Had. New lift put on my jeep and was absolutely amazing work! Everything went nice and smooth had it done while I waited aloud me to see what they was doing! Made sure they messaged and cked on the work a few days later! They really care a kit their customers! Absolutely great place to go would recommend anything to be done here will for sure be going back again

Nic and his team are knowledgeable, professional and always trying to ensure the customer is happy. Nic helped us decide on bumpers and a winch that fit our lifestyle along with functionality which was great as we are new jeep owners. I already have my next mod ordered with Nic and can't wait for more.

Went there with my dad to get tires and rims put on his Jeep. They worked pretty fast, and the price was a lot less than anywhere else! I'd highly recommend them!

Nic has assembled a great crew of guys! Josh was doing everything to make our visit easy & enjoyable. Also, this shop did come under other estimates in time waiting for an appt & cost. Check them out. Your not going to be disappointed.

Took my JKUR there for diagnostics and repair after a regular shop fouled up front end repairs. They did a great job explaining everything that needed done. When a new problem was discovered as they worked, I got a call with the issue and asked if I wanted it fixed too. They even threw on loaner shocks so I could drive the Jeep while my shocks are being rebuilt. Good prices, fast turnaround and very good at explaining what was done and why. N.I.C. Offroad has been awesome to deal with. They go out of their way to explain what they find, sending videos and discussing on the phone. They are incredibly knowledgeable about Jeeps and other off-road vehicles. They work hard to save you money on your repairs and maintenance.

This place is awesome!! I dropped my Jeep off to get new tires & soft top installed around noon. Received a text recommending to update my lift kit to make for a smoother ride, which included shocks that were almost ready to be replaced anyway. They had everything done by 530! Most places couldn t do all that in a few hours!! When I drove home I was amazed at the difference in the ride!! 10/10 recommendation for N I C Offroads!!! Professional, timely, & reasonable price!! The guys were great at squeezing me in at the last minute! While working on my brakes, the also checked out possible death wobble causes for me. I'll definitely be back for them to fix that and get new wheels and tires put on. I met N.I.C Offroad at a Jeep gathering and the owner was very knowledgeable and professional. I decided to go with this shop and I couldn't be happier! The work performed was both top quality and timely. Additionally, any issues that arise they work hard to make it right. Shop personnel are very friendly as if I knew them my whole life. I would highly recommend NIC for all your Jeep or truck offroad needs!

Nic provides excellent service he treats each vehicle as if was his own. I never have any doubts on his recommendations or the service he provides. Would definitely recommend and i have brought my jeep to him on several occasions and will continue too never disappoints.

When we contacted N.I.C Offroad, he & his team truly went above & beyond from the start! Nic answered any & all questions that we had without making us feel like we should ve already known the answer. They stayed in contact with us & truly made us feel so welcome! I cannot think of one bad thing to say about N.I.C Offroad or his team. We will definitely be returning!!!A plus to the whole experience was when we went to go pick up our Jeep, our son got to see all the other vehicles on the lot. Nic worked with me to get a front bar with lights and rock sliders for my Jeep. He made sure I picked the items that I liked and wanted that would work on my Jeep. then went thru multiple sites to make sure I got the best deal possible. Trash company with an even more trash owner. Be wary of doing business with them. Owner is a scam artist and a worthless mechanic. Be careful who you leave them around too.

Recently I contacted N.I.C Offroad to fix an odd sound in my transfer case in our 98 XJ. I suspect the chain. He took it apart, said it was bone dry and the chain was stretched. Showed me pictures of the internals. Which I appreciated. He told me it was good to go. Keep an eye on my fluid and "it's an XJ, if it's leaking it's got fluid". Today I pay my tab get my keys and hit the road. I live a little over an hour away. Got home and noticed the tcase was covered in fluid and dripping. I contacted the shop and NIC insisted it was not leaking when it left his shop. Upon further investigation, I noticed my exhaust was bent, around the cross member to make room for the removal of the tcase. It now hangs around 2 inches lower angled more toward the ground. Additionally the tcase fill plug was completely stripped and left in. I asked to please have NIC call me. They messaged back telling me he was super busy. It may be till after close. I said that was fine. Still no call. I just feel frustrated and a little heartbroken. When I hand the keys and cash over I expect you to respect my vehicle and treat it as your own. Not leave me with a stripped plug, bent exhaust and a leaking t case that was "good to go".So i cant respond to your response so i hope you see this edit. The bend im referencing is not the horizontal kick out. Thats how it's supposed to be. Im referencing the 3 inches you bent it vertically downwards. Good try. Creeping on my wifes Facebook i see? Classsy.How about you call me. You know. Like you said you would. I have a photo 17 hours before you touched it. I sent the photos to the Better Business Bureau when I launched my complaint a few weeks ago. All i ever wanted was a propper apology. No refund, no free work. An apology for doing me wrong after i gave you hundreds of dollars. Only to have S&S Custom do it correctly, for less money.Service: Transmission
