Over the years we've been able to work with Wes-Side. Each time has been handled with ease. My wife and I have requested a certain vehicle type and with in a reasonable time we've been able to leave very happy. They are a very honest and reliable to work with. In fact, I'm ready for another vehicle and will be coming their way very soon!

I bought a truck from here 2 years ago. I was dealt with quite fairly. The truck didn't have the key fob with it but they promised to send me one. Although I figured it was just idle words, I received the fob a week later in the mail. Very friendly guys that aren't going to lie to you. They will tell you anything they know about the vehicle. I highly recommend

I test drove a toyota Rav4 there this week on Monday and spoke to the son Rodney. This was the car we had been looking for so I decided to have my husband also come test drive it straight after he got off of work. He arrived at 4:45. This time we spoke to Rodney's father Jim Harris. After driving the vehicle we inquired about financing since it was after 5 at this point. We told Jim we needed to get financing together with Heritage bank the following day. He stated that they dealt with Heritage all the time and worked very well together. We asked to leave money down to hold the vehicle and to let them know we were serious. He told us that if we contacted him before noon the next day he would not sell the car. I told him that I had to work and did not take lunch until 1-2pm so I would be going to the bank as soon as possible. That evening I went home and filled out an online loan application with Heritage, called them and left a message with a loan officer to expedite the process as soon as they opened the next day, and when I had never heard anything back from the bank I called Wes Side Auto and told them that I was contacting the bank to initiate the process at 9:37am (they didnt answer) and again a minute later at 9:38am when I spoke to Rodney. Rodney told me he was making notes to tell his father Jim- I made sure to tell him that I did not take lunch until 1 but was going to the bank to get the loan and sign paperwork. I would be in touch when I heard back from the bank. Lunch came and went and they were sending the information off to be approved (I assure you I was 100% sure we would be approved- it was just a matter of getting the check in hand). Once at work it is very difficult for me to use my cell phone as my priority is seeing my patients. So I started my first patient at 2:00 as I told Rodney and Jim both. Sure enough Rodney calls me at 2:00 exactly when he knows I cannot answer my phone to tell me that they had sold the car. His voicemail said: "Brittany this is Rod at Wes Side auto it is 2:00. I'm just calling to tell you that we had some people buy the Rav4. Ummm we just had not heard any more from you. We had been talking to them before- but it is sold. I'm sorry." At 2:23 I had a message from the bank stating the loan went through. Did I mention I had also spoken to my insurance agency and given them the vin # since we got it from Jim because we told him we wanted to get insurance on it before we drove it off the lot? Then I had to contact my bank to cancel the loan, my insurance to cancel the new car policy, and tell my husband they sold the car out from under us (which my husband text me that morning and told me he had a feeling they were going to do for some reason- he must not have liked their vibe). I understand car lots deal with all kinds of people and get burnt- but I assure you I was contacting the bank and insurance and I did let them know by noon we were working on it and in fact wanted the vehicle. Wes Side Auto I believe used us as a bargaining chip with someone that wanted the Rav4. Rod confirmed that he had been talking to someone else about the vehicle. I believe that they told the other people our offer and got them to pony up more money and sealed the deal. While in the mean time causing me a lot of leg work, time, energy. They are dishonest, dirty, shady, and I will tell everyone I know to avoid them. I will never do business with them again! I am attaching screen shots to this review as proof that I called Wes Side Auto at 9:37 and again at 9:38 before noon as they requested. Then I am attaching the transcribed voicemail Rodney left me at 2:00pm when he knew I was starting work so he did not actually have to tell me he screwed us over.
