We were traveling to see family when our van's electrical system started having issues. My nephew recommended O'Reillys. Tony at the store went above and beyond to help us figure out what was wrong. Give him a raise!

I want to thank Issac at the Bremen Indiana store. I had an out of town friends car quit on him. We jumped it and got it to the local O Reillys store. Issac went above and beyond helping us determine that the alternator was bad. Then he didn t have the part we needed so he searched and found that the Nappanee store had the part. Once we had the part and set to installing it right there in the parking lot Isacc helped us with tools we needed and he came out to check on us a couple of times. He is a great asset to O Reillys and a super guy. He solidified my choice of O Reilly for all my automotive needs.

I like going into O'Reilly's Auto Parts I don't know much about vehicles and the guys and gal always help me with whatever I'm having issues with and if nothing else just by given me information on my vehicle

There has only been one time i haven't been able to get what i needed. Great customer service from Bremen to Plymouth both stores in Indiana.

Love the helpfull employees!!! If they dont have what I need in stock its usually the next day I have it!! Positive and polite people and awesome attitudes!!!

Service is ok. AutoZone was much better. They gave me the wrong product and said it was right, until they looked at the vehicle, then they agreed that they gave the wrong product.
