Took my classic 7-series in after picking up a nail in my tire. I was hoping to get it patched but there was too much damage, so they swapped the tire from my full size spare from me. Not ideal but I m rolling again. Service was fast and I m glad the staff knows how to treat high-end cars.

Came here because the guy who does a good job is booked out for a few weeks. Well now I m going to pay him to fix what they couldn t do the first time. Had an alignment done and this is what I drove away with. They said bring it back, nah I already wasted my time once.

I own a new vehicle! With that being said when something is wrong with it u take it for warranty at dealership. An most the time they say it s not covered. I had meineke do an oil change did great job. Even told me last place didn t put my oil filter on right. Needless to say for some reason it started leaking oil bad it was time for change. An it was time for a warranty look over. Needless to say they wanted to charge me 1300 an said the last people change my oil did this. So I contacted meineke. They had it towed from shop looked at it. A sent me video of what was wrong. Nothing was stripped. I can t say enough about all these guys an their help. An how nice an good they were to me. An saved me 1300. Thanks so much!!

Meineke in Bloomington always is so quick to help. I have had my breaks go out and my tire popped on 2 different occasions and they were so quick to get to me and my car. They kept me in the loop on how long it was going to take and gave great customer service. Highly recommend.

Been going here for years. They always give me a very comprehensive list of what needs attention (and costs). I do some of the things myself to save money, and leave the bigger stuff to them. I have a 10 year old Honda with 70,000 miles on it that looks good and runs great.

Highly recommend. Honest, straightforward car repair. They stick to their appointments too. Best experience I ve ever had at a car repair shop. And it wasn t just me- I overheard and witnessed the same excellent honest service with other customers via phone and in person.

Just recently moved here and was looking for a dependable and trustworthy mechanic. These folks out thorough and timely and very informative. Been there several times with both our vehicles and will continue to do so. Recommend that you call ahead and book an appointment, as they re busy because of their great customer service! What an awesome customer service business this is. The wait was a little long but no fault of their own, the parts store first brought the wrong size brake pads. I had nothing to do anyway so I chatted with other customers, and the rep that appeared to love his job, and made sure I was happy with the work before I drove away. If it had cost more (glad it didn't), I'd still have chosen this location for service. Highly recommend!

So happy I was recommended this place. Chris and Junior are great. Very welcoming and professional.I also appreciate the way you are sent the work order to your phone to conveniently look over and approve or reject.I've taken both my cars to them and know I will be back again and again over the years.

Honest, fair price auto repair shop. I needed new brakes and I was told by the local Honda dealership that one of my rear brake calipers seized and needed replaced. This Meineke did their inspection and sent a quote prior to work being done. The caliper didn't need replaced but instead needed the slide replaced which saved me a couple hundred in parts cost. Also, I looked up the material cost quoted and there was hardly a markup (I expected some and have seen up to 75% at other repair shops). Great experience at this location. I trust all the Dorsey owned locations.

I needed an oil change and called Brian. Within 5 minutes someone from south side store called to schedule. They did a great job. Concierge service. It s nice knowing you can trust your mechanic. My families lives are in their hands.

Took our car in on a Saturday morning and they managed to get it in and get it fixed before they closed even tho they had some trouble getting the parts. They were very nice even gave us a ride home while we waited to get our car back. Overall a good experience.

I took my car to get an oil change and the staff was super kind and helpful. They didn t try to sell me on stuff I didn t need either. The service was timely and the waiting area was clean. I ll definitely go back.

SHOUTOUT TO THESE GUYS!I had bought my first ever big girl purchase after graduating from college (a car) and I got it from ANDY MOHR KIA in AVON. But what I didn t expect is for them to sell me a LEMON car. I took it in for some shaking while driving and these guys found a whole heck of a lot more wrong. They gave me detailed pictures and actual physical evidence of METAL SHARDS in my OIL. They took me back and carefully explained to me what was wrong, what I should do, and how they could help me. I started crying and the guys there were so kind. As I was leaving they all wished me luck and told me I could call anytime for more help! I will be going here from now on because I actually felt like I wasn t being taken advantage of and was treated like the young ADULT I am. Thanks guys you seriously rock.

Quick service, but labour's was a bit high for a disabled driver; one spark was double the price of a parts store. I'm 62 had to borrow the money to pay a huge labor bill.

Waste of time and money. Thieves and scam artists. Almost $100 to just see what's wrong with the car.They charge 4 times normal amount for labor.A part that costs 62$ will cost 500$ to put in.Tries to sell you a bunch of extra stuff you don't need. Nobody would miss this place if it burn to the ground0 stars. Waste of time and money

A really excellent experience. My son's catalytic converter was stolen while in Bloomington visiting a friend. We found Meineke through Google and called based on other positive reviews. We were not disappointed! EJ, the Manager, did a stellar job interfacing with State Farm for us. He provided a clear estimate that we were able to easily access by text and once authorized, ordered parts and performed the repair faster than anticipated. State Farm communicated directly with the shop and the payments were all handled for us effortlessly.100% would recommend this shop.Service: Exhaust

I took my vehicle to have my brakes fixed because of squeaking and some other issues. They fixed the other issues, but not the squeaking. I had to take my vehicle in to patch a slow leak in my tire. Less than 2 hours later, the tire leaked again. I took it to a different mechanic the next day, and he showed me the piece of metal that they had missed and fixed it in 5 minutes when it had taken them over an hour. The staff seem nice and helpful, but I'm unsure of the competency of the mechanics to do basic things. I wasn't even going to leave a review except I received four text messages from their automated system asking me to. I won't be back.

took my car in for an inspection. they lied about 3 separate issues, asked if they could fix the problems it was having and they wouldn t do it, ultimately said i need a new engine and wouldn t even take care of the initial problems. let alone get me an oil change done. took it to another mechanic and said these were very minor problems. they got a bunch of goons working here that want to take advantage of your pockets.

I expressed my gratitude torwards the employees of Meineke for 1. Getting my vehicle in same day and quickly giving me an estimate on repairs needed on my car. 2. Expoditing the repairs on my car and having my car fixed and ready to go within hours.

Always a good experience at Meineke south side. Lobby is clean, employees are polite and helpful, and I haven't had to take my car back due to a recurring issue.
