Got me in quickly, and did a great job. My coolant was low and they topped it off for a very reasonable $8. Definitely swing by here for your oil changes.

This place is fantastic. They are super friendly, technically skilled and courteous. They wash windows and vacuum out your vehicle included in the oil change price. My vehicle looked great when it was done. Thank you guys!!!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I went to Grease Monkey for years until a recent visit turned this around. I went on October 25th to get my oil changed. Upon doing so everything went smooth as most of my visits did. Not even a month later and a little over a thousand miles my engine started to stall and the oil light came on as well as the engine light . Perplexed, I couldn t figure out what was wrong.I contacted my mechanic because I thought it was a deeper issue. He plugged in his reader and it said it was an unknown code. He started his diagnostic on my car and the last thing he checked was the dip stick. Completely bone dry. Additionally, gunk had built up as well. After getting his opinion and other mechanics the conclusion was that Grease Monkey DID NOT change the oil correctly.Obviously I was deeply concerned, I called Grease Monkey and spoke to one of the mechanics which he said that he would have Brian (manager) contact me about my concern. Brian called me a few days later and when trying to explain what was going on, he was telling me about the process they take (like I didn t know what they did since I have been going there for years). He then tried to say that my model burns through oil and is a known issue. After doing extensive research, everything I read explained that the issue typically happens after 100,000 miles if the recall (which I had taken care of through the dealership over a year ago) did not happen. The problem with all this was is that every time I tried to give a scenario Brian would not listen, he was condescending, and he did not want to make it right.He even said the owner (Steven) would contact me and I still have not heard from him til this day.Very disappointed that this happened and unfortunately I will not be returning to this business. I hope this does not happen to anyone else and please double check there work if you go back.

I was frustrated with how long it was going to take to get in to the dealership (3 weeks) to get an oil change. Someone at work recommended Grease Monkey and in hindsight I am so grateful. I will never go back to the dealership for an oil change. Your people were so welcoming, proactively helpful, and friendly. Someone came out from behind the counter to help me so I didn't have to wait, I couldn't believe it. Even though it was busy, the whole process was MUCH quicker and more thorough than when I have an appointment at the dealership. Thank you!

I ve been going there for probably 20yrs or more so they re doing something right! :) They are efficient, it s quick and convenient. If I wanted to be picky, they did say some minor things were functioning fine that I knew weren t when going over things during checkout. At least they weren t telling me everything was wrong though and trying to get more money out of me as you so often hear stories about at other car shops! :)- Also, I thought my wipers needed replaced and was willing to pay for it but they were honest and told me that they worked just fine. They even applied a $15 coupon I was unaware of! I will absolutely be returning there for my next oil change. Thanks Grease Monkey!

Loved it!First time getting my oil changed after moving to b-town. They gave me options for which oil I could do. They also vacuumed my Jeep out and cleaned the windows. I m def coming back for the next oil change! I recommend them and was pumped that there wasn t a wait so I was in and out.Service: Oil change

I've been bringing my cars here for years, the staff is always nice, friendly and knowledgeable. They do suggest you replace things like air filters, light bulbs etc. But they don't pressure you into it. Nice atmosphere with complementary coffee for those early ppl!

I just paid $90 for an oil change, and they lied to my face about vacuuming the car out. Dirt and paper still on the floor, plain to see. Makes me wonder where else they're cutting corners. I've been loyal to this place for years, but it's time to find a more trustworthy shop.

Grease Monkey is great. I love how they are efficient so I don t feel like I m wasting my time. Their waiting area is always clean, their staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and they always do an excellent job. On the way to get to grease monkey I pad three other oil change facilities and will continue to bypass them to come here.

I ve used this location for years for oil changes for my car and my daughter s car. The prices are competitive and the employees are always very friendly and helpful. Service is excellent. Today I had the oil changed and a headlight bulb replaced and the wipers replaced. I d like to thank Freddy and Brian, and the other employees whose names I did not get, for going above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and for being so friendly. Freddy even noted that, since my address wasn t current in their system, I wouldn t have been receiving any service coupons, so he was able to give me a discount. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend to a friend.Service: Oil change

I've probably had 20 oil changes from here over the years on multiple vehicles. Never had any issues. They always seem to move quickly even if they have a line.

