I m sure many won t care to understand my experience yesterday with pomp s staff. I called made an appointment. Brought my car in for an alignment and new tire. Was told they didn t wanna work on my car after it sat in the same place I had parked it when I dropped my car off. That s fine you don t wanna service my vehicle cool, for me it was the attitude of the staff and the uncanny feeling of my skin color being the issue. I thought to myself I brought my vehicle there before to get serviced had no issues with the staff at that time. I wonder what changed?

Very quick and honest. My 1st time using Pomp s. I had a leaking tire that needed plugged. I arrived close to closing time and they were very receptive. Definitely use them again

Pomp s did a tire repair for me. Getting an appointment was quick and easy. The staff was professional and responsive. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I recommend Pomp s for quick easy service.

Hired Pomp's for my first time for a tire evaluation and repair. Wanted a second opinion after another business said there were two punctures in the tire and repair wasn't possible. Pomp's staff found only one puncture, showed me how they inspected the tire, repaired the tire, and explained how they did the repair. I had lucky timing and caught them between jobs, so I was leaving only 20-30 minutes after I arrived. Repair was only yesterday, so it's too soon to know how long it will last, but so far so good. Great experience with every employee I interacted with!

Another mechanic missed my failing neutral safety switch and it was causing all sorts of unreliability in starting my car. I got my car towed to Pomp's when they were closed, they called me before I was able to call them the next morning. Work was finished by the afternoon and I paid over the phone and was able to pick up my car that same day after hours. 10 stars!

They were great! I dropped the car off at night after shredding the left front tire on the interstate. We put on the spare, but must not have gotten the lug nuts on tight enough, and almost home two of the lug bolts sheared off. We limped the car up to Pomp's in Bloomington and dropped it off with a note. They had it all fixed up by 2:00pm. The Service Advisor was very honest with me and, when I asked if I needed to replace the other tires, told me that they were fine, instead of trying to talk into buying 3 more. I would definitely trust them again. Great customer service!

I had a sheet metal screw lodged in one of my tires. I called Pomp's, based on recommendations from 2 people. Pomp's was able to get me in for an appt. early the next morning. They were prompt, professionnal and friendly. My tire was plugged in a jif and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely consider Pomp's for future car maintenance and repair needs.

I had all four low tire pressure sensors replaced. They got it done in just over an hour at a reasonable price. I couldn t be more pleased.

Awsome service, trusted mechanics, and always on time.Update... I was here today and saw a elderly lady be treated with kindness and compassion, which goes beyond the job that is required. It seems that every time I am in here, these people perform some sort of act of grace.Other businesses could/should benchmark off of this team.

Promptly changed the oil, oil filter, air filter and cabin filter, as well as checking tire pressure, other fluid levels and for any other maintenance needed at our 100,000 mile mark for our 2008 Odyssey. Showed us the filters they changed out.
