I called Hoosier Locksmith at 6:15 p.m. on a Sunday because we had taken our back door's lock off & couldn't get the new one on, & Robert was at our house in under 10 minutes!!! Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about what to do, (which included re-aligning the door), but, he was so friendly. His prices were also affordable! I can't tell you how grateful I am & I recommend Hoosier Locksmith to anyone wanting fast, efficient, friendly, & knowledgeable service! Thank you, Robert!

It was after 10pm when I got locked out of my car by my Chihuahua, yes you heard that right, lol. He was way on the other side of town and did not hesitate to help me. He was there to help in a flash! It took a total of 10 seconds and my doors were unlocked. What I like most about Snuggs is not only is he very professional and very knowledgeable and efficient at what he does, but he s also extremely friendly, kind, and super funny! 10/10 recommend! My hero! My Dog is currently grounded. Lol

I got locked out of my car in Ellettsville, IN on a Sunday afternoon. I called at 4:22 pm for a locksmith and they said they would call me when they were arriving at my location in about 20 minutes. Sure enough, they called at 4:43. We found each other immediately and I was back in my car in no time. The tech was efficient and overcame a few obstacles with my car with ingenuity. Price was reasonable. Great experience and highly recommended!

I locked my baby in the car and he was there in 5 minutes! Hoosier Locksmith has Bloomington s Only Child Safety Program which means he will do locksmith services for free if a child / baby is trapped in the car.Very kind and very efficient! He got my car open in literally a minute.Thank you !

Great experience! We were locked out of our car on a lake beach. The tech worked through many obstacles to find us in an efficient and timely manner. They tech had great communication. Once he got there, it took him less than a minute to get the door opened. Highly recommend if your looking for good service when your in a pickle!

Hoosier Locksmith came quickly to my rescue yesterday to open my locked van. Robert was very efficient in getting my door open and then quickly hurried away to unlock another vehicle. I highly recommend his services. Very professional and kind!

I literally just got locked out of my car and asked if they could be where I was in like 30 mins and they showed up within 20. And cute and very sweet guy got it done. Highly recommend them. And if you re reading this cute sweet guy thank you and sorry for being a little short I was late to work

Robert with Hoosier Locksmith was awesome to work with. Very nice and courteous. Walked thru what I needed on newly purchased home - had all materials with him and completed right away. Was accessible to schedule and ask questions thru phone calls and text messages. I would highly recommend Hoosier Locksmith!

I got locked out of my apartment yesterday after the batteries in my electronic deadbolt died. Hoosier Locksmith responded quickly and had my apartment unlocked within minutes of arriving. I'd definitely use them again, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone else in need of a locksmith!

I don t normally write reviews, but Hoosier Locksmith definitely deserves my time to write a 5 star review given how they took care of my son who locked his keys in his car. They quickly responded to their online chat feature and were reasonably priced for the service. They even went out of their way to pick him up as he was walking back from work. It s nice to find a place that provides such excellent customer service. We would definitely use them again.

The gentleman who answered said they didn't provide the service I needed but he immediately gave me the name of who could and I had him out in 2 hours. I think it shows incredible confidence in one's own good business practices to do this.

Best service I have ever had!!! This would be the second time I ve needed to call him in the past year tisk tisk. He s a really great guy and both times he was here pretty quick and got the job done within seconds. Even if you oversleep like I did, he WILL still come back if you ask. He ll still be himself and not upset with you! He also had a little helper with him this time which made the experience even better! Definitely recommend over all other locksmiths!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Literally life savers!!! I locked myself out of my home (with all my dogs inside) and I called and within 30 mins he was here and getting me in my home and I live pretty far outside of town too. I was very happy with the price as well. So if you are locked out don t hesitate to contact Hoosier Locksmith to come save the day!

I locked myself and my dog outside on our balcony in the 90 degree heat and called Hoosier Locksmith in a complete panic. Robert was at my house and got us inside within 15 minutes. SO thankful for the help and the quick response! You were a lifesaver.

Rob is a great guy. I've used his service several times, I've never had to wait more than 30 minutes. He has great skill as a locksmith, he's never damaged any of my locks or doors when unlocking my truck.
