This store has been like magic for me. They somehow always either have the parts or tools I'm looking for or they can have them the very next day. On top of that, they seem to have a great collective knowledge on car problems and are usually willing to explain the process required to install most of the parts they sell. This is almost always my first stop when I have car problems.

Great place to get your auto needs but have a few rude people behind the counter but really good otherwise cause they have some really good ones also

these angels were my car's saving grace while i was living on campus at iu bloomington (2 years ago). when my battery died a kind woman working there replaced it for me for free, in the snow, and answered all of my silly questions very well. all the employees i spoke with always gave genuine advice and weren't just trying to sell you something or talk down. i live in another state now but im still grateful for them and would recommend any local with car trouble to go here!

I went to O'Reilly's as I needed new brake pads and the quotes I was getting at shops in the area were too high. Vanessa was very helpful. She recommended a local independent mechanic (JJ, who turned out to be great) and figured out which pads and rotors I needed to buy. I was able to get the whole thing done with a few hours, rather than waiting a week and paying $200+ more. Thank you!

Store is always fairly busy when I go in, but staff is quick and patient so don t mind waiting. They do a great job trying to jungle lobby and phones given customers attention they need. Will hands down always go there! Front counter guys ( and girl ) are always helpful!

Went to get my Kia s battery checked and potentially replaced - found out the battery was at the end of its life (RIP) so I bought a new one and Marc installed it with no issue! Great service and they had exactly what I needed!

Nice staff, knowledgeable and helpful. I go here because the one in Ellettsville never has what I need. They lose a star because of their staffing issues. One guy was trying to handle an entire line of customers and deal with phone calls that were being ignored because he was just overwhelmed. If the store had full staffing and the quality of service that they have now, this would definitely be a five-star location.

Some of the prices are SEVERELY exaggerated despite finding the same products online for a fraction of the cost.As is with any retail store, I understand... but abuse to cover expense is unnecessary. Honest and fair rates will increase customer bases over individual income. Look at WalMart high volume (used to be low markup).

Fortunately I don't often have to shop for automotive parts, but when I do, O'Reilly's almost always seems to have the best local prices, most items in stock, and helpful, friendly staff. I've had consistently good experiences with them over the years at multiple locations.

Great place where they took the time to teach my daughter how to care for her Jeep Renegade. Jayce did not make us feel rushed and he was very helpful and polite. Give these guys a try. They are a great team.

I've come here to get batteries replaced on 3 of my vehicles over the years. The staff are always helpful and I'm back on the road within minutes. Today was the same quality experience that I expected. I believe the gentleman who helped me today was named Jake. I went on my lunch break and was back so quick that my coworkers questioned if I even left to go get the battery swapped. Thank you!

They replaced my battery for me, which was a pain to remove. They were super nice, and did what Advanced Auto Parts refused to do. I'm very grateful, and glad that their team was so well-trained and knowledgeable.

Favorite place to buy parts i usually just use my device and find what part numbers i need on there website and find it in store myself. Everything is easy to find. They seem like they could use more help behind the counter as there was atleast 8 people in line and only 1 person at a register when i personally seen 3 more employees in the back. So good thing i was able to find what i needed myself or i would have been waiting awhile.

They were very helpful in getting me the right car part and very informational. They were not downgrading at all because I was a girl coming into a car parts store, and they were very friendly on the phone and in the store. They also helped me save money by getting me a better deal and they also have a O'Reilly's Rewards card which they helped me sign up for. They make it very easy and simple for you. They have great car parts for a good cost and they are a lot less inexpensive than any other car parts store I found in town. So reasonably priced and great costumer service even when I needed to make a return.

After 4 different auto repair and auto parts stores, This store came through with the help of Max who did everything he could to find me 3 different, hard to find wiper blades, and then put them on for free. Crazy good customer service.

Had a truck broke down 4 miles away, said they couldn't deliver because they didn't have anyone standing around. Got the driver to the store. They didnt seem enthusiastic to help, there were 3 people standing around and didnt even have the simple bolt and nut we needed. I like O'Reillys but this chain is not on parr.

Had some issues with a battery in my truck and Allen and Jim were great in resolving the situation. I love having a store I can go to where people actually talk to you. Great customer service!

My husband and I always come here because we know that Dan will make sure we walk out the door with the exact part (or parts) that we need. I also like how they honor their warranties without any argument or dispute. Customer service like this is why we continue to return time and time again:)

These people are great! They are always there to help, and are some of the friendliest people. Unlike the people who work for CarZone, the actually want to help instead of turning their backs to you, going to hide in the back, or just plain refuse to acknowledge your existence....

I placed an online order for a windshield wiper for my car, the email I received from O Reilly stated I would get notification when my order had been filled. I never received this confirmation email and O Reilly has not contacted me or refunded my purchase. I would recommend one of the other auto parts services in town.

The guys at the counter said he had my car and all of those are junk. He will only drive a Chevy. The other guy told me now they charge to turn rotors 25.00 a disc. Also he can do it that night maybe not the next day either. Both guys were very negative and I left there and will go to the competition an couple blocks away from now on.

I went to this O'Reilly auto parts store looking for a new pair of windshield wipers. I wanted a really good pair, for rain or snow, and one of their older employees helped me find them. What he recommended was extremely well made, and worked better than I could have ever imagined . I Highly Recommend This Store.
