My son has an older model BMW. We recently were referred here by a local family (we are out of state IU parents). Service was excellent, reasonable and Jorn was wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend

Service is nothing but amazing. They are always fast with repairs and know exactly what they are doing. Everyone is so friendly here as well, makes me want to leave a gift!

Blade replacement was supposed to be 75 but it ended up being 400. I was upset shortly thereafter it broke again and I was going to be charged again. My father called and the owner said he would do it for free. Since then my father passed and I went in and the owner was kind and compassionate and fixed it immediately. Best in town with fair pricing. Did service A here about two months ago for my cls. The owner is very friendly and professional. Today my coolant sign came on and he topped it off for me with no charge. I recently had the pleasure of bringing my Mercedes to Quality Imports Services in Bloominton Indiana. I was truly impressed with the quality of service I received. I've got an old (>23 years) car, and they've been maintaining it for most of its time. They've always been pleasant and professional with me, and more importantly, they've been keeping my car working great for all these years. The guy urn did not check the oil in my car and said it was fixed it was not. My benz didn't make it home after paying a 1200 $ mechanic bill don't take your car to urn to fix you will be out 70.000 for a new car and out the money he charges there just sorry people in tiny little rip off shop my experience with them was an expensive lesson .trusting this goof is a rip off nothing more .

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Literally saved us. He poured hours into helping us out. Not only did he stick with it, he did it with such a great attitude. I would recommend this service over any!! You re not dealing with any big corporation dealership, but a small business that deserves the biggest credit!!Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!

Person I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional. Very upity and essentially told me since he was local he can charge more than a dealer. 10/10 would NOT recommend unless you like being talked to like a 2nd or 3rd class citizen.

Avoid the wife, Leslie!!! Extremely rude and unprofessional. It's also obvious they are a nightmare to their neighbors. UPDATE : The rude behavior did not start until after I had a mask on ( but the employees there DID NOT.)Go toward 37 and there are several BETTER choices.

This is the best place for service I have ever used, and I have owned many cars. This is the only place I would take a vintage Mercedes or Volvo if I had the choice, and it is the only place I do take such cards here in South Central Indiana.
