Came into Full Force to have my drive train checked out for a clunking noise). Brandon thought he might be able to do the work, but unfortunately did not have the size hydraulic press needed for the job. However, he did find that part of my problem was related to the front axle bearings. He was very thorough during his inspection and was able to confirm some mechanical issues that I had suspected. He took my vehicle in and completed the repairs on time as promised. His price was reasonable and in a time when nobody seems to stand behind their work, Brandon offers a guarantee.

Brandon did an amazing job on my truck. Helped me source the wheels and size the tires to the look I wanted. Couldn't ask for better service/ prices were as quoted even after shipping costs changed out of his control. Brandon and his shop mechanic Ryan were diligent to take my 1994 Jeep Wrangler YJ from just ok to making it into a taller stance and off road trail toy by installing a Rough Country 4.5 military wrap leaf spring lift kit and steering stabilizer for soon to follow larger tires, bumpers, winch etc.Their tenacity to take on this older jeep project just like they would take on a 2021 truck or jeep that still has shiny new bolts was what I had hoped to find locally who is rooted in Monroe county.Other shops I visited only wanted to do newer trucks with no rust or nothing hard, just to turn the job faster for quick money. Brandon is 100% customer service oriented. Gave me a quote and stuck to his quote regardless of a few unexpected issues like brake lines. Brandon explained and only added on for new material cost which was fair.It was nice to find someone locally to promote their business and get everything done at one shop with lift kit/ stabilizer and alignment. He provided regular communication of the status, and progress pictures for any issues that came up.I m very picky and have a high attention to the little details. Brandon and Ryan both have this same outlook on jobs they take on.They are passionate about the quality of their work as well as requesting my 94 jeep come back at 100, 200, 500 mile intervals to re-torque all bolts changed out by the new lift kit just to keep everyone safe.Excellent all around service. I will use him again when the need arises and will promote him for anyone that ask me about my Jeep and who did my work.I highly recommend you talk to Brandon before you visit other shops. Quality work at an extremely affordable price. Brandon and his team sourced my rough country 5 inch lift, and also mounted and balanced my wheels and tires. I couldn t ask for better service. This truck & Jeep shop is definitely what Bloomington has needed!

Brought my jeep in to have a rough country lift installed. Being a jeep it spends a lot of time in the shop and I have never met a more respectable mechanic than Brandon. When the job took longer than anticipated he stuck to his word on the original price he quoted me for, working until 3am on a Friday to get it done. They do quality work and don't beat you around on pricing.

Just got my Jeep fixed a few days ago and Ryan stayed after business hours without even being asked because he found some faulty wires from a previous mechanics work so he made sure my jeep was safe for me and my son. Went here for the first time in February with a 2WD truck, and after a leveling kit and some beefy tires it can almost be confused for a 4WD in the mud.
