away from this place any more, it is a joke. Take your money elsewhere.

OMG, they have every freaking import car! BMW's smashed Mercedes, loads of Volkswagens and Audi's and Lexus....WOW! AND YOU CAN GET A TAN WHILE PULLING PARTS!(I would give it a five but it is rather a blight on what is otherwise a very nice wooded area)

Ordered two used hard to find parts for my Lexus here last week. Parts arrived quickly and in pristine condition, price was more than fair and 60% cheaper than anywhere else listed on the east coast. Would gladly do business here again!

Most excellent! Very happy, very honest, arrived as the doors opened, paid cash, he recounted, I gave him $20 extra, he gave it back, parts are as advertised, and look great!

Called needing to grab a couple interior trim pieces, was told I had to be there 3 hours in advance to go out in the yard to grab some pieces that pop out. I ll drive into Indy or order them from eBay before I think about this place again.

After waiting 15 minutes on hold and they hang up on me, tried one more time after they picked up they was super rude and unprofessional I asked for a part that shows they have 4 of it online and he refused to sell me all 4 and he hang up the phone again ?!?!If you unable to sell parts why you listed? And what kind of customer service that treats the customer in bad way.

Steve was very polite and helpful, yard was well organized and important parts, (trans, engines, electronics) stored inside. Drove 3 hours to just get there 2 hours before closing on friday (to give them extra time to locate and pull lg parts for loading)got a great deal on a used trans for a semi rare car for half the price and mileage of similar ones found online. Yard staff was helpful and courteous in pulling and loading my purchase. If I need anything in the future I will check there first. All these negative reviews do not reflect my experience as I am polite during this process and as patient and informative as I can be. I wasnt there for more than 30 minutes and left fully satisfied with no qualms. Only thing was google maps ping location had me take a final right and left to their back gate where the main entrance is left and right 100 feet down the street.

Major improvements in my opinion, Letting the Customer pull the Smaller parts Speeds up the Process of getting your part quickly..I do feel honesty that the Price should be adjusted for the Customer pulling their own parts..Aside from that..its better than it was from office to Selection of parts..

Steve, at the front window, was very helpful. Quickly told me that he had the wheel I was looking for that he would have someone pull it off the vehicle and bring it up to me soon. Meanwhile, I asked permission to walk around the yard and look for other parts. I was able to find what I was looking for and we negotiated a fair price. Steve was very cooperative. And Josh, the parts puller, was very helpful getting the parts I needed and loading them for me. I recommend the Brickyard imported car parts as a source for any imported cars. Parts that are hard to find anywhere are plentiful here.
