My yard has sinkholes, humps and roots sticking up now. My gate no longer closes properly, a large portion of my sidewalk was cracked badly, I never got the shutoff valve I was told would be put inand my outdoor spigot was moved without my consent. Kathy answered the phone and left me waiting to pay my final payment. I was in a hurry to get back to my husband who had just had cardiac arrest a few days prior. She said she would mail my receipt but I never got it. My yard is nearly impossible to mow and my gate has to be held shut with a bungee cord because I trusted this company. I will definitely look elsewhere for any future plumbing needs.

phenomenal job. Noah has gone the extra mile. Crawl space 3+ feet under water, and they immediately responded to help out. I know he worked well over the end of his normal work day. So appreciated.

Knowledgeable, efficient, professional, polite, great communicators, punctual, fair priced, and cleaned up their mess .I can t say enough to express how happy we are that we chose John & John to remove and replace our outdated water pipes. We had a major leak and couldn t be happier with their work. We would definitely recommend them and will call them for any future plumbing needs.

Installed a Lift-station pump in 2019 by putting electrical plugin cord inside the tank so that lid would not close. In 2021 this failed, they then refused to respond to calls for repair. Very unprofessional. Told me two days in a row "will have John call you when he gets in." Never received a call. On third day, routed me to Travis who said I'd have to talk to Kelcy, who then said "will need to be after hours", hence $100 extra. Poor quality. We were very happy with the service they provided. They arrived on time and gave me 2 quotes to do a quick fix or repair it for the long term. Called to schedule an appointment for a faucet to be installed. Zach and Vance came the same day and had the faucet and drain installed in no time. They were professional and polite, cleaned up any their work area and started everything. I am definitely very pleased with the quality of work. I had Zach as my plumber. First off, I called at 7:58 AM. They open at 8:00 AM. They answered & were very nice! They called me back soon after to let me know their availability.My son clogged our upstairs toilet with [a ton of] disposable wipes. I woke up to the ceiling leaking downstairs & had a mini panic attack- not knowing how exactly things would play out in the end.I called a few places. One told me they couldn't come until 5-7 PM & would charge me $75 extra for after hours work. But when John & John called me back right away, they said that they could have someone here within 30 minutes, and they did! Everything was fixed within an hour/hour and half!It was $165 for everything. Zach was great! He was very polite, nice & answered all of my questions. He even insisted on showing me where it says "one wipe per flush" on the disposable wipes for my son. He even helped me clean up the water in my bathroom. Thank you!I will definitely use this company again if/when I have plumbing issues!Service: Plumbing leak detection

We have used John & John Associates twice, for several different plumbing needs. Both times they did quality work for a reasonable price in a very efficient time manner. I filed a Home Warranty claim last Friday. I never heard from them so called Saturday morning. The person that answered was very unprofessional and very uninterested in doing the work. He told me to call back if I could get approval for an emergency call from the Home Warranty company. The warranty company tried to call three times with me on the phone and he never answered again. I called back at 8:05 this morning and was greeted my the same rude, careless and uninterested person. I cancelled the service and told him I d find someone else. He seemed much happier when I told him I d do that.

Came out to initially look at the job. Told me once they left they d call back the next week and schedule an appointment to get it fixed. Waited 2 weeks and no call. So I called them. They were scheduled for Friday between 3-5pm. Never showed up. I took off work so they could come. They said a mixup with their schedule and they were over booked. We set something up for the following Friday at 1pm. 5pm comes along and still no one here. Finally got a hold of someone. They were making excuses saying they re short staffed need 10 plumbers but only have 2. Don t over schedule the work if you can t keep up!! Now they are saying they won t be here till 7:30pm. Over 6 hours after originally scheduled. Almost a month has gone by now and plumbing still not fixed and am unable to use both upstairs bathrooms because of it. John and John did a terrific job of analyzing the problem our 7-year-old toilet was having. Our decision was to replace it with a new one, and they did, taking only an hour and making zero mess in our bathroom. We have used them for several plumbing and electrical issues in our 100-year-old house, and they have always impressed us.Service: Toilet installation

Very unprofessional company to work with. Was moving into a new house and wanted some plumbing work done. This company was recommended by the previous owner. When it came time to meet with them they were late for the appointment and afterwards they said to call back in a week to go over the estimate for the work. When I called back to discuss the estimate the guy on the phone couldn't find any paperwork and acted like he had no idea who I was. Called back a few more times and left messages with the receptionist so I could get a call back and what a surprise, no call back ever came. It was a very substantial and costly job and this company acted like they didn't even want the business. I wouldn't recommend this plumbing company if they were the last one in the area. Don't waste your time and money with people who don't seem to care or want your business.

Guy arrived early and did a great job. A fair price for the amount of work involved, which ended up being more work than expected. Overall, we are extremely happy and will recommend John and John to others (as they were recommended to us).

John and John have helped now with two projects at my house, have been quick to respond and did great work at better price point. They are not commission based so will not try and charge you for hardware you don't need like other companies.

John came to our home and gave us a detailed estimate to install a half bathroom in our basement. The guys came out and did the work, the bathroom is great. Very nice people, hardworking, and very knowledgeable. We are very happy!!

Company told us we would get a free estimate of our plumbing issue and then wanted to charge us a service fee for coming out, 450 to put in a clean out, and 4200 to re-do all the piping and they don't do payments. Now, to say it's not a quote but a "service fee" they sent out a letter for 85 dollars. Do not do business with these people . They will find some way to gouge you.

John Sr. came out to my home in Bloomington to repair a leaking pipe today. His diagnostic was thorough, he informed me of what caused the issue and what could be done to prevent it from happening again. He treated us like family and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I highly recommend John and John Associates!

Very professional. Gave me a rough estime over the phone, and was right on the money with the job. Had tube spigot replaced, a broken pipe, plus added a wall access and shut off valve. Had the work done very quickly with no issues. Make certain to call them for all my plumbing needs in the fuutre.

Really positive experience with John and John Associates however it was kind of pricey. There's no way I could have done it myself anymore so just have to bite the bullet and take what I could get. I called them because I needed someone right away and I guess they're known for that.

Certified Lowes installer. Replaced hot water heater and took the old one without an extra charge. Very clean and professional job. Took the time to go over the controls and verify that the gas appliances all worked before he left.I knew extra gas line and water line work would be needed above that covered by standard Lowes install. The price was very reasonable and the work was top notch.Saving there number for the future plumbing and contracting needs.

Went to lowes on December 5th and bought a new hot water heater, Lowes contracted the job out to John and Johns to do the install their employee came out at 4 pm to install new water heater, said we would have hot water in 40 minutes, stayed to make sure that we did could not get the hot water to work. He called the owner and than told us that the owner would call us on Saturday December 6th to get the problem taken care of as of now we haven't heard anything from them. Still don't have hot water. Tried to tell us that if they come out on Saturday it will cost us another 375.00 to get it fixed, however I will contact an attorney first as we had hot water before this "Certified Plumber" jacked with out other hot water heater.This company is the biggest joke I have ever seen. They come in and screw things up and than try and tell you that it is going to cost extra to fix it

The guys came out and fixed one of two problems. The second problem, my tub jets not coming on, they did a preliminary look at the job, stated it was getting late, but could come two days later and do the job. Two days later, and a plea to get out of work early, which was a hassle in it's self, John & John Associates call and cancel the job an hour before the appointment. Now I'm stuck with the problem until I can somehow get another day off of work...and find another plumbing contractor to come out to fix the problem.I cannot recommend them solely on the fact that they go back on their 'written' word, which was on the copy of the work order they gave me.
