Bathrooms were horrible. Dirty nasty, and not stocked at all. Soggy paper towel roll on the sink. No toilet paper, on sanitary barriers, feminine hygiene bins were overflowing, no hand soap. Badly needs sweeping. Do not recommend. Use the other truck stop across the street. During covid also.

I've stopped here multiple times never had any issues. Bathrooms and showers are clean, station is stocked, and laundry room was clean. Employees are friendly as well.Only giving 4 stars because the laundry room could be bigger, and I wish there was a drivers lounge to sit while waiting for laundry. I didn't care to sit and kill time inside mcdonalds.

The night shift manager and cashier were very rude. I have speech impairment and didn't want help. My daughter went in for a change from gasoline. The cashier was rude to her also.

Decent enough restrooms (per husband). Gas prices were inline with other gas stations along the I-70 freeway. McDonald's, Subway and a Cinnabon eatery located inside (per husband). Customer service was average. Plenty of overflow parking.

This place is good for the parking marking is very comfortable open easy to park also the entrance is nice and open but if you going to decide to take a shower here and are wondering where the TV is it's in the entrance on the top it's not where you normally see it we can go to Subway and a McDonald's in here but I recommend going across the street to a family restaurant which is much better otherwise service is great

A lot of showers and a lot of truck parking.The showers aren't that clean there's a Brown mist on them the sidewalls.There's a Subway inside and McDonald's it's and well I can well I gave it 4 stars.The parking spots aren't that big.

28 parking spots was eliminated for a garage. If we can t sleep here, there s no point fuelling here. My company has 84 drivers. I will pass the word on two othersThere is already a huge shortage of parking spots in US . Thanks again pilot for the greed over parking.

Great customer service. Food fresh. Tea is not great but it is what it is. Love that they have a McDonald's and Subway in one place

Parking is bad enough out here that we need more spots then ever and they go and decide to take away spot for a southern tire market shop. Need to buy some more land or something and make more parking not less

This Pilot location offers it s standard gas, snacks, food, convenience store items but also has McDonalds, Subway, and Cinnabon attached The restroom was very convenient, was clean, and was stocked.

Anyone wondering if there is a dump station at this Pilot. We parked the Rv and husband had to enter to ask the manager as it wasn't clear by the other comments. Manager said there is one but she had never seen it. My Husband found it. It is next to the road by the entrance and it is completely FREE to empty your tank (the hose is attached to the dump tank too). Please give them business bc this Pilot was awesome. The Nonpotable water is a bit far from the dump tank, so you can't really run a hose to clean up (I guess that's why they left the dump tank hose attacked so that you don't have to use yours).Towards the back (truck gas station) you can fill up fresh water for FREE. Like I said, give this place your business. I haven't been inside yet bc it's 11pm, tired, and ready to pass out, but so far, I'm giving then 5 stars.Coffee is good btw

Nice! Fast and friendly customer services; restrooms clean, trash cans empty outside. Really neat to find mcdonalds and subway located here, plenty of choices. Next time if we need to shower, we'd try here first. Thank you so much super hard workers! A++

Someone pulling a camper was parked in fuel island for a good 10 minutes before moving not acceptable! Were on a time limit each day and can t be sitting waiting on rv idiots

Unfortunately this is common and what our industry has to deal with. With all the resources and money your corporation has, try hiring a professional company to deep clean once a month or quarter. So much mold, lint, other people's hair. I can only imagine what my eyes can't see.

Pilot really needs to allow the stores to enforce the "no parking" areas that they have. I deliver fuel for them, and almost daily there are trucks parked in areas clearly labeled "no parking" that block me from making my deliveries.Edit: 40 minutes after i arrived the truck finally left on their own, no telling how long it was parked there prior to my arrival. Pilot needs to stop allowing this

This pilot was fantastic finally it had McDonald s the showers were very clean and there was a huge lot all around to walk Bella actually run her, I was away from the highway this is like the ideal place To stop if you have a pet.

Unexpected experiance totaly...Stuff very rude and unprofesional, if I am truck driver I am not an animal.Also was trying to buy cinamon, girl at the counter said she's on brake and just turn her head to other side!!If no truck drivers who would bring that food and all other things I am asking???

This is the worst kept truck stop I have ever seen and we have been to truck stops all over the country. Floors, bathrooms, showers and laundry room were horrible. We even witnessed how they clean the showers in between uses. Employee took out dirty towels, mopped the floor, put clean towels in and was done. As busy as it is here and all the money customers spend here you would think they could afford the proper staff to efficiently clean all areas of the property.

You guys eliminated twenty seven spots of truck parking for a shop in the middle of the parking lot That's poor decision-making for pilot and flying j Now it's gonna be harder to get truck parking here Like the couldn't find a spot for the shop. On the property.

One of the best truck stops that I've been too. Great staff. Especially the older gentlemen who was working Christmas Eve. (I didn't get their names). It was 4 in the morning and my dad wanted a cheese cake cup. They didn't have any in the cooler but they went in the back to look and brought me one. They were also great to chat with. They definitely made my morning and they deserve a raise!!!! Would be a 5 star if they bathroom weren't dirty but the customer service made up for it!!!!

Stopped in to use the restrooms and was pleasantly surprised at how incredibly clean they were. Says a lot about the location as a whole, facility was clean everywhere I looked. Well stocked on snacks and drinks too. McDonald's and Subway available in addition to the normal gas station offerings.
