Great people but man the prices was a little high 45 bucks for a 25 ft power cord. And yes I know not the right place to buy of those but it was a Saturday and we was trying to get a job done.

You can imagine the stress of needing a new car battery on a Friday night during IU move-in weekend, but this store came through for me in amazing ways! Their customer service was incredible, they let me use replacement tools and testers at no charge, and stayed open late until I was all set. Their friendly atmosphere was contagious, and fellow customers helped lend expertise to replace the battery...overall, a wonderful experience in a challenging situation. Thank you NAPA! Highly recommend!!

Staff here are extremely lazy and are argumentative for no reason. Good luck returning parts, they will argue with you. There are many other options out there. Go anywhere but here.

Super helpful staff when I came in for a battery issue, told me a free way to fix something myself rather than buy parts there, so saved me a ton of money. Highly recommend!

I had stopped in because I had a taillight out on my truck while traveling thru the area. The young lady behind the counter was one of the nicest individuals I've ever met. She was more than helpful and to be honest, she should be a trainer for your company to teach your staff on how to treat customers. Hands down best of the best

The ignorance and mansplaining is strong here. They argue with and insult customers, and try to draw other customers and employees into their show of belligerence. When asked how motor oil is broken down necessitating replacement, the response was mileage rather than understanding that oil is experiencing wear in a running motor whether the wheels are turning or not. They refused to check availability of products for special order. Grow up, gentlemen, it's the 21st century.

Here are the best products and best service from the nicest people in town. I've shopped at this store a few times and they've always been patient in explaining things to me. My car didn't work last week and I came to this shop for help. However, my car needs a professional repair. They helped me to call the towing and repair my car. Thousands of thanks to Napa!

I have done business here for over 30yrs and always had top notch service. Today I was exchanging a wrong part and the lady was nothing but rude and had a terrible attitude. Treated me like I didn t know anything (I worked in the automotive business over 25yrs) and on top of that I ended up having to look up my own part on THEIR Napas own website and she still wanted to argue that I was wrong. They looked up and sold me the wrong part and were upset at me for correcting them. I will never step foot in there again. Please train your employees better about how to not take mistakes personally ..

I've switched from Autozone to Napa for parts. The parts are marginally more expensive, but seem to be better quality. I like how quickly I can get in and out of here too. The staff has been friendly and informative on each of my visits.

Clean, well organized and offering excellent customer service. Felicia was very knowledgeable and gave friendly, courteous assistance. She deserves a pay raise.Seriously, one of the best NAPA customer service experiences I've ever had. I'll shop NAPA first from now on, no matter where I am in the nation.

I love having an auto parts store closer to my location. I see they recently coated the parking lot. Not NAPA's fault but I wish their was more parts for European vehicles.

Had my part by time said they would . By 12 had called around 9. Auto zone couldnt get it right aft. Dealin. With 2 stores and 2 days .. Im actully impressed with new store and employees . Keep it up guys ..... It doesnt go un appreciated

The store is full of the things you need for automotive and small engine repairs. Gadgets and thingamabobs galore. Helpful and knowledgeable staff, too.
