We have been using ITI for our IT needs and website development for years. They are always responsive, easy to work with and get the job done. They give great feed back on our small business marketing idea's and have been great at helping us grow via a digital platform. Our company highly recommends them and looks forward to our next project with them.

The staff at ITI has been invaluable to our business. They keep our website running smoothly and assist with design and technical issues. I would be lost without them and appreciate their support. Had a remote start and new radio installed in my girlfriends car. All in all the products work. 2 star for customer service. I had to call 4 to 5 different times to actually get someone to call me back over a 6 month period. In the beginning we talked about which radio and remote start would work best for what we needed. When we were finally contacted nothing was discussed besides price and getting us in. (Not which radio or which remote start we would like or which fobs for the remote start) Also when we finally got it installed the person checking us out didn't really know how the remote start worked. The installer wasn't there to show us. It was dark when we got there and were kind of in a rush so didn't look at the total install. When we were traveling we noticed the antenna that is supposed to be 3m taped to the windshield was just hanging out by the mirror. Almost a thousand spent and felt like we were being ignored for six months and then everything not put up correctly and installed properly. Not a really good experience. I like to stay local and help businesses in bluffton as much as possible.Changed from 2 star to 1.*Update* I don't usually sit in passenger seat and found that they broke the center console trim and tried to glue it back and screw it together. I understand that stuff happens but not letting us know and trying to hide it is very upsetting.

Absolutely fantastic work. This select group of gentlemen go absolutely above and beyond to make sure you get the most quality job possible. Techy and knowledgeable. Mike, Justin and Derek do a fantastic job. Wouldn't have anyone else do my work.