On 8/6/2022, Grease Monkey changed the oil in my car and the filter. The crew did an excellent job!! The gentleman who was speaking to me to find out what do I need help with was very nice and he treats people with dignity and respect. He asked my permission before doing the job to make sure I have the money to pay them. I always recommend this place to anyone. Although it was my first time at Grease Monkey, but from now on I am always going to go there and receive services for my car. I am grateful for all of the crew who were busy working on my Nessan car and changed the oil in my car. Just to let you know you hard work, honesty, and courtesy is seen, and noticed by us (customers) and we notice everything you help us with!! Told me pricing up front(general prices, not exact) and knew exactly what my car needed based on my mileage and model. Cleaned my windows, vacuumed my car, and aired up my tires. Total quality service from honest, hard-working folks and I really couldn't ask for better service.

It was fine. They changed my oil and I really like that they take a moment to vacuum, but it still felt pricey (yes, I understand synthetic costs more). The irritating part was after listening to a fellow customer brag and brag about how amazing the place is and how they never try to upcharge...one of the techs proceeded to do the whole "oh you have a dirty air filter" spiel. Let me pay for my $85 oil change and go.

130 bucks for 8 qts of oil changed for my Audi. I was surprised they also vacuumed the carpet, pumped all tires, cleaned windshield and did a full check around!Was about to leave a 5 star at Sunday night. But I found a little bit oil leaking out from underneath just before that. I brought the car in again Monday morning. It was a simple fix. The old drain plug was loosed overtime. Free check around and fix again! I will see if the new plug holds up.The staff are friendly. They will do the check list right in front of you. And let you know everything about your car. Acknowledging you if they need to do something you didn t ask.

These people are great! Very quick and friendly! While the oil change was being done a couple of other people cleaned the windows. When I thanked them they mentioned they normally clean up on the inside too but can t right now due to Covid-19. Customer service here is exceptional! Thank you all very much! They were super quick. The staff was friendly and knowledgable about my car and made double sure I had the right oil to keep my warranty. They cleaned my windows and swept my floors!! I will be going back for future oil changes.

These guys were so awesome and super fast. They had a place to wait outside which was great during this pandemic craziness. I like the way they check over everything and let you know where your vehicle stands maintenance wise with fluids, tires, wiper blades and so much more. Definitely made a new customer here!!

They did my oil change very well, and also in the extra mile to ask if I needed my wiper blades as well as my filters replaced as well! They also checked my tires for me to make sure there was air in them and told me I need a new tires! Little bit on the pricey side but if you don't mind spending 10 extra bucks it's pretty good!

great service, solid price. they do a great job letting you know what you actually need, as opposed to upselling you. get there early and you can get in and out in about 20-25 minutes

I have never had to wait more than 30 minutes for an oil change. Typically, I'm in and out in less than 20 minutes. So, for that, this place is great.The people are friendly and genuinely care about your car's maintenance.The only thing I can pick on is the price. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

In and out fairly quick. 3 stars because I specifically said NOT to use synthetic and they used synthetic. Never in my life have I paid $110 for a simple oil change. That s as much as it costs for my husbands diesel.

Went here to do an oil change.They cleaned my floors, windows, and took some stickers off (at my request) for me.Not to mention I was able to bring my own filter and oil and they used that (im picky).Theyre super nice and professional!This is now my go to place.

Very disappointed, went in for a basic oil change. Willing bought a new engine air filter for 25.00 came out in the end being charged $81.00. Was told they washed my windows and vacuumed my floorboards, was also told my fluid levels were fine and tires were good. Floorboards were not vacuumed, I knew my coolant was low and purposely didn't buy antifreeze the day before knowing I was getting an oil change and they usually top those off. Not to mention my front passenger side tire has a slow leak in it and I know that my tire pressure couldn't have been at it's best. Go to Meineke for a good oil change at least they won't lie to you.
