My experience with Royal Subaru in general was good. Parts ordered were as described and were exactly what I ordered. Richard M. responded very promptly to any questions I had, and did exactly as he said he would. Couldn t wait to get my baby back on the road. Without it the sun shone dimmer, flowers didn t smell as sweet, heads didn t turn and the women didn t melt seeing it go by.. If you drive a BRZ you ll understand and you won t until you do.

Six days! Thats how long it take you to process an order? Six days from the time I place the order you finally get it in the mail? Unbelievable! And for this excellent service you only charge $17.00 shipping and handling to ship a fuel filter. Sounds reasonable. We'll definitely do business again!

I stop by the speedway gas station next to the location. More than once I ve seen employees with new cars at the gas station tearing car wraps off and stuffing them into the gas stations garbage. The gas station is a busy gas station. I feel sorry for the gas station employees who have to empty the garbage while probably making near nothing. From my perspective it s unprofessional, laziness and an exploitation of the gas station employees.
