Took my truck in for a leaking satellite antenna. They changed it out and now it leaks ten times worse. I asked them to fix it and give me a loner car but they told me it wasn t a recall or warranty work. So they couldn t give me a car. They screwed my truck up even worse and now I have to pay for it? Make the drive go to another city. Stay away from this place.

Purchased my vehicle from Curry in 2017 and had serviced there for a couple years. Two years ago I had some issues with Curry regarding the quality of service and timeliness. I thought that would give them another chance and that was a poor choice. I scheduled a 7:30 AM appointment a week ahead of time and dropped off the keys early. I arrived back at the service center shortly after 8:00 AM and waited until 11:00 AM before inquiring about my vehicle as check-up takes 2-3 hours according to there staff. Apparently because I dropped the keys off early they chose not to respect the appointment time and told me it was my responsibility to tell them I was waiting for my vehicle. Again I question the quality of the work as within 2 days of my vehicle being at Curry I was told I needed a new head gasket as well as a cabin filter along with a sensor reset. Look elsewhere as poor quality service and lack of respect for customers time.

They diagnosed a problem 3 other shops failed to do. I had cash and other valuables in my car that were still there when I picked up my car. I was surprised that the service cost were very reasonable. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you!!!!

I never visited this dealership but visited the website looking for work as a service technician. I would recommend this dealership because of their fair hiring practices which I believe reflects on their values and treatment of their customers.

I'm giving Curry 5 stars and didn't even buy my vehicle from them. We had stopped in to look at a vehicle they had for sale. We decided it probably wasn't exactly what we were looking. With that in mind, I can't stress how great of an experience it was. John Beatty was our sales rep. Very low pressure, very helpful and nice. I would recommend him and Curry to anyone. When we buy a newer vehicle in a couple of years, I will definitely be looking at Curry.

The sales department is phenomenal and the service technicians are knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. They lose a couple stars due to the lack of walk-in service, a necessity for working people. I feel like that should be a given, particularly if you purchased the vehicle from them. I, unfortunately, will no longer be able to use the service center for basic maintenance services. If you work within walking distance, by all means, this is a great place to get serviced. For me, though, scheduling such a basic everyday service is simply too much of a hassle. Hopefully they do away with this anti worker policy.

Had the worst car buying experience at Curry in Bloomington. I would give them zero stars if I could. You give car salesmen a bad name. Dishonesty at its finest; do your homework before you buy here.

I want to give a shout-out to Barry Galyan who we bought our 2020 Chevy Equinox at Curry Auto Center, he helped with replacing the battery in our key fob along with 2 of the Parts department, it was a little tricky but they got the job done
