I have driven by here so many times on my way to work. I finally decided to try them out during my lunch hour. I had a really good experience and will definitely go back and will recommend to others. Natasha, I believe is her name, is especially personable and professional. It was so easy to get in and out and I pass it every weekday so I will be going back for sure!

I went to Strickland Brothers for an oil change. They were having a difficult time closing the hood of my truck. They continued to bring over more tools to try to close my hood. (Mind you I have never had an issue with this before.) Once they finally got the hood closed. My sensor turned on showing my hood was still open. The employee stated that must have been the sensor we had to mess with. Now the sensor to my hood is completely messed up. It was also very expensive for me to go here.

Great experience. Finding a place to get an oil change is a headache. You have to drop off your car. Go somewhere else. Do something else. It sucks. I drove past this location multiple times as I drive home from work and thought, "Hmm... I need an oil change... So... Why not?" So, finally, went there. I just happen to arrive after two people had just been brought in. One of the workers came out offering me water which was a nice touch, and explained why there would be a wait. I didn't mind. Drove in when ready. Sat in my car. Even as a new customer, didn't take long to fill out the information on their tablet. Didn't take long at all. It was a total breeze. I loved it. Will definitely recommend anyone to try it out, if anything for the experience. It's like a car wash but you get an oil change instead! How much fun is that? Friendly and efficient staff. Try it out. See if its for you. Especially if you don't like getting out of your car. It avoids the whole stranger in your car or not knowing what's going on to your car when you're not there. Definite sense of security and great for people who are worried about germs/unclean hands touching the interior. It's great. Positive experience all the way.

The staff is professional, kind, and courteous. If I have questions they listen and give straight forward answers and advice. They work well together as a team and get the job done right and in a timely manner. It s always been a great experience.

This shop has genuine and skilled workers who knows their job well. So, you will find the quality and the good price for your car oil changing.Do not forget to ask for discount as they almost always have discount seasons.

Just a heads up for anyone whose kid has a car on the IU campus. My son spent $90 on an oil change at Strickland and they didn't put the oil cap back on correctly (or at all). Now there's oil all over his engine and his car died on the side of the road between Bloomington and West Lafayette. It was so much fun at 7PM trying to help him find a solution from 3 hours away. When he called them, they told him that he must have done it because they would never do such a thing. Only offered a discount on the next one.

While the service duration wasn t the promised 10 minutes, it s important to note that most oil change services take longer. Regarding customer service, I found their interaction with customers to be subpar. There was no greeting or information provided about pricing or the process. Interestingly, my wife had a different experience and found them friendly when she serviced her vehicle there. However, based on my own encounter, I won t be returning. On the positive side, they efficiently performed their job, and I was out in approximately 40 minutes, which aligns with the typical duration for oil changes. If you reside on that side of town, I recommend giving them a try. Personally, I ll stick to Jiffy Lube on the east side, despite their also less-than-stellar customer service mainly because of its proximity to my home!

Fairly fast service. decently informative staff but seemed a bit overwhelmed other cars pulled up well they were working on mine and they were vocally frustrated. Price is about the same as other shops in the area. All in all if there not busy they seem like a solid choice.

Love these guys- they take such good care of me! I m a single woman with no mechanical know how. They go over and above to make sure my car is in good order, down to airing up a low tire even between tires oil changes .They are friendly and courteous and speedy!

It was a good experience. The people are great. But the cost is outrageous. $105 just for an oil change. That is very expensive. If I could have been sure Walmart could have done it the same day, I could have saved $50.00. I don't know if I will go back.

Techs never come and talk to you. Are you next in line? Don t know? Well they will leave you sitting outside forever with not so much as a hello. They do not greet you, tell you how long for your service, or tell you where to pull up. The techs do this hoping you will drive away from the lack of communication. I ve done it multiple times. Many other shops greet their customers and tell them where to pull. They usually only have 1 tech which means your oil change will not be anywhere close to 10 minutes. If you do stick around with no communication they will eventually, begrudgingly, perform your service. I love these services but this team is just bad. I would watch this location and ensure they are following your standards and not running your name into the ground.Service: Oil change

When they say 10 min oil change, they mean it!! I was impressed by their efficiency. They even checked my tire pressure, lights, and steering fluid, the latter of which they replaced no charge! Will definitely be coming back.

Unprofessional.I was there for 40 minutes. Most of the time I was the only person being helped. The entire time the workers pretended I wasn't there. They talked about how much they hated their jobs and did a lot of cursing. The one doing the work on my car did a lot of unnecessary banging on bottom of my car and threw heavy metal tools in frustration every few minutes because it made his coworkers laugh.... never going back.

Josh, I believe is the manager of this location. This man is unbelievably highly respectful and professional to every customer that drives in that door. I give this place a 10-star rating solely on the fact of this man's courtesy. Just the way he patiently communicates with the customers is something that is very rare these days. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This company has exceptional service. They were fast, friendly, overall efficient, and transparent. I went in for an oil change, and they washed all my windows, checked my windshield wipers and all of my fluids and filters. They even gave me a discount and a cold bottle of water while I waited. I didn't even have to get out of my car. Which is something that no other place that I've been to has ever done. They even let me know that the last place that changed my oil had forgotten to put my oil cap back on (thanks walmart ) Out of all the places that I've had my oil changed, this is the place I will keep going back to.

I came in on a Saturday morning and pulled right up. They changed my oil topped off everything checked my lights filled my tires ran a diagnostic and changed my filters. In and out in less than 20 minutes. I really like not having to get out of my vehicle. Josh and the guys are the greatest! Their professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency is what has always brought me back as a return customer to this company and the previous one. They are all great assets to the company, I hope they are recognized for their outstanding work! The new look and face lift to the shop looks Amazing! As always my experience was Outstanding!
