Honest Automotive definitely lives up to its name! I came to Honest after another shop tried to charge me an insane amount for a waterpump. Honest did the job for less than half the price the other shop wanted to charge. Had me in and out the next day. Didn't try to upcharge after the repair or try to tell me I needed more repairs. Very easy process from beginning to end. This is exactly how automotive repairs should work. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Honest Automotive. This will definitely be the first place I take my vehicle in the future! Thank you!!

I ve had tons of car trouble in the last few months and Honest has helped me through every step of it from diagnostic to repairs. I ve been to almost every other repair shop in town and Honest has had by far the lowest prices for the best work & the kindest people. Stephanie is the sweetest and she treats everyone like family. I was short on a check and an issue w/ my car turned out to be more expensive than I had anticipated and Stephanie found a way to make the repairs fit into my budget. The work is always extremely solid and diagnostic is so thorough. I ll never go anywhere else!!

Honest automotive??? Nothing honest about them at all, literally were going to charge me 330$ for them to repair my heat in my car because it wasn t working. They quoted me about 315$ for labor and about 15$ for cleaning supplies to clean my water valve. So I did a little research and found a possible fix, paid 30ish dollars on a part, installed it myself and bam it was fixed. Terrible this company was going to do me like that and plus to add on they charged me 126$ just to even get the diagnosis they gave me and check the engine light. Never take your foreign car and any vehicle there, take it to someone who cares about their customers problem.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, A/C installation & repair

hi i am from lebanon ohio was delivering a trailer in markle indiana and was heading home made a stop in bluffton indiana at arbys came out to leave tried to put it in reverse and nothing called several shops no one could help so called honest car care they sent help right away the guys fixed transmission at arbys and i made it home 2 and half hour drive the men did not even except a offer of payment just to let them kno tank you so very much.

Less than terrible experience. Master cylinder failed days before vacation. Staff quoted repair price & promised repair completion next day. Following day, staff called notifying repair increased 400 dollars, stating a wheel cylinder was leaking. Additionally, service completion required 2 days of service, jeopardizing my vacation, initially promised completion. Lastly, extorted 76 dollars for inspection. Personally, under no circumstances would I refer, nor return to this unprofessional establishment. Owners should change name to Dishonest Automotive instead.

Excellent repair shop!! Price quoted price paid with no added surprises. Very professional. Very straight forward about repairs needed. Kind to customers. Will be returning for any other fixes!!

If I could I would go backnin time and take my business elsewhere. Don't take your business there.. New leaks, missing bolts, check engine light on after the workand was not before the work. If you question any of it they get really defensive. You've been warned!!

Quoted a certain amount but warned because of the situation, it could go much higher. Bill came in at exact quote. Friendly customer service as well.

Called and a price and when we got there it was 200.00 more. Was very rude. We never go back. Not honest at all.

Do not take your vehicle there...I called two weeks a head of time and told them what to fix and they messed that up.. they had my car for 5 hours and didn't fix anything I asked them to..
