Amazing work. I needed an alignment and called around to a few places. Robert at Auto ER was the only one who said if I drop it off he could get it done in the same day. I dropped it off and within a couple hours I got a call saying it was all finished. Great job guys and gals. Keep up thebamazing work.

This was my first time using this company. From my initial visit, I will no longer use anyone else. Robert gave me the breakdown on the services offered and what they can do to help customers. He also gave me a level of transparency most companies won t. Having a breakdown of a vehicle inspection with pictures attached is really nice. I wasn t pressured to do particular services another shop told me I needed to do. So having a local shop be as transparent as this one is very nice and I ll be a returning customer.Services: Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Once again! Excellent service!! Very friendly people who give their all to quick service. We bring all of our vehicles to Auto for annual services and repair. Had my daughter take her car in and so glad we did! Will never find better service.

Brought our daughter s Ford focus in with front end shimmy no heat and over heating message on dash. Auto ER replaced thermostat and water pump then found front L axle issue and replaced. Problems solved.

Auto ER is wonderful. My truck went down and no one could figure out what was wrong with it. Rob diagnosed my F250 and had it running and back to me in 2 days. They are very kind people.

Update- I had a power steering failure on my vehicle. I took it to the dealer service because there was a recall on this issue. Dealer said we missed the recall by mileage and wanted over $1900 just for the part to fix my vehicle. Auto ER found the same part and installed it for less than what the part alone was at the dealer. While my vehicle was in the shop Devon did a walk around safety check on my vehicle( something he does with every vehicle they have in the shop) and found my front tires had two large slashes in them. Finding this issue and preventing a possible injury when the tires blew was a true blessing. Thank you Auto ER for taking the time to ensure the safety of my family Devon and Robert are amazing! They got my car in quickly and ensured the parts to fix it where found and shipped quickly. They go above and beyond to ensure their customers are taken care of. Please note all these EXCELLENTreviews Auto ER has been given -- it's because they've EARNEDthem!!!I echo everything others have said: they are reliable, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, thorough, and there's no pressure from them.It's a NO-BRAINER to trust them with my cars.Recently I went in for an oil change, and Devin discovered that my back tires were bad -- the cords were coming apart (yikes!). Driving on bad tires like that would be dangerous at any speed, but I drive a lot of miles on the interstate. I can't imagine how disastrous, very possibly even deadly, it would be to have a blowout going 75 mph. It was a blessing that Devin was thorough (par for the course) and noticed them, and I thanked God that he did.Rob ordered me tires that came in the next day, and the job was finished before closing time. I'm a l w a y s very pleased each time they service one of my vehicles, whether it be a brake job, filters or hoses needing changed, tires, etc.!Take your car to Auto ER, we 5 star reviewers aren't blowing smoke!Service: Oil change

So there are several reputable places in Brazil to get auto work done, but I think the best is Auto ER. Recently our Honda minivan alternator was going out. They replaced it and it still wasn't charging so they changed the fuses and realized it was a bad new OEM alternator. They put another one in and it was charging and we took it home. This one was charging below 14 volts so we brought it back and they changed it also no extra charge. (no pun intended)Now it is not good that two new OEM alternators were not working correctly, but certainly not their fault and yes name brand parts. They didn't charge us for anything other than the part and labor as originally stated. Let me add since they knew it is a wheelchair van they literally did it immediatly each time because it is the only way we can transport our daughter. We have used them many times but I would be wrong for not praising them for this.

Very trustworthy and honest. A local dealership wanted to replace a several hundred dollar part during our last routine oil change with them (that we did not have done). We chose to have our recent oil change done with Auto ER as well as have them look at the supposed failing part. Robert found nothing to be wrong with the part in question. They also passed along discounts to us that they received for oil. They could have easily left our bill at the going rate. This shows true integrity. Top notch service and reliabilty. Our adult children are now going to Auto ER. We won't be going to anyone else. Thanks to Robert and the Auto ER staff.

Took my Subaru to AUTO ER for a noise . Robert took for a test drive and checked her over.Knew exactly what needed to be replaced. He recommended both sides Front Sway Bar links with an affordable price . Plus able to do work while I waited . Auto ER has always provided excellent service. I suggest that one should get a quote from them before having a dealer do the service. I made an appointment for several issues for my car. They worked me into the schedule a few weeks out and I dropped the car off. I knew I had several issues already including a starter, fuel injectors, a temp sensor, and my valves needed adjustment. There were no objections to me bringing in my own parts. After a week I was able to pay my bill through a text and pick the car up at my convenience. It was truly an easy experience. I was concerned because my intake had to come off to reach the injectors, the starter, and the temp sensor and I didn t want to be charged for the intake removal 3 times. The shop only charged me once. I also might add that my dad took his car to the dealership for his valve adjustment and they did not do it. We had to figure it out ourselves. That was not the case with Auto ER working on my car my car sounds new again. Thank you for a great service.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I had a starter replaced on my 2017 Mitsubishi outlander, my appoint was scheduled for January 23 2023. I had my car towed to there facility on January 17 2023. They did diagnostics on the car on Thursday and finished that Friday, even found that my drive belt was dry rotted and crack, ask if I would like it to be replaced. They are always treat me right, and all repairs have to be signed off by the owner. I will continue to use Auto ER on all the jobs I don't have time to complete.

BEWARE! WILL NOT DO JOB HIRED TO DO! Asked to change my oil pan and gasket and filter. Had all the parts. Took it upon themselves to "save me money" and NOT do the job! Decided to change the plug in the damaged old pan and "save me $60-$80" instead of replace the pan as I HIRED them to do. Now I STILL HAVE an oil pan and gasket to put on my car and threw away that money they "saved" me that I had for the original job!
