Had a great experience with this company. They helped me when I had a pretty massive trailer failure and got my stuff back to my house safe and sound. They certainly went above and beyond what I would consider expected service. They are very friendly and real pros in the tow game. Keep up the good work!

I'm out of Georgia and the other night headed back South with my Back load my oil pan took a dump South of Terre Haute around 1930 hrs. I was dead in the water. Poor Boys came and towed me back to their shop. The next morning they jumped on the job and had me ready to roll by 11 am. I do highly recommend them if you break down anywhere around the Terre Haute area. I was probably 50 miles South of Terre Haute myself at the time.

Huge shout out to poor boys truck repair and towing! 56 miles into my 125 Mile tow. Blew a drive tire, while loaded. Of course no spares come with a wrecker or rollback, I called George at poor Boys and within 40 mins he had a driver (Mike) from Brazil to me at exit 59 on i70. Got me taken care of extremely fast, and got me on my way to the destination. I can't thank them enough.And on top of all that. They brought me a quality tire!!

I see a service truck cruising down the highway, full light bar and multiple other lights just flashing away! Why are you normalizing strobe lights? And we wonder why nobody cares if they see tow trucks etc on the side of the road interstate.

Came here because I d sleep near by and the name fitted my description of my self image .Had my drive tire replaced , although recapped .. poor people like me can t be picky . The brother that was changing my tire reminded me of john bernthnal from the 2014 movie fury , great man he was .. even showed me his truck that he d recently purchased . I was in & out within 30 minutes .Love .. this family business ..Saving this for my favorite pit stops bc they have a road ranger with friendly staffs with showers next door .265 OTD . Legal and safe for the road .Thank you , POOR BOYS !

I was broke down in Brazil Indiana they were so professional, efficient, knowledgeable of engine problems, but most of all very fair and accessible prices. I was up and running in less than 25 minutes. Out of this world service

They are a predatory towing service that stalk truck drivers over by the BP. We can't even go in there to grab a bite to eat without these people harassing us. Learn the definition of illegal parking because yall suck. Next time if you wanna tow me be faster. First experience I've ever had with a towing company like this and last one. If you don't want drivers to park somewhere put NO TRUCKS ALOUD. But they don't because they want easy money. Well I'm glad I helped yall waste your money.

Those people are the best, professional and fairly priced. Our trailer broken down and the TA services says can t fix it until Monday after took everything apt, they even refused put everything back together so we can drive to another shop. Called poor boys, they sent someone got our trailer back to their shop and fixed in few hours, Absolutely five star

Truck broke down and needed a tow to the dealership driver was very friendly and professional. Took care as to not damage my truck/ trailer and got me to the dealership pretty quickly. Hope not to need a tow again but if I do in the area these are the guys I want to do it.

I got a rig towed, and had them put a new air compressor on the semi and got me back on the road in 7hrs! overall I was really happy! Thanks Guys!

Tom and his guys were great help. Boat trailer bearings went out these guys jumped on it and got me back on the road. I was passing through headed to Oklahoma. They saved me time and money! Very lucky to find these guys everyone else said they didn t work on boat trailers or were two weeks out. Poor boys had me back on the road in three hours.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

They worked on my Peterbilt. Shocks, exhaust bushings, air dryer filter, moved gauges around, and did a washout on the reefer. They did not waste time, were accommodating to what I wanted done, and were a pleasure doing business with.

Do not use this company. Mechanics don't know what they are doing and use the wrong parts. Our truck broke down 55 miles away from the shop after being repaired by them to the tune of 7k and we took it to another shop that gave us an itemized list of what they did wrong. Stay away, they are poor boys for a reason.

Called around 10 AM explained my problem, they said bring it in, got there around 2PM. Had me in a door by 2:30 and assessed the problem, had a lot more issues than I originally thought, mechanic got on it immediately and had me out the door by 8pm and the bill was surprisingly very reasonable. Poor Boys is a great place for towing and repairs. They got me in first thing in the morning, had my front pumpkin swapped out and on the road the same day. Including running for parts! Great prices, fast service and towing, and entertainment while they were working on it. Thanks to everyone there.

These people just came out to my semi truck to repair a air line leak on my trailer. The repair was made and verified by me. The mechanic then proceeded to tie the hoses in place as to not drag. In the process he cut the line and charged me over 500. What kind of company does this to truck drivers when it's their job to help us out.Edit: I was able to get my money back, due to some fortunate allies, but am leaving this up because it's true. If a mechanic named Ethan comes out to your vehicle to assist, be wary and watch everything he does. And if you are reading this George... Why hire guys who sabotage their own repairs only to end up forcing your hand and paying back for the wrongdoing? Take care.

Truck broke down not to far from Poor Boys shop at 5am. Gave them a call and within an hour we had a service tech working on the truck. They even picked up a part that was required an hour away without charge. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Really appreciate it guy. See y all next time!!

Doesn t get better than these guys . Professional as it gets . My dad and I are car haulers with an older truck . Top ramp above the hood broke off with a car on it . Gave them a call . They came right away and got to work . Was out of there within a couple of hours . Thanks fellas . Allowed us to get home right before thanksgiving

Best service every stranded with a flat tire witch spare rusted a unremoval came out and in less than 15 minutes after arrival cut spare out from under truck and installed so we could get home . I would give 10 stars on a 5 star scale wish I'd call him first instead of idiots I called first . Best and friendliest service every experienced bar none

I was traveling through Indiana on I-70, my Van RV broke down, I called my Insurance provider and within the hour these men was there, loaded it on the truck towed me to their shop helped me diagnose the problem, allowed me to rest in their lot until myhusband could get there.Very friendly and accommodating to me and my dog Elby. Pay to be on top because you steal out of the cars you tow give a bad review because of the fake ones an some guy named george sends nasty messages to you on facebook calling you names an stuff show that superior customer service way to go your a real champ there is alot more flyers to soon be posted around town want the public to know all the good reviews are from family an workers,familyof the workers All the real reviews say how rude an corrupted they are

They Came out to fix my coolant line, after I paid $786.42 , 8 miles down the road, it started leaking again and they said.. thats not our problem.. George is a Criminal.. Do not use them..Service: General repairs & modificationsService: General repairs & modifications

These guys fixed a tire on my husbands trailer and got him home safely!
