The easiest car purchase I have ever made. I have never bought a vehicle on line, but Logan and Jeremy made the whole process simple. The next day they had my car delivered to my home 400 miles from their location. The vehicle was exactly as advertised. I would definitely purchase from them again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!Sold someone close to me a truck, said it had no problems at all. Signed the paper work.we take it to my mechanic, the paper work said the frame was a bit scratched when my mechanic got under it to look. The whole frame was about to collapse, AND the gas tank was hanging on with 2 RACHET STRAPS. the fact we both could ve died if that thing would ve just fell right off, not only did they sell us this, not INFORM us of this. This should have NOT been on the lot to sell in the first place . This wasn t a small mistake, they claimed to have it checked out, and serviced. But clearly wasn t if they claimed to have no idea it had these problems . only offered his money back, and a worse car to try and trade it in. I recommend not going to this place. Did almost nothing to help us , did not seem bothered by the fact we could ve died if the gas tank would ve just fell off. My friend is now left CARLESS, because they already gave his trade in away. trying to find something else in the meantime. do not buy from this place or give this place the time or money!!

Salesperson friendly. Went to test drive two vehicles that passed inspection and one had a ratchet strap holding up fuel tank. Bought other truck, went home and found ratchet strap holding that fuel tank. Called dealership and told me they would call back once ordered. Never called me so I called again and was told it was ordered. Turned out it was never ordered. I had to call parts to have them order it. Then had to call again once they received it to get the straps installed. Salesperson I was working through was not following through on calling me back like they stated. Took 3 days for them to install two tank straps. Vehicle passed inspection some how to be sold but turns out it needed work. $2300 dollars in work to be exact for the major stuff. Plenty of other work for the not so major stuff. All new rear breaks. Pads were well below safety standard (almost nonexistent). Rotors completely rusted. And shocks leaking fluid and have been for a long time. Air filter completely clogged. Don t know how they can say it passed inspection after finding this stuff out from another mechanic shop that specializes in this vehicle type. Especially since they stated the guys in their shop that work on that type of vehicle have many years of experience and are considered the best around.Honestly wouldn t deal with them again and not go through their service center for any repairs. Clearly there is a lack of vehicle inspections and just want to sell vehicles as fast as possible without consideration of customer safety. Only giving 1 star because the finance guy was super cool, friendly, and will follow through on his follow ups with you. Would honestly give zero if that was an option.Side note: salesperson took over finance guys job and still hasn t called me back about cancelling an insurance program they created on the vehicle I purchased. I ll call again and if I don t get a response, I ll show up at the dealership like I ve had in the past since they never follow through on calling you back.

Great customer service, quick, easy and very friendly! So easy to work with. I got my car from Auto Park Ford of Bremen 6 years ago and they have many of the same faces that they had when I got my car! They must be doing something right!I want to shoutout the receptionist, who was super accommodating when I didn t have a pen and even offered me a much needed cup of coffee! Super sweet.

We drove from Ohio to buy a 2018 Jeep Rubicon from Auto Park Ford Bremen. It was well worth the drive. Customer service was outstanding! They had us in and out extremely fast. Logan our Sr. Sales Specialist was upfront, friendly and thorough. We had an overall great experience.

2 week update: We've now been driving our coach from Bremen, IN to Tucson, AZ, or 1,767 miles after a complete engine replacement. Oil level is spot on, transmission fluid hot is dead center, no leaks, no loose connections. For as big of a job of replacing an engine and to NOT have one issue afterwards underscores the attention to detail used at Auto Park Ford of Bremen. Absolutely amazing!If you own a Ford F-53 or F-59 RV look no further than this Ford dealership for service & repair. My check engine light came on, and Newmar recommended I take my coach here. After diagnostics it was determined I needed a new engine due to a dropped valve. In less than five (5) days (that's right, 5) my coach was ready to go, that is remarkable!. There is plenty of parking space for RVs and 50amp service as well. My deepest and sincerest thanks to the entire service and parts team and a HUGE thanks to Jarred for his calm demeanor, fact based decision making and patience to deal with my warranty company. Ford Motor Company should be proud of this dealership, I've been wowed!

I tried Auto Park Ford in Laporte but they were really confused on whether the extended warranty would cover the work. They told me it may cost me $1600 but they wouldn t know until they take it apart and send pictures. I called the Bremen store and Jeremy, Jarod, the finance manager (can t remember his name), and Logan took great care of me. Did the research and showed the heater core is covered. They made sure I had a vehicle to use while mine was down and kept me updated. They even went up and beyond and cleaned my truck too. This is a great team in Bremen. I ll definitely be going there for my next vehicle. Please Thank them again for me. In a society that has forgot the importance of customer service this team is bringing it back and reminding people it still exists.

Service team does a phenomenal job. We took our explorer in for some warranty work and was treated really well by the service team very professional group they have. Only rating 4 stars because of a conversation I Witnessed Randy the sales manager had with another employee that I wish I didn t hear because it was not positive and very unprofessional.

I bought a dome light and installed it. I bought it here because it was the least expensive price I found. Part worked, but not perfectly. I called parts, and spoke to Brad. He got the info, and said he would get back to me. He left a message a few hours later and I called back the next day. He said there was no info in his documentation, so he got with a tech and they searched the problem on the internet. He told me what to do, I did it, and the issue was fixed. He could have just stopped when there was no info in the documentation he had, but he chose to search elsewhere for the fix and found it. What does this mean? It means that if I ever need another part for my Ford I am buying it here, because I know if I have an issue, I can call Brad and he'll do whatever it takes to resolve it. Brad is an asset to this organization and this is a prime example of exemplary customer service.

