We bought a car from JC on February 27th, drove it home, and then went to pick our son up and we started having some issues. We stopped and had the codes read and based off of the codes that were present I ordered parts to repair the car myself due to having an as is, no warranty car. Upon putting the replacement parts on the car I took it for a test drive. On said test drive the transmission lines blew off and the car wouldn t move at all. That was on a Saturday. I called JC on Monday and talked to him. He told me that he would come and get the car, look at it and fix it as well as split the cost of repairs with me. Well when he got the car there were some more things wrong with the engine than were expected. Main bearings saw some heat and looked like they were on their last leg. He could have just fixed the transmission and sent us on our merry way. No. He fixed it right. He replaced the engine. JC stuck to his word and split the cost of the repair 50/50 with me. He worked with me and I worked with me. My wife and I greatly appreciate him for that. We picked the car up today and it s driving very well.

JC Auto sales/ Towing/ Auto Repairs has been Amazing to me and my vehicles, I have bought two minivans from them and they run great, and about to buy another vehicle from them soon. Also JC has been quick and responsive when I broke down he was there within minutes to tow my van, plus was able to repair quickly as possible for me get back on the road for work as I m delivery driver. I rate them 5 stars cuz of their amazing customer service and getting job done and quality of their cars. And they are very nice people.

Overall a decent experience and JC has towed us a couple of times. He's always fast and friendly. We walked onto the lot with less than 5k cash and walked off with a decent, running vehicle.

This place is a joke, the day my son bought his car we test drove 3 cars and two had noticeable issues and 3rd one he bought... next day he checked fluids and no coolant so he refilled it and drove it a few more times and he checked coolant and it was low again he contacted jc auto sales they said to take it to their shop so he did they said nothing wrong with it. So he drove few more times contacted them again and she said nothing she can do about it, then he tried calling her again and she has caller ID on her phone so she wouldn't answer the phone. So my son took it to a different shop and found out that the motor was cracked..I WOULDN'T BY FROM THEM THEY ARE CROOKED

Bought a car from Jc auto it was a 2015 chevy cruze. It lasted about 4 months, and 3 trips to the shop before the engine finally blew. Jc auto, told me that they couldn't help me cause they sell only used cars and you get what you get and buy as is. 8000$ gone and now no car. Definitely, will not ever recommend this place. Avoid at all costs. Literally

Bout this Yukon yesterday for me and my kids and drove it before I bought it everything seemed to be fine. Went back to the shop to buy it, got on the road to drive home and it started over heating trying to shut down, so we checked the coolant and there was absolutely none in it put 2 jugs in it in the middle of it called the owner and he said if coolant didn t work call him and he would come look at it or get it to the shop. The coolant worked long enough for me to get it home last night and today when I went to take kids to school it was overheating again and pouring coolant out of exhaust pipe. Called to see if he could perhaps get it into shop and he would but not on his expense s. Thought I was getting a better vechile for me and my kids but guess not.

They are awesome! The only tow company to help us at 3 a.m. when we were stranded on I-70 with a flat in a rental with no spare! Towed us back to his shop, got out the huge piece of metal in the tire. Unfortunately too big of a hole to patch but he had a new tire and put it on in no time! We were back on the road! Thank you so much!

This has truly been a great place to get a car from. When my Children came of age with little credit they learned to save for down oayment, then car payments and insurance. Both of my kids have cars from there. I thank them daily for them helping me with life lessons for my kids. Thank you.

I recently had a negative experience with the company. My friend texted me about a past due payment, even though my friend was not the only person on the account and not an employer of the company. The company also contacted my friend, even though he had nothing to do with the account. I found this to be unprofessional and a violation of my privacy.My wife contacted the company to complain about this, but they needed help understanding the problem. I was unsatisfied with their response, and they needed to improve their communication practices.UPDATED ON JUNE 15, 2023 at 4:15Here's my response to the owner's response:Thank you for your "simple" understanding regarding my experience; however, I want to clarify a few things. First, I did not spread any lies. I stated that you contacted our mutual friend without our permission, even without our consent. Did you ask us before you got my friend? After receiving my friend's message about the payment, my wife and I were unanticipated. I did not say that you shared any confidential information with this person. Second, I would pay attention to your calls and messages if you text me with my number; unfortunately, you contacted my wife, who has been busy with our children while I am currently out of town until July 16, for this essential job. I was unable to respond to them because I was not available. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Finally, I believe I was moderate in responding to you. I stated my concerns and asked for an explanation. Please stop spreading false information about me. I have done nothing wrong and do not deserve to be treated this way... You do not have to put up with being treated poorly. I greatly respect your business, and I completely understand that you have many tasks to keep the business running. Therefore, please, improving your communication is like being a professional. Before I conclude this statement, don't ever say "disability" to us plus don't assign my friend as an interpreter because he doesn't want to know at ALL, all he did was referred us to you to get a car that's it. Not a horrible place to buy a car , seemed pretty up front with everything, but the proof is in the pudding, I'll update after driving the truck for a week, I will note that the ck engine light came on within an hour of driving the truck off the lot, comp says multiple misfires, I'll change plugs and repost.

My parents have been going here for awhile and JC has always been great to them, so my mom sent me that way. From the moment we pulled in they were nothing but nice and extremely helpful. My husband was looking at one of the trucks pretty hard and within a couple hours we were driving it home. They were great at making the process quick and easy. It s hard to find a good buy here, pay here place. But they will be my choice from here on out. Highly recommend them!

I bought a 2010 chevy suburban there and was lied to about the vehicle big time. Was told four wheel drive worked but doesn't do to transfer case is junk, ac was charged up so it would work but the line was cute and capped going to the rear. Bought it for $6200. Have put over $3600 in parts that's me doing the work myself and there's about another $2000 in parts. So my advice for anyone who is looking to buy there to go somewhere else and buy a car.

There are amazing people and definitely went above and beyond for me knowing that I was in desperate need of a vehicle. I didn't have a very big budget, but they still found me a reliable vehicle for my family! I'm very happy with my car and I truly can't thank them enough!!

Never go here. He will totally screw you! If there is anything wrong with the vehicle he sells you, he won't tell you he knew about it until AFTER you have to pay 800$ for it
