I had a great buying experience with Alex. He was very responsive to questions and was easy to set up a test drive. No pressure sales team. Very relaxed and friendly. I purchased the truck and am very happy with the experience. Recommend this place highly.

I purchased a vehicle around 1 month ago. I drove from out of state and picked the car up and drove it back home, around 12 hours round trip. The team at Foreign Auto Connect was very helpful and great to work with. I worked directly with Sam who provided great customer service throughout the entire process. He allowed me to take the car for lunch to think more about the purchase and didn't rush me into anything. In the end I was happy with the negotiation and the car has been excellent. I would purchase from these guys again.

The crew are very helpful and do their best to make things work for you. Car i bought is mechanically perfect and i enjoyed the experience ive had with this dealership aside from others. No jacked up prices or hidden fees, every cost is explained and reasonable. Alex and Dennis do good work at getting you in, situated and out the door with no confusion and your new wheels!

My wife and I found the vehicle online. Trystan set the sale in motion. We drove an hour to complete the purchase. However, during the test drive we noticed a small issue that we expressed to the Finance Manager. He relayed our concern to the General Manager. The issue was not a dealbreaker but an issue nonetheless. Our issue was resolved, and we completed the purchase. Great customer service. Nice, friendly, fun personnel. I would definitely recommend, as well as purchase another vehicle from Foreign Auto Connect.

Have had a solid experience with everyone at FAC. Dennis in finance has been particularly accommodating and a good advocate in getting the best possible interest rate. Dealer allowed multiple test drives and did small things like replacing a battery in a key fob without even thinking about it. Polite, courteous, communicative staff that stay in touch with you but won't hound you either. Happy with my truck, appreciate the experience and service.

They were very helpful in delivering vehicle for pre buy inspection. I was pleased with transparency in offering free car fax report. They made every effort to help me with questions and were fair in negotiating final price. I would buy from them again.

In a search than spanned almost a month, this was the first dealership that demonstrated fast, personalized response time, a very straightforward, no additional fee sales approach, and an incredibly fast delivery time for a dealership almost 800 miles away from me. Great communication. Fair pricing. Car looked better in person than in pics and videos. This dealership did everything right!

Trystan was great to work with. We don t live in Bloomington so texting and calls were crucial. He was very responsive with texts and calls, and had everything ready to go when we arrived. And the truck was even better than advertised. Overall, a great experience.

The owner John Ho and salesman Akeem took great care of me knowing that putting me behind the wheel of my 5th and newest Mustang was ultimately where I wanted to be. They were both very professional, honest, thorough and made the trade in and purchase seamless. I am extremely happy and if I could give a bonus star I would!

The dealership was flexible to our needs and made us feel at home with their hospitality as we were from Illinois. They dealt with us over the phone at first and then held the vehicle we wanted until we could arrive, once there they continued with their personable ways. Thank you for your kindness, which is lost nowadays.Our sales person Sam was awesome, he made the sale , they are lucky to have him at the dealership.

My son goes to IU and I live in MA. I needed to buy my son a car relatively quickly because he had crashed his. Alex and Samuel at foreign auto connect went above and beyond in welcoming us, understanding what we were looking for and very patiently helping us along the entire buying process. Alex even helped with the out of state insurance questions and jumped on a call with my agent back home. I must have called and emailed Alex a 100 times and he was patient and responsive. I give these guys five stars!!!

I had a fantastic experience working with John, of Foreign Auto Connect. I worked directly with him (from California) and he guided me through the entire process of online car shopping. He replied quickly to my text messages and emails, which helped put me at ease. I had my car within a week! I highly recommend this dealer for your car buying needs.

Sam was so awesome. I went to test out an X3 and SQ5, and he was there answer all my questions. He stayed late so I could learn about their extended warranties (lifetime warranty on power train and engine, wow). Sam was the epitome of a no-pressure salesman, and it was so refreshing.Even though I didn t ultimately go with them, I would have if the other vehicle I wanted wasn t available.Without a doubt I wouldn t hesitate to buy from Sam and FAC.Great job guys, I ll definitely recommend you to my friends and family.

Purchased a Subaru here, got a PPI done at their service center. Techs were honest and upfront about what items stood out. They replaced the battery for me and been happy with my car since! Will be back

Wow. I have purchased 25 - 30 cars in my life. The WORST experience I have ever had was at this dealership. Bought a 2017 Jaguar F-Type. It started when they handed me a single key fob. I asked them to provide another. They said that the description didn t call out two key fobs, so I shouldn t expect two! Again, 25 - 30 cars purchased, never had a dealer not provide two keys. As part of the deal, I was supposed to get the car with a full tank of gas. As I drove away, I looked down at the gas gauge and it said the tank was 8% full. Also, as part of the deal, they agreed to replace the panoramic roof top glass, which was cracked. It took a while to arrive. The salesperson said it was because it had to come from Jaguar. They had the top sent to a collision center they had contracted to do the work. Basically, I was responsible for getting the car to the collision center which was about 3 hours each way. So I had to use two vehicles and about 6 hours of my time on two different Saturdays to get the work done. The collision center contacted me after I had dropped the car off and asked if I knew that the top was used. They also said that there were several small defects in the glass as well. When I contacted the dealer, they basically told me that was all they would do. I wouldn t buy another car from this dealer if it was the last car dealer on this earth!!

For my first time buying a car, Foreign Auto Connect made the process seamless and stress-free. Even though there were hiccups with the title, I was never worried about it, because I knew they would come through for me. I would recommend Foreign Auto Connect to anyone and I hope to buy my next car from them! Nothing but good things to say.

I live in San Diego, California and I had been looking for a particular model of car which I finally found across the country in Indiana at Foreign Auto Connect.Having had some unpleasant experiences elsewhere prior to connecting with these folks, it was quite refreshing to have been subjected to the complete opposite. After reading other reviews, I was feeling pretty confident in my dealings with FAC.From the moment I spoke to Mark, my sales consultant, I knew this would be where I would make my purchase. The process was easy, clear and without delays. Mark took care of all the paperwork including arranging for shipment for my new car.Everything was handled over emails and a week later I was driving my car in San Diego.I have dealt with a number of dealers and these guys are a different experience and culture all together. It is what anybody should experience when purchasing a vehicle.I wholeheartedly recommend Foreign Auto Connect, no matter where you live.Thank you guys!

Great experience with this group. Highly recommend them. Brought the car sight unseen from about 8 states away. Had it inspected via lemonsquad, they found one anomaly that the dealer immediately fixed. Also, very very low dealer fee unlike other smaller dealers. 5/5 would for sure recommend.

Def get your car looked at before you buy it. Don't just go by car fax.Right away we had to replace all the engine mounts (3/4) and wheel bearing / roaters too...partly our mistake for not having someone look over it first. Like a certified auto techbut they painted over rust on the frame too. The car also was advertised as blue on car fax thru them and it's greyish /silver. So that was a oops on their behalf

Wasn't sure what to expect from this dealership, bit they had a Mini Cooper S convertible, so we went. I must say, the best dealership experience I've ever had. Paul and John were phenomenal. Incredible selection of cars and nice people. I can definitely see me going here again
