was aware that Tire-Genie was a new tire store in Monroe county. Had already checked tire manufacturers offered and prices online at other local tire stores before visiting Tire-Genie. Was met by CJ who listened to me as I described my budget and specific goals for the kind of tires I wanted. CJ went to work and presented me a few options. Couldn t be happier with the tires I chose. The guys in the back did a terrific getting the new tires mounted and balanced.

Very helpful and very understanding. They also do rent to own plans. I will be going back and doing a contract for the other three tires that I need thank you so much guys

They exceeded my expectations! When I got a flat tire while dropping off my son at IUB, I was hesitant due to past experiences with Big O Tires in Carmel. I expected delays and unnecessary expenses, as they often insisted on replacing the rim for a simple flat tire. Despite a small dent in the rim this time, I decided to try Tire Genie based on their stellar Google reviews. It turned out to be the right choice! They were courteous, made every effort to repair the tire (although it was beyond repair due to a damage caused by the pothole), and instead of insisting on a new rim, they fixed the dent. I was back on the road in just half an hour, and to my surprise, they didn't charge me a fortune for the new tire. They had to made some adjustments, alignment etc., and didn t even add that to the bill. Their professionalism and care were commendable. I only wish we had Tire Genie in Carmel and Indy as well.

I had a piece of metal puncture my tire. They were so friendly and got my tire patched in under 20 minutes! They gave myself and my kids hot chocolate while we waited. Highly recommend! Kurrin Howell was very understanding and told me to come right in.

Stopped in to see if I could get an alignment, was great, thankfully for me, they had a cancellation and I was able to get right in. Customer service was on point. Definitely recommend and they have earned my business in the future!! Thanks guys!!

Walked in with a tire that had a nail in it. Steven had me out of there in under twenty minutes with a great patch job. The whole crew is great and I paid a lot less than I expected to. I usually go to Walmart for tire work but they're hit and miss in the quality department. I'm gonna be telling everyone to go to Tire Genie.

While driving out of town to visit family, I picked up a large screw in my sidewall. The staff at Tire Genie were very polite and accommodating. Although there were several customers in the queue before me, I has back on the road in less than an hour. Holiday dinner saved!

This was the BEST Customer service that I ve ever experienced! From the person that checked my tires to the manager. Everyone was super friendly with getting me back on the road. From the greeting to the work that was done on my car was amazing! They explained everything thoroughly and were super friendly! The staff here isn t all in your face and trying to oversell you on something. They are all about safety and how they can help. I appreciate everyone here at Tire Genie. They got me back on the road safely in no time! I will refer all of my family & friends.

CJ and his team did a wonderful job on my 4 new tires and alignment. CJ even went out of his way to give me a ride home,when my friend had a family emergency. Thank you CJ,I'm telling all my friends to get tires here.

I had a screw in my tire and called for scheduling. They got me right in within 30 minutes and repaired the tire. They were very accommodating and professional throughout the process. I will definitely be using them for all tire services moving forward.Thanks Kurrin

The man who helped me was super awesome! Went there to drop off a couple of used tires and seemed to have a really nice selection of both tires and rims. Will defintiely be back!!

My friend and I were in Ellettsville , we live an 1and a1/2 hours north and needed a tire put on so we could make it home safely, these guys got us right in and went above and beyond to help us!! The manager was super nice and the guy that changed the tire was so helpful thank you so much Tire Genie and staff!!

A true life saver! I got a screw stuck in my tire and immediately thought my day was over. I ventured to Tire Genie, handed the keys over, and not even 15 minutes later I was good to go. Highly recommend.
