I had a freak accident with a large bird (wild turkey?). It took off across the front of our Jeep denting hood, the windshield frame etc & shattered the passenger side windshield. Glass flew clear back past the back seat. We took it to Loren s body shop and they did a fantastic job cleaning, replacing everything and making it look like nothing happened. I highly recommend Loren s for their expertise. You guys are awesome! See before & after below.

I will always trust Loren s with any of my car body repairs! They are consistent with their good work and customer service! From the estimate, to being the location I can pick up my rental car, to keeping me up to date with my repairs via text everything went smoothly! I even went to pick up my car and they had vacuumed it! Way to go Loren s for making this busy mom s life just a little more simpler in a hectic situation!

Loren s just fixed my husband Caleb and I s Dodge Truck after I got in an accident a few months back. Not only did they do an amazing Job on the repairs of the vehicle they went above in beyond in helping do a few other things we asked while they already had it in the shop. They were very patient with us as well as insurance and helped keep us in the loop as insurance didn t communicate with us at all. This is the second vehicle they have done for use and we will continue to use them in the future.

Have always had a positive experience at Loren s. Our vehicles always leave there in better condition than before the damage occurred. Communication is top notch. Derek and Dustin go above and beyond with insurance and rental vehicles. Extremely pleased and would recommend 100%!

Very Knowledgeable a good eye for spotting things and pointing them out. Skill level is unbelievable. Polite courteous since & HONEST. Old fashioned service does exactly what the say. Does professional work. And prices their work fairly. I have not one thing I can say negative. Very few home town shops to be honest fair and handle business as a neighbor & friend. Loren's went beyond just repairing our vehicle. When more damage was found, they worked with our insurance company and continued to fix the vehicle. They completed the job by their estimate. Our gas tank was filled and they detailed the front section inside our vehicle. We are very happy with Loren's and recommend them fully.

They are wonderful to work with. They made sure I understood what some of the parts were that might need replaced and even took me into the shop to show me what they looked like. I appreciated the time and flexibility that they gave. Hopefully I won't need body work on a vehicle again but if I do this is where I'll go and it's where I will recommend my friends and family go as well.

Loren s took care of us, helping line up a rental car that was delivered to their shop and worked with our schedule to make sure we were able to get our car back as soon as possible. The work on our vehicle is top-notch, and calibrations on electronics were taken care of by a reputable company. Their service is unmatched and we will always choose Loren s!

I had to bring in 2 vehicles within 2 weeks due to unforeseen circumstances, while one car was in to get fixed the other spare vehicle I had at the time ended with damage after hitting an animal. Luckily they were very understanding and I was able to get the second car scheduled and in soon after the first was finished. Both vehicles were finished with quality and care, they even made sure the new paint on the newest piece that they had to replace matched with older paint on pieces that weren t replaced, the older paint next to the new didn t look right. Both vehicles were vacuumed and washed after being fixed.

Loren's body shop did a fantastic job getting our vehicle looking back to new! Derrick and the guys at Loren's did a great job explaining all the things that were being done and stayed in constant communication with me until the job was done. If I ever need body work done again, that's where my vehicle will go.

I cannot recommend Loren's body shop enough. They outdo their selves every time. They go above and beyond with their customer service and communication. This was not my first experience with them, and I can say that every time has been excellent! The entire staff are so easy to deal with!! Thank you Jodi Heller

Definitely a 5 star body shop. Very satisfied with their work and customer service,can t even tell the difference on my repaired car. 100% recommend to anybody that needs a heir car fixed. And they also filled up my tank.

They have repaired several of our cars over the years and they have done outstanding repair work with a warranty. They are extremely helpful by keeping us up to date when and where they are in the repair process.If I need car repair services in the future I will definitely be using them again.

Lorens Body shop did a amazing job of performing repairs on my 2015 f250, After my accident. They not only took care of the truck but returned my rental car for me. Fast friendly service and performed above and beyond by detailing when completed. I would recommend this shop for anyone who has vehicle body repair preformed.

Amazing service! I am originally from Bluffton but now live in Tennessee. My car was broken into and no bodyshops in Nashville would help me get a new window/door. After driving home for the holidays, Loren's went out of their way to work me into the schedule and help me out!

Loren's is the only place I will use from now on. Im no stranger to auto repair ,painting or restoration of vehicles. I've done alot of it over the years. But the job they done was done so well I couldn't pick it apart. It was like it had never been apart. All the seals ,fasteners , fit and finish were perfect.. and I mean perfect! I couldn't even tell any difference in paint! I know the effort in a job done this well ! The staff were so pleasant helpful and professional too.. there was one very tiny chip on one of the door jams. It looked like a little spec of dirt but was a chip. They said they would do whatever I wanted to make it perfect, either repaint the entire door or touch it up what ever I decided they would happily do. I had them use an artist brush and just touch it with the tip since it was so tiny. Loren's is honestly the only place I know of that goes to such extremes to do things correctly. Thank you to everyone at Loren's that work on our 2019 Honda pilot. You made it perfect again! Oh, I don't remember how much gas was in it probably over half full but when I was driving down the road I noticed it was full.. thanks for your attention to detail and customer service , I thought places like this were long gone.

Loren s was great to work with when getting our van fixed after we hit a deer. Van looks great & Loren s dealt with our insurance company when more was found to fix than anticipated. Would definitely recommend to friends & family needing their car repaired after an accident.

I have never had a bad experience at Loren s. The quality of their work cannot be beat and the communication throughout the repair process is very helpful. You probably won t find a place that will repair your vehicle as close to factory quality as you can find. Don t go anywhere else.
