Our experience was excellent! My husband reached out to Lochmandy based on an ad he saw and Chandra immediately contacted us! Even though the first car did not work out, she stayed in touch with us until the perfect car came along! The actual purchase was easy and she could not have been better to work with. My daughter now has a car just perfect for her! Thank you Chandra and Lochmandy Motors!

We got our car fixed in this place, paid $1300. No loaner car available. When they called my husband to pick up the car, he told whoever answered the phone that He doesn t have a way to get there. The person was rude. We live 7mins. Away From this place, he didn t even bother asking or offer a ride since they dont have a loaner car. So my husband had to walk more than an hr. To get there. I would never come back here!

The staff at Lochmandy Chevrolet are top notch! They helped answer all of my questions, and were very helpful and efficient in getting us on our way in my new ride! Better than another recent experience where we were pushed to the bottom of the line at a larger dealership. Would purchase from them again!

Excellent service. They were able to get the vehicle in quickly and diagnosis the problem. Shuttled it to another Lochmandy that could fix the problem and shuttled it back to where we dropped it off. We never mess around when the check engine light comes on, so we were glad to get it in quickly.

I was not planning on getting a new truck in any way because the price on trucks are crazy and I'm a Ford guy really then you sales lady Chandra showed me a used truck that the price scared the heck out of them she shows me a new 2022 Silverado. that had rebates and sale prices and I ended up buying it. And tonneau cover. The people at the showroom were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. Chandra showed me all the do dad's and how they worked I'll recommend this place to anyone

Chandra, Milo, & Nick were all wonderful to work with! They were knowledgeable about the vehicle and took their time with us!The staff was just incredible to work with!
