Amazing customer service and very fast responses. I put an order in and ended up needing to cancel it, order was canceled and payment immediately returned. It's great to still have that optimal customer service experience in a world that it takes 30mins just to get through an automated phone system for a giant company.

Extremely responsive and helpful. They will go out of their way to help you in any way they can, I've rarely had such personal and timely help from a company, much less a firearms manufacturing company. Go to these guys with extreme confidence

Customer service is the heart of a company and you can tell from the top down MSP Manufacturing puts the customer first. Every item I have recieved has been immaculate in tolerance and specs. Customer for life.

MSP manufacturing. The height of customer service. In a world where corporations rule and customers be dammed, MSP is still in the people business. Every item I ve received is of top quality and is backed by salt of the earth people. There s a good reason they ve been around as long as they have. 10/10
