Let me start by saying this place is the best! The gentlemen there were super professional the place was so nice and clean and the work they did on my car was perfect! Best place in town by far! And it s a bonus they have free waters and coffee while you wait. Bradley was extra helpful! 10 out of 10!

I will not be bringing my car back to this shop. My experience with them has gone like this: Bring car in. Pay for inspection. They tell me what s wrong with it. Drop car off, pay hundreds of dollars for repairs. A few months (or sometimes just weeks) pass. There s a new problem with the car. Rinse and repeat 3-4 times. I m no car expert, but you d hope any mechanic would do a thorough inspection and be able to identify other potential problems at once instead of charging you for multiple inspections over the course of a few months, right? Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Definitely makes me feel like I m being taken advantage of.

Our college student went there for a nail in the tire. They said it was too close to the sidewall and a new tire must be purchased. Took to another shop and they said it was nowhere near the sidewall, and patched it. I feel like Midas was trying to SCAM and would not recommend them for tire repairs.

Paid $1500 with them ran good for a day then same problem. Took it back, they left my car unlocked and my speaker and amp were gone along with other things and a trashed car. Oh, and my check engine light is still on. They aren t even reimbursing me for the stuff without police. Unreal.

I just wanted to say thank you to Ryan and his crew for fixing my car. I came in there with a weird noise. They were quick, professional, honest they got me in looked at fix the issue, and I was a very happy customer to know that Midas was able to help me and my children, since it was my only vehicle, they are true Lifesavers Thank you for all you do for us

Not very good experience. I was trying to do 2 things at Midas: fix a car noise issue and by the way change the oil. The oil change is done quickly within 30 minutes so I don't have any complaint. However the first issue is not carefully looked into. Maybe each appointment is only 30 minutes. Was suggested to make another appointment for the car noise. If I just need to do oil change, the next door is Jiffy lube. Maybe this is not the right place to fix car issues.

Tried to charge me four dollars per quart to dispose of used oil. Never heard of that in my life. Sketchy. Go to Jiffy Lube next door. They ll do it for free.

Best mechanics I've been to yet. Prices were very reasonable, but not the cheapest but you pay for what you get and they do a fantastic job and provide good quality reliable service. Did not feel overcharged at all and did not feel like they were tacking on fees. Plus they did so much work in a couple days. Impressed. 5/5

The staff here are incredible! They are so friendly and helpful. As a college-aged woman, I have at times been hesitant to seek out repairs and maintenance for my vehicle because I have been needlessly up-charged at other places. When I go to Midas, I always feel confident that I m getting the best value for my money! They got me in so fast and fixed my problem within a day. Price was standard and they explained everything to me in a way that made sense for a non-car person like myself. They also got me rebates and found a coupon to lower my price. Overall very professional, pleasant and straightforward. Not once did I feel uneasy about anything they did or said. I'm a repeat customer for a reason! These guys are the best. They got my car in same day got several things fixed in a super timely manner. The manager was very knowledgeable, helpful, honest. He was incredibly busy and still went out of his way to explain anything I asked about. I have had extremely positive experiences at this Midas and will continue to bring my car here. The mechanics are always professional, efficient, thorough, and direct, explaining identified problems, key safety concerns, and the relative need for repairs, while walking me through any potential alternative approaches. They have gone out of their way to brainstorm solutions that minimize cost where possible. I appreciate how responsive they are to calls and questions, and I have been impressed with how quickly they have been able to get my car in for an appointment and back on the road after repairs. They managed to get me in relatively quickly. Staff was friendly and professional. They did the inspection and oil change fast but were thorough. Cheaper than other places in town. Chase is very friendly and accommodating. This is my third oil change with this location and I have never had problems and they always let me know about other issues with my car, so I can know and fix them. Every employee that I encounter is nice and eager to work. I value this because a lot of mechanic shops try to overcharge or belittle me because I am a woman, but I never experienced that at this Midas location. Been to this Midas twice, and was treated fairly and taken care of both times. First, my coolant was leaking on my Camaro and they performed a pressure test to find that leak for me. Few weeks later, I brought my Cadillac in because the brake was locking while I was driving. They found that my rotor, brake pad, and caliper needed replaced and brought me in the garage to show me exactly what was wrong and answered any questions I had. They said my car would be done by 10 AM the next morning and sure enough, done by 9:30. My car feels brand new. This shop is efficient, friendly, and professional. I went here when I lost literally all oil in my Mazda and had to leave the car in front of the service window with a brief explanation and my key. They took care of the problem and tried everything cheap before replacing the entire oil filter cap to solve the problem. Very good experience overall and would recommend them.

Every time I have come in, the mechanics have always been straight up with me and efficient. They will answer all of my questions until I feel completely comfortable in my decision. They let me know of things getting bad, but never pressure to get it done. As a woman, I'm always afraid of mechanics, but not this place. I get treated like anyone else and the employees are never condescending. The work is also incredible and they completely go over the charges and explain anything and everything I ask.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Courteous employees. Good service. Have brought several vehicles here over the years to get belts, muffler, speedometer fixed. The manager Chase has always been amazing to me! He makes things easy to understand and walks me through everything that needs done to my vehicle when I go in. The staff who work here are great and polite, but they are severely limited on what kind of service they can provide due to company policy. If you want a brake job you must but their parts. They don't change transmission filters nor do they do filter cleans by running fluid through it. Again great people who work there. They deserve a raise!

I really appreciate this specific locations workers especially who helped me, Chase, he caters to all his customers with care and compassion. Chase has helped fix my car numerous times and It s always been completed without any problems persisting and timely. Nice people, got the job done in a decent time. Prices are decent. Only thing I would say is that they make appointments but when you show up for your appointment you still have to wait for them to take your car in after other peoples cars so honestly I m not sure why they make them if your car won t be able to get serviced right away. But maybe there s a system im not seeing so idk.Services: Tires, Oil change
