I went to the AutoZone store in Boonville, Indiana with an engine trouble light on dash. I asked if they could help. The young man behind counter said he would be glad to help. He came outside and hooked an analyzer to my truck and quickly identified the problem, and he reset the trouble light , saving me time and dollars at a repair shop. I was very grateful, and since they did not charge me , I offered a tip which he refused. I cannot get service like this at a big box store or from online parts suppliers. I will continue to buy any parts and supplies I need at this store , including oil and filters. The employee had never met me an did an outstanding job. I am pleased to still have a place like this that is friendly and helpful.

Needed an air filter. Austin S. Was so courteous. He got the filter to the counter then even went outside and replaced my old one in no time. Great Service. Will def. Go back when I need a car part , advice, and help.

The store manager Brooklyn is fantastic to work with. Despite Autozone being a national name she definitely tries to make it a small town experience by making sure customers are taken care of. Definitely earned all of my future business with how well she takes care of customer concerns. Excellent experience!

The store manager Brooklyn toon the time to help me figure out what I needed from a picture. It was amazing and then she took the time to put my wiper blades on for me. She literally saved my day. Great service.

Good folks. Helpful and courtous. I didn't even know dodge made a 4 wheel drive charger. They asked me 2 wheel or 4wheel drive. I was slide damn bro I just need some wiper blades.

I can t express how much the team helped me not only did the manager Brooklyn stay an hour after closing helping me out in the parking lot but the rest of her team were quick and ready to help and we re very very efficient and knowledgeable at pulling parts and helping me get what I need thank you will return to this store anytime I need parts

I brought my car in with the check engine light on, and had NO idea what was wrong with it. So I went inside, a guy named Seth came out and hooked a scanner to the car, went back in and hooked it up to something. He ended up asking a new manager named Brooklyn, to help him. She was able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my car!! So I bought the part, my boyfriend put the part on, and once i drove the car around the check engine light went right off. 10/10 great service. Will be stopping back by

I was very pleased with the staff at the boonville autozone. I have never had any auto parts store help me as much as they did. They went above and beyond the call of duty for me. And the manager and staff were both really down to earth and polite. Thank you so much for your great service.

Took my elderly mother to get a car battery. Neither of us could lift it. So Brooklyn Mills your employee picked it up for us. And helped my mom exchanged a bad cell for a new one! Brooklyn was very sweet and helpful and made mom cry over all her help! Thanks AutoZone now has both our business for life now!

Always friendly and willing to help, even when it requires getting their hands dirty.They work hard to help me find all of my really difficult to find parts and if for some reason they don't have them they'll help me find someone else that does.Their parts selection is really good, the service is great and the toys are a good bonus.Thank you Auto Zone

This store has awesome helpful employees! It is by far the only auto store that I have been to that genuinely cares about your automobile and going above and beyond to help. The manager and her staff got hands on and helped get my son's car back on the road.

Had a turn signal out on one side and a brake light on the other ! These guys replaced and checked to make sure they worked ! They were super nice and prices were great too ! Happy 85 year old here !

Chris helped me so much!! He showed me where things were on my engine becouse I had recently purchased it and didn't know much about it. Very respectful and knowledgeable!!! I left feeling a lot better then when I got there becouse my check engine light came on.

Brooklyn went way above and beyond tonight. When my alternator went out in the Dairy Queen Drive through Brooklyn came across the road jumped the truck and then even changed the alternator in the Auto Zone parking lot for me. The wife and the baby were thrilled to get back on the road. Happy wife, happy life. Thanks Brooklyn!

My Stepson had car trouble in the Area, He had the Area Walmart replace tires recently, and a wheel actually came off, the wheel studs actually sheared off, probably over torqued? I pulled the rotor and hub off but was unable to separate them, brought them to Auto Zone and the Manager and a employee actually helped separate the parts and ordered a new rotor, Best Customer Service I have ever had at any Auto Store.

Neither person behind the counter knew hardly anything about the items I asked about on the shelves. Difficult time with getting simple parts looked up and found. My opinion...poor management sorry just being honest

I had to order vintage parts and were told that they would be in the next day. Two days later, half of my parts still aren't there and they don't know what to tell me, FedEx says it's waiting which apparently means in transit but they don't know where and when the rest of my order will be in the store!

I just wanted to take the time to say thank you to autozone in boonville , my father's battery in his 2017 Equinox failed this morning, after checking and finding out that the local Chevy dealership was closed on Saturdays hoping to get this done under warranty was not an option, I found myself at AutoZone when I first came in Tracy greeted me and asked what he could help with, I told him what was going on he said let's check it out, and found the battery that worked for the equinox, the way Chevrolet designed the equinox they did not make it easy to change out the battery. Tracy was quick and efficient and within 15 minutes had me back on the road. I tried to tip him 20 bucks to show him my appreciation for his help and he smiled and said keep the 20 it's my job. Wish there was more people like Tracy out there. Very knowledgeable, and quick. Thanks again autozone, happy customer . Andy W 11/17/18 Boonville Indiana...
