Absolutely amazing! Mitchell was a genuine blessing and wonderful. My car broke down while I was traveling from Michigan to help with my mother who was at the end of her life. LOTS of STRESS and Mitchell made one aspect so much better. HIGHLY recommend. I am so thankful for Mitchell and Tom Cherry Muffler. Wonderful people.

Tom Cherry was always great, but the new owners are properly fantastic. It isn't just exhaust, either! David has to be the best technician I've ever met. Mitch Can fix anything and there isn't anything Zach can't figure out. I'm very pleased with all aspects of their work on my 740iL! Just the best! They took all of my questions via the Google Chat function so I didn't have to leave work for a phone call. They walked me through every issue my car had explaining what was wrong and what had to be fixed vs. what needed to be fixed. For a woman dealing with car issues, it's always hard to trust and find a shop that is patient and transparent and these dudes knocked it out of the park!

I have nothing but kind words for the mechanics at Tom Cherry and the work that they do. They were able to fit me in quickly, diagnose the problem, and give me an estimate and begin work in a short amount of time. When I went to pick my car up, they explained the problem in great detail, but didn t talk down to me or assume I didn t understand the vehicle. They have a lifelong customer

I am thrilled with the service I received recently. Had my car towed to them around noon, they had it back to me that same day! I was offered plain and honest advice about issues with my car. I never felt pressured and the price ended up being very reasonable. On top of all that since they finished right before close he stayed late and even picked me up so I could hit the road ASAP. Will be back!

GreatHonest, friendly, professional and fair! Didn't overcharge me, and they were very respectful and did great work!!!The MUFFLER on my '94 Toyota pickemup truck was a mess, hanging by a thread so to speak, rusted through from front to back, and the tail pipe finally completely broke lose this week. I am so impressed with the service and professionality, I will go back to have a few other things (not imminent safety-wise) that they pointed out to me that could be done later, which will extend the life of the truck.As a retired/limited income person I really appreciated that they did not try to stick it to me by coming up with a bunch of other issues to try to get more money out of me, like some places I've been to for other stuff.I highly recommend this locally owned business.

I'd stopped by a few years ago to get an estimate on my brakes after the dealer told me I needed new ones. The owner explained the issue to me and told me I didn't need new brakes. I've never had a repair shop turn down business and it made me want to be a loyal customer for life. I was in again recently and found out their is new management, but my experience was that they are every bit as honest as the previous ownership and I will absolutely come here with any issue I have.Service: Battery

The number one concern when looking for a mechanic is to find someone who is CAPABLE, HONEST and FAIR. Look no further. Tom Cherry is under new ownership, and the new owners are absolutely fantastic! They do much more than just mufflers and exhaust issues.I took my 13 year old Ford Taurus to them for what I thought was brakes and sway bars. They did a thorough inspection and found a laundry list of issues with the car, which was not shocking since the car has over 200K miles. They quoted me what I thought was a fair price. After starting the work, they found some DANGEROUS issues with the car, so dangerous that they couldn't take it out for a test drive. I don't know car lingo, but after the repair they showed me one of the broken parts. Where there should have been a ball joint, but there was no ball. It was being held together by a piece of rubber. The tire could have fallen off at any time. There were a couple of other major issues, as well.They could have tried to hold me hostage financially because of the additional repairs, but they were very fair given the unexpected expenses. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop. It is so hard--especially for a woman--to find mechanics who won't take advantage of you. They spent almost a 1/2 hour explaining everything so thoroughly to me, and letting me know what next steps they recommended.There were a couple of repairs that they couldn't do simply because it was not something they had the equipment to do, and they graciously offered to recommend who they trusted to do the work. I went there to change my muffler. The person who coordinated the work was Eric, who helped just not to change my muffler, but solved a major noise problem in addition at a very minimum price. He took only 45 mins to do the entire thing.If anyone is looking for muffler changes/ any repairs, this place is a good one. And Eric is a great guy, seems having a great deal of hands on experience.

I stopped in Tom Cherry muffler shop today with an exhaust issue on a Toyota Camry. I explained my issue to Eric and he had the issue diagnosed and fixed within 20 minutes at a more than fair price. Took my drag car in for some cut-outs years ago and knew they were the guys to take my truck to for a custom tail pipe to hook to the flowmaster 40 series I installed. A lot of places get spooked when you ask them to work on non-stock stuff, but all the guys I worked with at Tom Cherry did exactly what I was looking for, to tuck it up close to the bedside and leave extra on the end so I could cut it at the angle I wanted. Great work, service and price!

100% would recommend. Very nice guy working there. I took my 350Z in to get an exhaust taken off and he was extremely professional and quick. Was even worried about how low my car was getting onto the lift. Great work for a great price. With no appointment I was in and out in less than an hour. They are extremely friendly and professional. Replaced my flex pipe for $90. If you price that around you won't find anybody to do it for less than $150. Can't recommend these folks enough.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

These guys rock! They got our car in to check within the same week, quickly found what was wrong, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. He had my car fixed in no time at all, from in the door to fixed and driving away in less than 30mins, and for a great price! Stopped in there because my cars exhaust was getting louder and louder. They got my car on the lift right away and even showed me the issue. Told me exactly what they needed to do and how long it would take. Reasonable price and my car sounds right again! I was very pleased with it all.

After a friend who worked here recommended their services, I brought in my paseo. The exhaust pipe had damage near the engine and was separated near the rear axle. They offered drop off services, but I made in time to meet the owner. Next day he called me and was to the point on damages, gave a fair quote, and was quick to complete the work. Charged as quoted, very pleased. The work was fantastic. I recommend the repair I got here and am likely to recommend other services through them. Thanks a ton!

These guys were recommended by a local dealership as a way to save some money on repairs for an older car. Not only did I save substantial money, but I got a larger repair than what I initially thought I needed. And when I went back a week later after noticing a small noise under the car, they quickly diagnosed it, and fixed it, at no additional charge. Highly recommend

Wow! Tom was friendly, fast and efficient. Absolutely the best! I tired to repair my muffler that fell off myself and he fixed it is 1/8 the time I spent trying to just find parts! This man needs to charge more for his skill. He's 100% the expert I want to be working on my car. Less than 30 min and this car doesn't scream down the road anymore, whisper quiet!Service: Exhaust

The owner and staff are very personable, they truly care about the service that they provide and are extremely thorough in their work. I find it can be hard to find a mechanic you can trust and Tom Cherry Muffler is definitely a trustworthy shop for any of your vehicles needs.
