The Bluffton Walmart Automotive location is ONLY open 9a-5p just confirming, in case someone else was confused by posted hours being different then what another customer kindly posted (to save others an unnecessary trip during the hours that only corporate can change (per automotive rep via my call on 12-2-22). It is so unfortunate that Walmart cares so little for the communities that made them what they are to this day. The company knows that we have few automotive options. They can t even update info. for corrected hours and their pay is so disgustingly low that they can get qualified people to fill the reduced service hour windows. So sad to see a multimillion dollar (or multibillion, who really knows) company provide such poor service. I only go when I have to.Service: Oil change

Don't get me started!!! I love walmart. But the auto part is a NO. The amount of mistakes made are unreal and all I got was new tires installed.. what a disaster. Never again. I'll pay the extra $$ to go anywhere else.

I went to Walmart tire and auto center to get tires for a friend of mine who we needed him badly. I purchased 2 tires not a pretty good rate. The remaining balance installed and I was pretty satisfied at the time. I plan to purchase two more tires in the following weeks for her. But when the time came to purchase them I sent her to complete the process and somehow instead of Mount balance and install the tire they just Mount balance a tire on the rim in charge of the full price and everything else. Which was completely unsatisfactory with me. I felt like they took advantage of a situation and charge me full price for everything even though they did partial labor on you know their services. In the future I will be more cautious when sending people there to get their Automotive work done.

I asked for one tire, got two put on. Not happy. I specifically said I wanted to wait on second tire for the following week. She was conveniently gone, right before I checked out.

Never found one with competent individuals working that knew anything relevant to automotive. I believe my children are more knowledgeable in automotive than anyone in a 5 county area working for Walmart tle.

Not sure how 5 lug nuts come loose at the same time when Wal Mart just tightened them 5 days ago or they claim. They did not want to pay for the damage they caused.

Good job and 10 stars for being there for me on Sunday at 4pm fixing my flat tire for 15 dollars ! Can you say that about any other tire service in town ?Service: TiresService: Tires

Seems to take forever here. But at least you can shop and sit at Subway. When I visit the Decatur Walmart auto shop, service is always much quicker.

Took my vehical to get 2 tires told me 3 hour wait ok went back told me at 5 pm couldn't do anymore tonight it's bull