Great service department at Auto Park Ford in Bremen, Indiana! We had some some minor warranty work for an open recall on the front disc brakes performed. Jerod explained everything beyond my expectations. That s not easy - as a lifelong professional automotive master tech / technical trainer . . . I m a VERY picky service customer. I teach professionals how to do service, diagnostics and customer relations the right way. This dealership is doing service the right way! Their key drop box was perfect for an overnight vehicle drop off. Our vehicle was retuned on time and the front brakes work and sound fine. Jerod called the next day and advised me that there was more minor recall work (and a technical bulletin to be performed under warranty). These will be completed when Ford makes the parts available - but I m no longer dreading another trip from my hometown (Kokomo, IN - 87 miles away) for the next service department visit in Bremen. When you get things get done right - you don t mind making the drive!Kind of reminds me why we bought a new vehicle there in the 1st place.BACKGROUNDI don t normally take the time to do an internet survey - but these people have earned my time and effort to compliment them beyond the good word of mouth recommendations I ve been giving them these past 18 months.We purchased our new 2021 Ford Escape SE in the fall of 2021 when everyone else in Indiana had low/no inventory and/or had a take it or leave it attitude. We were VERY tired of car shopping by the time we found Auto Park Ford online, and noticed a few vehicles that looked worth checking out. We almost didn t make the 87 mile (each-way) drive. Glad we did! When we made it up Bremen, we entered an entirely different world at Auto Park Ford. Due to construction and traffic on the way, we arrived on a Saturday afternoon 20 minutes before closing. We apologized for dropping in so late and stated that our intent was to just look at their inventory and come back Monday if we saw something we liked. Hailey and another sales associate made us feel like family - but not the kind of family you rush out the door! Before we knew it, we were test driving what would be our next new car (after our family car was totaled in an accident 6 weeks prior). My wife fell in love with the color (bright blue) and the panoramic roof. I was happy with the techie stuff like duel fuel injection (GDI and SFI), Turbocharger, Ford BLISS (blind spot monitor) and Torq Vectoring (high tech all wheel drive). We both wanted the vehicle but feared the usual BS once we tried to get a sensible deal.Auto Park Ford is a No BS / No Head Games dealership. We made a deal and Hailey even secured us a supplier discount from my company (BorgWarner). Discount? Other dealers were charging retail price PLUS a healthy mark up at that time. (post Covid vehicle shortages). The owner / general manager let Hailey go home and he personally stayed over to close the deal, obtained financing and demonstrated / delivered the vehicle to us THAT very Saturday afternoon. I recall him calling his wife and making arrangements to rearrange some family plans that afternoon so he could finish the sale and still have some family time..Whether it s sales, service or management, this Ford dealership has an excellent small town atmosphere with Hoosier hospitality and golden rule business ethics! To whomever reads this review - please don t give up on dealerships and buy a nearly new vehicle online out of a gumball machine as we almost did. I have this 2002 Ford that I tried to get a right size fuel tank for and their pervious employee recommended this place to find out. Needless to say they was not helpful and willing to help. After I gave them the vin number they said first they needed , I waited and waited while they were non responsive and went off to do other work.

Pleasantly surprised. My car search took me to Auto Park Ford in Bremen, IN where I expected the same ol dealership shenanigans where one needs the intestinal fortitude unknown to mankind to survive. However, my visit here yielded different results. Randy, Logan, and Maria were friendly, patient, professional, and markedly different from my past experiences of high pressure nonsense and should be commended. Feeling like a valued customer rather than a sales quest was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. I will certainly be a repeat customer if the need arises.

I have struggled with so many Northern Indiana car lots trying to help my son get financed on his first loan. My Google search lead me to Auto Park Ford of Bremen. Randy quickly took us in. My son met him the first evening, and he worked well past the dealerships hours. My son went the next day after work ... And guess what? Randy made his magic happen! We got financed and my son got his name on a loan to start building his financial future! You don't know how much I appreciate all the hard work and determination Randy put into us! My son was "stuck" all the way up in Northern Indiana with a 2000 Prelude with 273k miles, only being able to drive to work and home, the car was on its last leg! Mr. Randy, the next time I am in Indiana, I would love to shake your hand! But my son has to come see his momma first out here in D.C. This dealership had my heart when I knew they were feeding my son pizza while he waited! Ha! And we laughed forever that you sent him home with a large pizza! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! My son and I are crying tears of happiness this morning ... You don't know how much we appreciate your hard work and determination. This dealership went well above and beyond our customer service expectations! Thanks again, from one parent to another for looking out for my son!

I went to visit one of my friends in Bremen Indiana, came from the suburbs near Chicago so it was a 3h 30min drive. I was casually driving around town then my transmission "broke" on my 2013 ford focus and had to limp the car to the dealership. The ONLY transmission technician was going on vacation the very next day and I had to leave the next day also to go back home to work. Lady at the service desk (forgot name) squeezed me in and had the trans technician diagnose and fix my car. Service lady kindly went out of her way in her lunch break to drive and pick up the part (TCM) that my vehicle needed so I can go home the next day. It took 9 hours to fix and drove it back home and runs perfectly fine. Can't thank you enough, they even did some recalls on my car aswell and everything was under warranty so I didn't pay a penny.

Truck wouldn t start when I picked it up had to have it jumped service text came out and said he left key on all night. Also had my brake sensor worked on because it would come on when I hit a bump in the road now it stays on all the time I went back to show them and they said service manager was out for the day said he would call me the next day ( no call)
