It is well worth driving here from Indianapolis vs going to Tom Wood for service. There is transparency in pricing, the staff is very courteous and helpful, and they got me back on the road when I needed to leave. I'll be taking my car their for all future services and repairs!

My wife s 2008 C70 driver door would no longer lock. Took the vehicle to Volvo of Bloomington for the first time. Service associates were great, technician determined what was needed, ordered the part, brought the car back the next week and had the door lock fixed. Will be back whenever service is needed.

If you are looking for a Bloomington style sales experience you will find it at this Volvo dealership.Thanks to Tim, Sal, Jasper, Ryan and the rest of the team for making a big 2023 XC90 purchase a straight forward and smooth experience for us.(I bought a second hand car from the dealership in 2016 and it is still going strong!)

Shout out to Tony Blanton and Jarrod for going way out of their way to help me out on Wednesday. My family and I were traveling and had an issue with a tire on our truck. I pulled into the service area and they stopped what they were doing to help us. Would not have made it home without their help, so very appreciative of the generosity. Thank you for being great people and being so helpful!!!

Tony at the front desk of the Service Center was extremely helpful in scheduling my service appointment and keeping me apprised of my vehicle's status. My car came back clean and, most importantly, in excellent working order. Lou provided excellent and friendly service driving me to pick up my car when it was completed. When I moved from Florida to Indiana a few years ago, the first thing I thought was where am I going to take my car?! It took a couple tries, but finally decided that Volvo Bloomington Service was the perfect fit for me and my Volly girl ( Volvo C70). When I say Tony is AMAZING, its an understatement! Really, the entire team is just phenomenal...but Tony is seriously my favorite! I have always been listened too, heard and my opinion and concerns addressed. They are HONEST above reproach. I had a situation while traveling and went to another Volvo dealership that suggested $2000 worth of repairs that had already been completed (they didn't know), In addition, suggested something was leaking which didn't sound right. Took it to Volvo Bloomington when I arrived back home and fortunately, that was not the case. My point is, they could have just simply stated yes that was the case and charged me for the repair. I take my Volly girl to them exclusively and even if I were to purchase another car, whether it was a Volvo/Mazda or not, I would still take it to Tony and his team for service. Being able to trust the work being done to your car is truly INVALUABLE!! Thank you so much to the entire team for your wonderful service, honesty and integrity!

I brought my car in because I was having issues with the alternator. The service team was friendly and knowledgeable. The whole staff went the extra mile making me feel welcome. The next time I am in the market for a new car, I am definitely stopping here first!

My Volvo XC 70 has been serviced at Royal Volvo since it was purchased new in 2004. Customer Service there is excellent, and my car has been well maintained by expert technicians. Service Manager Tony Blanton is always kind, efficient, and helpful. I highly recommend Royal Volvo for all your service needs!

Happened to be driving by when I saw the truck arrive with a new 2022 Volvo XC40 Recharge onboard. Isaac came out and answered all my questions. This is my first electric car, and Volvo, so I had apprehensions. He handled everything professionally having excellent product knowledge. Nick, the General Manager was also instrumental in the process. I've owned the car now for three weeks. GREAT experience and an awesome car!! No worries about the price of gas any longer. Car charges overnight, so no worries about range. Highly recommend!

Quoted $525 to program and cut new factory key from volvo. Could not figure out how to program on first appointment ,charge me $99 for key and $156 for programing key to car but could not program the fob. They said I would have to come and pay for diagnostic at $175. Came back 1 week later charged me the $175 and another $113 for the software again . No errors showing "all green" as the put it Wanted another $900 to start replacing parts. Could not tell me what was wrong. Paid over $500 and they do not have a clue . Go somewhere else. It is a racket.Take your car to Tom Wood in Carmel. Fixed the none issue. Programed new keys in 20 minutes. I have two brand new keys that work great.

My wife and I went to tom wood volvo in indy, very unprofessional, didn t show us any Volvo vehicles and didn t want our business. So we left and came here. We called ahead to let them know we was coming. Nick had two Volvo's we were looking at lined up and ready to go. Thank you for the great service and it was worth the 2 hour drive!

Just left service department for my vehicle. My four hour routine maintenance appointment turned into them having my vehicle for a week. When I had dropped off my vehicle, I had asked that they please call with any expense not covered under warranty, they did not. In fact, I had to make the initial call to as the condition of my vehicle as they never called me, I was then told they would need it a week. The only time they called St all, was to tell my the loaner vehicle I was driving had someone interested in purchasing and they were bringing another vehicle, and didn't consider my schedule on the middle of the day. My husband called yesterday and was told there were no charges and he stressed we needed our vehicle before Easter holiday weekend. I just left, and when I arrived, Jan the service manager said there was a charge. I tried to explain my husband had spoken with Larry and there were no charges and we were never contacted about any. I called my husband to make sure I had understood correctly. Jan asked to speak with him with my phone and litteraly started raising her voice and was insanly rude. She just handed me my phone and my keys, and I left. I've never seen anything like it, she was loud and rude and completely unprofessional. Horrible customer service! Would never buy anything from them period! Should have paid a little more and purchased in Indy.

Andrew Neitzel, my Sale/Leasing Consultant, was outstanding. He was very courteous and professional, as well as extremely skilled at communicating and following up after I drove my car. He wrote well-worded, grammatically correct emails and texts without spelling errors, providing all the information and numbers I needed to make my decision to lease a Volvo. Kudos to Andrew for a job well done!

Had my car taken in for some repairs after an accident. Two weeks into repairs I got a call that they had broken the strut seats during repairs and that it was going to take another week. One week later I get a voicemail that they cut through the right axle after installing spring seats and that it's going to take more time.Long story short, four weeks later when I received my car back, it is now leaking coolant, which it was not doing before the whole ordeal. Never again will I trust Royal Volvo Bloomington with my or any of my family members' vehicles.I was unaware of their terrible reputation before this but have been told by several people since that the Volvo reputation in Bloomington is the reason they went with Audi instead. Now I understand why. My car will be taken to our personal mechanic in Indianapolis from now on.
