I like this auto parts store cuz if something don't fit or it's the wrong one they've always let me bring it back and get the right part I need so I have nothing bad to say about them I like this place and I buy almost all my car parts there

Charlee at Autozone Brazil was amazing help. She helped set me up with the correct battery for my truck and she jumped right in to changing for me! Highly recommend stopping in to see her!

The staff were very professional and upfront with prices, what they can and cand do. The building was well organized and clean. They currently adhere to all Social Distancing requirements. They are currently doing diagnostics in the engine bay, but check engine light readouts must be done by the customer.

I needed to replace my mother's car battery that had gone dead after 2 years. They replaced it for free since it had a 3 year replacement warranty. I didn't have the receipt for the old one. Very satisfied.

I have gone to the Avon Plainfield and Greencastle AutoZone. I've had a better experience at the Brazil auto parts store.That's not to say that the others didn't do their job.With the Brazil store I just give them part numbers they look it up no questions asked and if you have questions they'll do their best to answer them.they got good Folks at the Brazil store.

Called in to have a part ordered they told me a time and that they would call me when its there. Hour past said time I go up there to get something else and check if its there, they say no should be there in a couple more hours so I give them the night. Call the next day and somebody tells me the part was never even ordered! True incompetence

My battery light came on a cross country road trip, got there 15 minutes before they closed on a Friday night. They tested my battery and alternator, turns out it was the alternator. Zach was kind enough to offer to swap it out for me after he closed the store, half hour later I was back on the road. Whole experience couldn't have been smoother.

My husband pd a chunk of money for a part only to have the girl give him the wrong side so we called up there granted we were just in there 2 hrs before buying the part and the man we talk to swore up and down that we didn't buy the part there and that the lady who checked us out didnt put our info in correctly or some thing I dnt know whats going on all I know before this we were loyal customers and never had this issue with rude service

They gave us the wrong alternator for my husband to put on, which led to my car breaking down less then a month later. We then had to have the car towed to the repair shop we use and they wouldn't let the repair man trade alternators. Wish i could give them a 0 Star.

If I can't get it at carquest AutoZone is my second choice, the employees are fairly knowledgeable and I haven't had many problems with their parts.
