Brought my Gf s keep for an oil change. Fast professional service. Friendly staff. Very clear of what service you are gonna get. You can get coupon on your first visit. Really nice!

I took vehicles here several times over the 2 years I lived in Bloomington. I was impressed by how consistently good the service was. They were always prompt, professional, knowledgeable, fair, helpful, and honest. Highly recommended & appreciated!

I have been with Jiffy Lube from 2019 to now.I trust them, they have always taken care of my vehicle and showed me respect. Yes management has changed, but service and employees are 10+Thank you and continue staying focus. It is great to feel good about a company.

The service was good and efficient. The technicians checked and replaced my oil and air filter. Also, they checked all my lights were working well and cleaned my windows as part of the entire service. The service was value for money. This is the second time I have gone to change my car oil and I recommend this place for those purposes.

I was in town visiting and needed my oil changed. I Googled places near me and jiffy lube came up. Upon arrival the gentleman immediately came out, greeted us and asked what service would we be getting. I told him the premium oil change. He aking with the other 2 coworkers were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The entire service took about 20 minutes from wait time to finish! I was even able to use coupon and got $16 off my total price! I definitely recommend this place

This site made an exceptional effort in going above and beyond in their customer service. The assistant manager was a standout with his patience and explanation of services. It is located in a convenient spot (near the intersection to get to Target, ladies!). I'll definitely return!

The customer service here was by far the best I have received. Earlier that morning I went to a competitor. (because they were closer)driving my Ford F350, only to be greeted by ma am you know this is going to be over $200 and It s probably gonna be a couple hours before we can even work you in. WOW I thought. How rude. I backed out of their line of cars and drove to Jiffy Lube. I was greeted so much nicer. They did a full service on my truck, explained all the things - and we even chatted about spring weather and camping before I left. I was in and out in less than an hour. They also mentioned that I could hit any Jiffy Lube and get a top off If needed. Gave me a coupon for future visit too! I watched as they greeted others the same way nothing like those Monkeys on the other end of town. Dont waste your time there. Anytime I m in Bloomington In and need an oil change I know exactly where I m going! Thanks guys!!

My sister and I hate going in to get our cars serviced. It takes forever, the employees only want to empty your pockets, we can t understand all the lingo and we really just want to know our cars are safe and good to go. Well, we had never tried the Jiffy Lube. The service at the Bloomington Lube is top notch! We were greeted immediately upon arrival and we spoke to everyone who was interacting with our vehicles. We had eyes on our cars the whole time making the whole process feel more secure. We could really see how hard and fast everyone was working. Shoutout to Crystal for being totally awesome! And the owner was there and gave us a deal for going for the first time. We felt like appreciated customers and were very happy with the services they provided. We will only be going to Jiffy Lube from now on!

Service was good and quick although attention to detail was lacking. Exterior glass was not cleaned, a valve stem cap missing and the back of my passenger seat was lowered and not returned to the upright position.Small complaints but made me wonder if the purpose of my visit (the oil change) was done properly.It SEEMS that the oil change was done right and I will go back, but I will pay more attention to making sure Jiffy Lube does, properly, the services promised.

This was a total team approach. There was 4-5 people working on my truck even though I was there a short time. Acted professional and had excellent communication skills. Highly recommended!

I pulled into Jiffy Lube on the East side of Bloomington at 15 minutes until closing time after another oil change place by the mall told me "no, we close in 20 minutes" The female employee saw me and came out right when I pulled in, I asked if they had time for a full synthetic change in a big truck and she said if course! They are professional, pit crew fast, very friendly and then when my debit card held us up a bit as they were trying to close, already closed actuality, they all continued to be friendly and really kind to me. I appreciated them very much that evening. I'll return and tell others to go there as well. 5 Stars Guys!

The first time I went to Jiffy Lube, they inadvertently did something that left me with no oil. I limped back to the station, and they fixed the problem, giving me a free oil change next time. So I went there two days ago, and they told me I still had a 1000 miles to go, so should they just top it off? I told them yes. Didn't charge me. Glad I went because they discovered that I need new tires. Did you know that the legal age for tires is ten years? Mine were 11 years old. (If I had had an accident that was tire related, that might have become a problem with the law.) Anyway, yes, glad I went. They were courteous and did the job with me waiting there. Not sure if I still get the free oil change or not, but either way okay.

I'm a pretty upset, ever since I've gotten my oil change I've been hearing a noise, kinda like flapping coming from my right front wheel. Planned on getting it checked out but today after my son got home realized the whole underside of my car was not screwed back in properly I'm so glad nothing happened to him as a new driver and my car isn't in worse shape than what it is. Very disappointed as I have gone to them for years. They could've notified me if they noticed screws might be stepped out something needed fixed. I do have pics

I've got HORRIBLE experience in this place. If you care of your vehicle, you WILL NOT let this people change oil on it. It Seems like these guys don't know what they are doing. In my case, they did not tighten the oil filter cap and guess what, after my driver gone 200 miles out, oil blew out through the oil filter cap and messed up all over the engine! Our driver is a very experienced guy, he stopped the vehicle right away and spent hours to go to the nearest auto part store to get the tools, oil and oil filter and REDO their job on a FREEWAY shoulder.Our vehicle is a Mercedes Benz Sprinter 2022! I pray the engine is still ok.Service: Oil change

No wait, staff was quick and courteous.I had managed to leave my oil cap off (oops); they helped me get things cleaned up and get my fluids to the correct levels and didn't charge me for their efforts. Three cheers for Bloomington Jiffy Lube!

I don't typically write reviews, but just wanted to shout out this Jiffy Lube. Since reopening (I believe with new management) they've been wonderful. Quick, helpful, and most importantly, friendly. The kind of place you want to go for service. Kudos to the team.

Jiffy Lube did the oil change, air filter, aired up the tires AND they had the PREMIUM wiper blades I wanted to replace my old ones - just in time for winter snow & ice. Great job!Quick & easy.

I went in for a quick oil change and that s exactly what I got. Absolutely great service. The oil change took 10 minutes and they even checked all of my lights and all of my engine fluids. I would highly recommend them to anyone for quick service at a good price.

What I most appreciate about the Bloomington Jiffy Lube is that 1) the service is quick; 2) the staff is friendly; and 3) they don't try and sell me anything I don't need. If I don't need an oil change, but simply to have the oil 'topped off', they do it. I trust them to keep my car in good shape, which is why I continue to go back to them for routine service!

This team is terrific. The oil change is great, but they also check tire pressure & fill tires as needed and top off fluids at no charge. Always courteous service!

In town for a visit. I needed an oil change and just stopped by. Said there may be a wait, there wasn t and they checked everything. It was quick, easy and the staff was very pleasant.

Very helpful. Had a bad experience at a different facility and they were kind enough to help me out and fix the issue. They were very friendly and courteous. Even had me come back the next day to make sure it was fixed. Would definitely return to this facility if I was back in town again.

rlly good place to go for a college girl who doesn t know anything about their car. very friendly and a very non-anxiety provoking place. (Firestone gave me a lot of anxiety staff were not that friendly.) Would recommend!

Needed an oil change STAT. Pep boys couldn't get me in for an entire day. Drove over to Jiffy Lube and met two very nice gentlemen who had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. They also replaced my wiper blades and filter for my engine.Very fair price and I got to stay in my car and watch tiktok during this.6 stars.Very friendly service , fast and efficient.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
