Good service, VERY nice staff. They even lowered the pricing on something I checked out that was not part of the auto care center, because it showed a different price online and was shipped by Walmart. 10 stars if possible.

Nightmare. Took our truck in for a tire change. Got $5k in body and brake damage. 3 months to get repairs authorized and paid through Walmarts "inhouse" insurance. Avoid this place like the plague!

I would give zero stars if possible. I went in and had my tires rotated. The staff did seem friendly, but they did not actually torque my lugs on my front driver side wheel. I was going down 69 and felt/heard noise from the front of my vehicle. Took an exit and four of my five lugs had maybe a thread remaining on the bolt before they would have fell off. One of them were torqued, but once again the other four almost fell off. Huge safety concern. Would not recommend. Very glad my studs did not break or my wheel fell off.

Ordered tires during Black Friday specials and they called as soon as they got them in stock. Set up time to go in and it was less than 1 1/2 hours to replace all 4 tires, mount and balance, and also a synthetic oil change.

THE STAFF IS MY FAVORITE PART!THEY ARE SO HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY!Bloomington Walmart Automotive Express is a great place for all your automotive needs. Typically 28-60 vehicles are serviced daily, so sometimes it can be up to an hour wait time...However, it isn't even a problem considering you can shop while they work! It's also Inexpensive compared to most other places.

Come here often for tire rotations and oil changes. Much more understanding and flexible than other Walmart autocenters I've been to. The crew, while overworked as usual, are chill to interact with and get me in and out much faster than usually expected.

Took over 2 hrs for an oil change and on the new oil change told me to come back several thousand miles earlier than necessary for my type of car. They also refused to check if I had a nail in one of my tires that seems to be losing air faster than the others without charging me. Seriously? You can t take 2 seconds while the tire is off during a rotation to see if there s a nail in there? Shady and charge more than other places in town.

Also would have given a zero if I could have. If you have a leak in your tire, DO NOT go here. I had a nail in my tire that got patched and then less than 24 hrs later I noticed it was leaking still. Took the car back to Wal-mart and they said that there is another hole too close to the side wall and I ll need a new tire. Crazy! I can t prove it, but it seems like someone had messed with my tire. Again, DO NOT go to this place everyone I spoke to that day had an issue with their service.Service: Tires

They mounted my tire the wrong way and took hours to get it mounted right once I came back. Avoid here, go somewhere else where they'll do the work right the first time.

I went here for an oil change last month. On my way to Walmart the low-pressure light came on. It was 6:30 am I'm driving on an old road. When I arrive there is basically nothing left on my wheel! I got there before they open, but the staff let me in early because I had an emergency. The mechanic was super nice and helpful. I end up having to use my spare tire because the rim is damaged. For all the inspection he did on vehicle I was only charged for the oil change(about $20, I brought my own oil). The process took less than an hour, probably because I was the first customer. I'll go back to get my tire install soon as my new rim arrives.

An absolute nightmare. Just walk in and meet the staff and you will know why. Their appointments book is a star-wars spiral notebook where they write down your name in chicken scratch handwriting. Naturally, they lost my appointment info because of how disorganized it is. The staff does not even know what services they provide. I asked if they can do break pads and they had no idea. The prices of tires is what brought me there, but when I met the staff and saw how incompetent they are I was honestly shocked. I did not trust them to do even my tires. It would take a brave person to actually use this auto shop. It is not worth the cheaper price. Just go to one of the other shops in town and do not waste your time.

They had me checked in within 5 minutes. They said it'd be about an hour, it ended up being done within 45 minutes. This was the week before Christmas and they were slammed, I was really impressed with their speed and efficiency.I had my oil and oil filter changed, my air filter changed, and a turn signal bulb replaced for under $75. I'm impressed. I've had good experiences with their tire services before but this was the first time I actually used them for other auto services, I will certainly be back.

I would have given it a 0 if I could! One of the worst excuses for an auto repair shop I've ever been to!! There is very seldom ever anyone back there to wait on you and they don't answer their phone half the time. I had them put a battery in my truck a few years ago and when they were done my truck would hardly turn over and the clock, radio, and tape deck would no longer work Also I bought their road hazard add on when I bought tires...I had a nail in a tire and it was almost flat so I called to see if they could get it in to fix it, but of course nobody would answer the phone, so I aired the tire up and took it there (it's only about 3 miles away) there were 2 open bays one car in another bay and they said it would be at least 2hrs!!! My son had just been taken home from surgery and I needed to get to his house, so I had to take my truck somewhere else and pay $20 to get it fixed So paying extra for the road hazard was a waste of money. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Worst experience I've ever had at a tire place. The staff were extremely slow, and acted as though it was a burden to them. Not to mention that they said it was going to take an hour, ended up a 2 an a 1/2 hour wait. If I could give no stars I would. I complained and was told they were going to put two people on it, which was a lie. Saved $10 but got the worst experience I've ever had. Doyle was the counter attendant.

Made an appointment for Monday af 5pm on Saturday, walked in at a quarter to 5 and stood there waiting for a couple to check out all of their groceries (This cart was full to the brim) at the auto center desk and when I finally was helped it was 10 after, and I had to repeat 3 times that I had brought with me the new tire and the old rim but kept getting asked what make/model, color and tire size it was so they could try to sell me some new tire when i had a new one (same exact as the old one on the rim still), once this mess was over we were told that we would receive a call when it was finished so we went on to finish our other shopping. An hour and fifteen minutes go by and we haven't heard anything so go up to the desk to ask how it was going. The man behind the counter just looks down and asks "this one?" and it had been sitting there and i hadn't been notified of it being completed. Just an all around mess with little communication and an incompetent staff. Will not be giving them my business again and will go to local tire shops with people who know how to do their jobs.

Came here today because my battery died. Was able to jump my car and get to Walmart 30min before close and after buying the battery was told they can t change it tonight and to come back tomorrow. The manager stood behind the counter playing on his phone the entire time and never said a word. So I had to go back in to buy a wrench in order to change my own battery. Thank you for your exceptional service and to the amazing manager I can see why you were promoted.

Well, despite my last terrible experience, I decided to give it another chance. Went in to have 3 of my tires replaced. I explained very, very clearly which three I needed replaced because my confidence in them was not high. Again, they said they would page me when my car was finished. Of course they did not so I had to eventually go wait in a very long, slow moving line with my groceries to ask. It was done so I paid my bill and went out to my car only to realize they only changed 2 tires instead of three. Turns out they had only charged me for two, but there were so many other charges they did not tell me about I thought the total they gave me made sense for 3. So they said they'd pull me back in and get the third tire done ahead of the line and it would take 20 minutes tops. I then watched them pull my car in, and then two more cars and they proceeded to work on the other two cars ahead of mine. So I waited with all of my cold groceries for about 35 minutes. As if this wasn't enough after I got home my husband realized they put one of the back tires on incorrectly. Luckily we had the tools to fix it at home. These people are beyond incompetent. They are so horrible at their jobs that they will wind up hurting someone. Never, never bring your car here for anything.

Horrible customer service at this Tire and Lube! Most of the Employees have no idea what's going on, nor do they care. I bought a set of brand new tires for my car and one of them leaks air, and another tire has the wrong size stem! Paid $450 for the set and I was told there was nothing they could do about it when I went in the next day. Plus anytime I've went in for an oil change I've waited at the least an hour and a half. Every time. Never fails. Won't be back to this one even though I live in Bloomington!

If you like to wait for several hours for poor costumer services then this is the place for you. After 2 hours they gave me my keys said nothing but when I got in my car the "change oil" warning came back on. I went in and asked why is it coming back on. The person went back to check with the service department... came back and said "they tried but it came back on and they don't know how to turn them off". I asked why.. that is an important part of changing oil.. she went and got the manager who went out and did it ijn about 15 minutes... 2 hours 20 minutes total.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I've never had such a horrible first time experience at a Walmart Auto Center. My car oil change took a little bit over 2hrs, the associates were arguing with one another, there was a new employee who was working with me and other clients who knew nothing that was asked of her and there wasn't anyone else to help her. The Auto Center manager didn't do much to ameliorate the annoyance coming from most of the customers. I will never return to this location ever again.

I travel quite a bit in my car and worry about my tires for that reason. I have had a few nails in my tires over the years which has added to my concern. The check tire light came on in my car so I took my car in to have the tires checked. They checked the air and filled them and told me it was seasonal loss of air. I asked about the treads and they said they were fine. Three weeks later the check tire light came on again. I took the car in and expressed my concern and what I wanted checked. They once again filled the tires. I asked about the treads and they looked surprised and said they were fine. Two days later the check tire light came on. I took my car elsewhere and a nail was found in my tire.Bad work boys. You didnt check the one thing I asked you to check. I wont be back.

If i could, id give them 0 stars. Went for the 1st time for a simple tire mount and balance. Before handing my keys i had asked how long it would be. I was told 45 min.. It was OVER 3 hours... I kept being told id be next but then i would see a car go before mine. I was late picking up my kids from school. Customer service sucked! Werent friendly at all and seem like they knew little to nothing about what was going on. I asked them specifically to balance all my tires and they only did two! The customer in front of me came in with his own tires and set them by the cashier. Came back upset because he was missing one and the clerk couldnt tell him where it went. The mechanic came out and just got a new tire off the rack.. Obviously realizing they were in the wrong. Made me nervous of them losing my new 300 tires which brand they didnt even carry! I would not recommend this as a tire service. They are the worst at service and caring for the customer. Spend the little extra to save urself time and aggravation!!! P.s. some employees need to shower.. If i can smell you over the counter... Thats a problem!

Had made an appointment for tires by phone. When I arrived later in the week, the reservation was not in the computer. An employee, Kelley, offered to order the tires I needed and have them sent to the store;they would call when they arrived. I hadn't heard anything in roughly a week, so I called. The worker then told me they would have no way to check at that moment. So I called a few days later, and they stated they have no order for tires. The worker this time, told me they spoke to Kelley and he hadn't helped any customers order tires.Just horrible customer service.

Went to get my oil change a few months back . Keep leaking oil after I had an oil change . It was because they didn t tighten my oil cap . It was confirmed by the time I got to another auto shop I almost had zero oil in my car . Thanks Walmart keep up the great work !

This is a terrible place. Brought my car in for a simple oil change. They said 45- 1 hr wait. I'm still here 2 hours later. The cashier, Mark may be the most incompetent sales person I've encountered in any business. He obviously has no idea what he's doing. They seem understaffed. Sad.

Customer service is awful. Wait was supposed to be an hour, ended up taking 2 1/2 hours. Employees in charge of changing oil have no sense of urgency. It s an oil change, how hard can it be? Support the local auto businesses instead.
